I've hired Collier Plumber for a few jobs over the years, and Brent and team are always on time, get the job done right, and a much better value than some of the other companies that you see around town (celebrity sponsors and billboards are expensive). Last week, my hot water recirculation pump stopped working, and after setting up an appointment for them to fix it, Brent called me and walked me through how to flush the valve myself. Probably saved me a few hundred $$ and I definitely appreciate him taking the time to walk me through it over the phone vs. coming out and and charging me for the visit. I would 100% recommend Collier.

I came home after two weeks away and found the water pressure to the upstairs was terrible and there was a leak in the basement. I got a referral from a sewer maintenance guy for Collier Plumbing, so I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 11:30 - 12:00 the next day. Great! So I scheduled my entire day around this appointment and at 10:45 the day of the appointment Mike from Collier Plumbing calls and leaves a voice message saying ""he just got a bunch of contracts and won't be able to even come look at my job for at least a month, maybe longer."" I call him back and say that it is exceptionally rude to cancel last minute and is there any way he can squeeze me into another part of his schedule and he says ""Nope. That's just the way it is. Your job is just too small."" I can't even comment on their actual work, because Mike's just got bigger fish to fry.

The city of Seattle plumbing inspector informed me that my bathroom remodel was not up to code (somebody else's work NOT Collier Plumbing) and would not pass inspection. The inspector then suggested I get in touch with a knowledgeable Seattle plumber to fix the substandard work that had been done. I was getting ready to sell the property and had a problem on my hand.

That problem led me to call Collier Plumbing. Mike (Owner/father) came out and looked at the job. Based on the information I had given him, Mike was able to identify the city plumbing inspector by name. I was extremely impressed (slightly stunned actually), as I had been intentionally vague regarding the identity of the city inspector! Following his own inspection Mike was able to identify all the significant issues and presented me with an acceptable bid.

Working with Collier Plumbing could not have been a better experience for me. On the day of the job Brent (son) came out and worked like a machine. Both of these gentlemen are absolutely masters of their craft and the regulatory environment. My job was done on time, on budget, with minimal disruption. As far as I was concerned by job had been handled absolutely perfectly by Collier plumbing.

My bathroom remodel passed the second inspection by the city of Seattle. That second inspector had nothing but compliments for the work that had been done by Collier plumbing. Soon I had the approved permit in my hand. Collier had solved, what for me had been a MAJOR headache.

Based on my first experience with Collier Plumbing when I needed some plumbing work done on a dock in a marina I called Collier Plumbing again. On the day of the job, I failed to show up. I got a polite call from Brent. Collier Plumbing didn't need anything from me other than access to the job site. I was able to arrange for somebody else to let them on to the dock(s). I failed to show up, when I said I would and ended up costing them time. Mike and Brent could not have possibly been more professional or courteous despite the confusion I had caused by failing to show up and could not get there (and was up in Alaska, the job was in Seattle).

A year late or so when I needed to run a new main water supply to my home, who do you think I called? Collier plumbing of course. I don't even bother getting a competitive bid from anybody else. The guys are professionals, and worth every dollar they charge. I expect to pay for professionals, and collier plumbing DELIVERS! I have received tremendous value for every dollar I have spent with Collier plumbing (3 separate jobs now).

Collier Plumbing has my highest recommendation! Mike & Brent; thank you for the excellent work you have done for me.
