Richard Collins launched Collins Plumbing Inc. (CPI) in 1979, aiming to create to develop a business that would set the standard for consistency, quality, and fair pricing. These principles have always guided CPI, making us one of the most respected plumbing contractors in San Diego. We have significant experience in new construction, serving both public and private sectors, with a focus on design/build, competitive bidding, and negotiated contracts.
