In 1979, Richard Collins started Collins Plumbing Inc. (CPI) with a vision to create a company known for its consistency, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. CPI has consistently upheld these values, making us one of the most respected plumbing contractors in San Diego. We have significant experience in new construction, serving both public and private sectors, through design/build approaches, competitive bids, and negotiated agreements.
