DO NOT HIRE JIMMY CASH. HE DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR SAFETY MIGHT BE AT RISK. My husband and I spread the news because we do not want you to suffer the way we struggle for the last two weeks. This company installed water heater in our small restaurant last October. During install we heard explosion. Of course we are not expert on this so we took whatever he says. All he said were all LIES. Since day 1 the new water heater is not functioning well. No water heater coming out. We called him last year he made some adjustment warm water came out for short time. His explanation on this is again is not true. He knows how to lie. We called again after few months less than 6 months install because finally no more hot water coming out. He ignored us. He is changing the option of his phone prompts to avoid us. Then finally he responded. A technician came because we said the city is watching us because of no water heater. Of course the city does not want us to operate without water heater. So my husband shut down his Resto for two weeks to comply with the city. One of Jimmy's partner came. He said he is almost electrocuted. This is related to the explosion happened during install. The technician ran away after I requested to give us the invoice for the install. He does not want to be part of Jimmy's deal with us. There was a safety issue on his install and he does not want to fix it. I hired a city listed contractor and we finally knew that Jimmy made a safety hazard install that may burn the building. Do not trust yelp and google rating. Trust BBB rating. I will put this rating in BBB so he will not victimize other people. This company care about the money not the safety and happiness of his customer. Zero is the review.

Same day service. Called about 10:30 am they were here by noon. Fixed my garbage disposal and water leak in about 15 min. Jay was very professional and had a great attitude. We will use him for all future unfortunate events. Decently $ for the service.

After the hard freeze last week, our tubs and toilets were draining slowly, so we called our home warranty company, they sent someone out twice and we thought the issue was fixed. This was quite an inconvenience, as my husband and I are both teachers and taking days off is difficult.

We tried to run the washing machine and discovered ithe initial problem was not fixed because the washer backed up and spilled water all over our floors. Rather than have them come back, we decided to call another plumber.

We called Jimmy Cash's Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend. They have 24-7 service, which was important for us. Jay came out on a Saturday (which the other guys would not do), carefully explained everything he was going to do and try to resolve the issue we were having. He was extremely professional and thorough, and best--fixed the clog causing our washer to back up. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and charged us half of what the other plumber charged us to get up on the roof to work out the stoppage. We plan to have him come back out in the summer to install new toilets for us, and would definitely have him back to do any other plumbing we needed.

The TL;DR: responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and professional. Jimmy Cash's Plumbing will get more business from us for sure!

Jay was referred to me by a friend who had also had a showered that leaked from their first floor to their second. Jay was very clear and concise in his approach to identify the problem and resolved it. After resolving the first issue, another came up. Instead of giving up, he and his partner stayed for an extra 5 hours on a Friday night until it was fixed. I respected his dedication to resolving my problem, taking his time to walk my through his analysis, and most of all, he honored the original cost even though it ate up a tremendous additional amount of time. My wife and I panicked being this is our first house and our first major house issue, and we could've been more thankful for Jay and his partner. I had used Jimmy Cash Plumbing in the past, due to a do it yourself project that ended up in a water line break. It was after hours but they rescued me in a time of need:) They were reasonable, professional and efficient. Jimmy the owner actually came that visit. Most recently had a water leak and decided Google and my do it yourself efforts would likely not go well, as indicated above. I called made an appointment. Sadly, no one showed up for my appointment and the answering service was taking the calls. The next day I called and was disappointed, they apologized, rectified the problem, came out on a Saturday and fixed me up. When you know a company is reputable you give them the opportunity to make it right. I did, I couldn't be more pleased. Jay is a very professional service manager and plumber that did the work. I would recommend them to all of my friends. I will be hiring them for future projects. They are local, they are professional and my go to plumbers. Thank you.

Save yourself the headache. Called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. First available was the following Tuesday morning. They were going to call 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Tuesday morning comes and no phone call. Afternoon comes and nothing. Call the company several times only to finally discover they use a call service that answers the phones for multiple companies and the only action they can take is to send an email. It's now the end of the day on Tuesday, so I've called DeWolfe's Affordable Plumbing and they'll have someone out in the morning.
