Kevin did a great job of fixing my broken water heater. Same day service at reasonable prices. Took only an hour or so to fix the heater. Fast, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommend Kevin at Cole Services.

I used Ace Duraflo to ""fix my leak"" .... What a joke. They claim to fix leaks using an epoxy process. Don't believe it! They claimed they did, yet I brought problems to their attention and they wanted to argue. Not wanting the continued fight, they wore me down and I crossed my fingers, hoping for the best..... Well, 4 years later, the problem is back, a slab leak. Same location! They took thousands and were nice enough to inform me their warranty was only for one year!
Beware!!! They are scam artists and ill equiped to resolve your problems.
I gave them a chance to remedy this problem before I posted. They could care less.

They asked if they can reschedule my 3:30pm appointment to 2:00pm for their own convenience.
I politely said no, because I wasn't going to be home at that time, only to find out that my ALREADY scheduled 3:30pm would now become a 5:00pm appointment BECAUSE I turned down the 2:00pm offer.
When confronting them about their shady actions, they refused to serve me and hung up the phone.
Terrible customer service.

Cole services ?
Company employees should be retrained and re-educated about what is ""Service"" really means.
I excepted company initiated offer for AC tune up. They promised technician will appear between 10 am and 1 pm. Despite the confirmation calls day before and on the same, tech never arrived on time neither call about delay.
At 2 pm I called back and cancel tune up from Cole ""services"" for the day , and for rest of my life

This company is a big cheater! I first spent $89 to get a technician to check out my AC issues. Then the company quoted me $1700 to fix a controller board claiming this was the most critial and time consuming service. I was able to find another service company to do the same job for $500.

I liked the $79.00 drain or sewer cleared price and called early AM for an appointment.
They took my number to call me back and did so in a reasonable amount of time. They set the appointment time between 1-4 PM and said they would call 30-35 minutes prior to arrival.
Like most of you other humans I had other things going on a weekday afternoon. So around 3:20 (No call yet) I thought...YELP!
Well, there too many occurrences of the $79.00 quote escalating too high in price. If deciding not to get the work done, they still want to hit you with a $49.00 ""We came out"" charge. Sounded too much of a gamble, if not a possible opportunity to make money on just writing quotes.
I called them to confirm I would have to pay $49.00 even if the actual quote was way too high. It took a while but when I did get an answer in the affirmative, it was already 3:30 PM and would not be able to make the 4 PM appointment.
I cancelled the appointment.
My other suspicions would just be based on speculation rather than facts.

I recently had Cole service install an air condition system in my house with a deal thru Costco. I was told by Vince that the deal was going to be 1 year no interest and no payments for that year. Well guess what he is a liar, i just received my statement thinking i didnt have to pay anything and i was suprised to see i have to pay 528 a month. I also was supposed to receive a 1000 dollar gift card from Costco and i have yet to receive them. I wish i didnt buy this dam unit and stay away from them. VINCE is a liar and wont call back. Oh by the way there always late

My feeling about Cole is they are very very high priced. Here's the story. The gardener knocked on the door and said, ""You're water is leaking from the water meter."" The water company came and said, ""It's your responsibility."" My wife called three plumbers and Cole was the only one that was available and came right out. The pipe burst by the water meter because of the impact of a tree root putting force on the plastic pipe. There were three guys working, one doing the selling and talking and two actually doing the work. The job took between two and three hours. I calculate (generously,) 3 men x 3 hours x $100 hour = $900 + $100 for the copper pipe. Our bill was $3450. I asked for an itemized bill (parts plus labor) and I was told, we don't do it that way. So for a job I generously value at $1000, I was charged $3450. You can get the same work done for a lot less money

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! BAIT-N-SWITCH seems to be their way of doing business.
Here's why:
I'm a real estate investor and I have done lots of works on houses. I do have my own crew and work regularly with a contractor.
I called Cole for a clogged drain on a property we just fixed up. They have an advertised special for drain clean out for $79.00. At that price, it's cheaper than renting a ""snake"" from Home Depot. My crew was working on another project, so they were not available to assist me. So, I decided to call Cole.
Call center rep was very courteous. I called at nite around 11 pm for next morning appointment.
Around 10:30 next morning service rep (Jesse) showed up and was being very pleasant at that moment. I explained to him the situation. That's when his attitude suddenly changed. Instead of looking for ways to fix the problem, he started looing for faults on the property. I played along.
He tried the ""snake"" to unclog the drain line. Pulled-out some root balls but failed to unclog it. Reason why: he used the smallest""snake"" line possible to clean up a 3 or 4 inch drain pipe.
He recommended a video scope to locate the problem exactly for $350.00. Upsell anyone? I complained about what he did and he could have done. His excuse for charging that much was because he's gonna call someone else from the company, and the $14,000.00 camera is brand new.
I played along because the house was sold and this issue needs to be taken care of ASAP. I asked Jesse what would happen next, he suggested re-piping the main drain line. The cost: $3000.00-$5000.00! I had a drain re-piped on a different property for $600.00.
At that point I drew the line. His response was his company HAS to charge as much as they possible can because of overheads and see if they can get way with it. More like RIP-OFFS!!!
He also mentioned that he & his company don't really like to deal with people like me or contractors alike. Why? Because we can tell when they're trying to rip us off!! He further mentioned that even the $350.00 video-scope is not even worth it because they know I would not let them charge me $3k-5k re-piping the drain line.
So, we scheduled for a video-scope to be done @ 3pm the same day. @4 pm nobody showed up, not even a call from Cole's call center. When I called them, they told me that the other service rep (Zach) was tied up. Really????
Anyways, that was the last time I would do business with Cole Plumbing. Be very careful, they prey on innocent homeowners who don't know any better.
Please, just AVOID THEM!

They wanted almost $1800 to replace a valve on my air conditioner because it was leaking. I asked if there was a less expensive alternative. They said no. I called someone else who tightened the valve,(stopped the leak) at no charge.
Of course I was upset at Cole for not offering me a quick inexpensive solution that should have been obvious to them. I reported this complaint to Cole's customer service and they said that they don't resort to compromise solutions just to get me by temporarily.
It's up to them to decide which solution they offer to me. But if I specifically ask if there is another less expensive solution, and they say no when the answer is yes, I have a problem with that for the obvious reasons.
