We used Collins 2 years ago when we needed a toilet replaced. 2 years later we had a minor issue with the water level. Tech came out and was able to adjust water quickly and easily. The bill seemed high for a simple repair but Aaron (service manager) worked with me to reach an equitable solution. Companies that listen and work with you are invaluable to me. We will continue to use and recommend Collins to everyone we know!

When we originally were looking for somebody to put in a gas line to our kitchen, they came out to give us a quote and we're very professional. They followed up with us and we're able to work with a time that we were available to come to the house and install the gas line. It only took them around an hour and a half to do so and the set up looks great.

Turns out that John was literally our neighbor up the street. So grateful to support a business and company within the hometown.

Had a horrible sound from our hot water heater but no leak. Collins was very prompt and came even earlier than expected. Nice gentlemen, explained all details and finished as promised. Didn't need a new hot water heater just a valve replacement and he did a great job! Highly recommend this company. Gilbert provided excellent service and communication of what the scale of work would be for repairing our outdated HVAC system. We have used Collins Pacific for two other plumbing jobs and were pleased with the outcome. The work is done quickly and photos are provided along with the estimate before making a decision. I feel the pricing is on the high side of multiple bids, however, we are satisfied.
