Company Overview

We concentrate on plumbing for homes and businesses, offering repairs and new installations. We handle new builds, water services, copper and pex re-piping, fixture installations, installing hot water heaters, installing sump pumps and sewer ejector pumps, backflow prevention services, and cleaning interior drains. Our team is skilled in troubleshooting complex plumbing issues. You can expect us to arrive on time for your scheduled service. Mention Yelp to receive a discount of 10% on your next service.

Being family-owned is part of our identity, we have been recognized as one of the top three plumbing companies in Seattle by local consumer reviews. Our philosophy is that every customer deserves top-notch service, and they deserve fast, efficient, and quality service. Our pricing is hourly, and we do not engage in flat-rate pricing. Our motto is that if it’s not fixable, it’s not broken. Our customers are the reason for our success over the years, which has helped us maintain a strong referral base, allowing us to keep costs down for our customers.

Before starting this business, I worked as a ship fitter at Todd Shipyard. When things slowed down, I decided to go to school to become a plumber. I spent many years at O'Neill Plumbing in West Seattle, and in 1989, I launched my own plumbing business. With just $500, a wife, five kids, tools, and a lot of faith, I aimed to provide excellent service to the community. I pledged to offer the best prices. I saw a need for integrity in plumbing services. If it’s not faulty, it shouldn’t be replaced, and repairs should be prioritized unless the customer requests something new. I grew weary of seeing other companies sell unnecessary services just to make a profit.

My kitchen sink backed up Saturday morning and I couldn't budge it, nor my neighbors. I called Colliers on Saturday afternoon and left a message. They called me first thing on Monday and my sink was clear by 11:15. These guys were so nice! They showed up early and did not leave a mess! Wonderful service and great young men. I highly recommend.

Brent and his team help to replace the sump pump of our 4-unit townhome community. We do not have HOA thus need to take care of it ourselves, and had to find 3 service companies to check.

The sump comes with a tank alert monitor, and the pump is float operated. The first company showed up charging 350 just to diagnose, and not even able to confirm if it's pump broken or wiring problem. The second company also claimed not able to handle the electrical part in the pit, and suggested Collier.

Brent's team arrived sharp on time, and competed the work perfectly and efficiently. He is really familiar with wiring work and reconnect everything just in sec. Also the new pump is slightly larger than the old one thus the pipe needs to be cut shorter to fit. Brent also just made it in 1 shot. Their proficiency is no doubt to me. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable.

Really happy to have Collier helping out and won't hesitate to recommend them.

Collier Plumbers arrived on time and had a fill valve to my toilet replaced super fast. Previous plumbers told me the supply pipes were clogged. Not so! Thanks Collier Plumbers.

I had a dripping shower head and needed the cartridge replaced, ideally before an upcoming trip. Collier was incredibly flexible about scheduling and also showed me how to turn the water off at the shower head (""integral shutoff valve""). They take pride in their service and enjoy what they do and it shows.

I've hired Collier Plumber for a few jobs over the years, and Brent and team are always on time, get the job done right, and a much better value than some of the other companies that you see around town (celebrity sponsors and billboards are expensive). Last week, my hot water recirculation pump stopped working, and after setting up an appointment for them to fix it, Brent called me and walked me through how to flush the valve myself. Probably saved me a few hundred $$ and I definitely appreciate him taking the time to walk me through it over the phone vs. coming out and and charging me for the visit. I would 100% recommend Collier.

I came home after two weeks away and found the water pressure to the upstairs was terrible and there was a leak in the basement. I got a referral from a sewer maintenance guy for Collier Plumbing, so I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 11:30 - 12:00 the next day. Great! So I scheduled my entire day around this appointment and at 10:45 the day of the appointment Mike from Collier Plumbing calls and leaves a voice message saying ""he just got a bunch of contracts and won't be able to even come look at my job for at least a month, maybe longer."" I call him back and say that it is exceptionally rude to cancel last minute and is there any way he can squeeze me into another part of his schedule and he says ""Nope. That's just the way it is. Your job is just too small."" I can't even comment on their actual work, because Mike's just got bigger fish to fry.
