I have a condo that I rent out and the tenants sent me pictures or the shower head coming out of the wall and the threads from the arm were stuck in the pipe on the other side of shower. I posted the pictures on line and Aaron knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix. Quoted me a price and somehow we missed each other on the reply. I hired another plumber who brought the wrong tool, left to get another tool and basically didn't hear from him for 4 days. I contacted Aaron again and he had someone out in two days, fixed the issue in 2 hours. The promptness, the professionalism, the level of competence restored my faith in ordering a service on line. When trying to install a new bathtub spout, the copper pipe broke. I reached out to Collins Pacific Plumbing, Inc. and Aaron helped me out. We got on a call the morning after I initially reached out, spoke about the issue, and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Gilbert arrived, we went over the plan of action, and he got to work. After the access hole was cut and the pipe was repaired, we discussed installing the new drain and overflow covers I bought (and what that would cost) and he was able to that as well!
