So, Mike, if you are serious on making good on this, come to my house and hook up that sink stopper properly. This time, come at an agreed hour, don't give me 4 hours time frame. Don't come to the house and then, after a 5 minutes looking at the job, sit in the car for 15 minutes keeping me in suspence... Then tell me that you are waitjng from the phone call from your boss with the price... Just come and hook up the stopper. In and out. Thank you.
P.S. You have my info - you can call me.

Where to begin.... in 2014, I fell victim to a home improvement contractor (Pacific Home Solutions) who sold me on replacing my 25-year old Lennox central unit, heating system and duct work. Got new Lennox units love the monthly electrical savings, but boy, as soon as the work was done, they were no where to be found! Turns out, PHS claimed bankruptcy and went out of business just before the end of 2015.
Skip ahead to about 4 months ago, around Memorial Day weekend and heat wave galore, my AC wasn't as cool as it should be. Thermostat was set at 71 cooling, and it kept creeping up. Airflow was very low, barely blowing from the vents. Yes, I replace filters often, have it serviced once a year, etc. I contacted Dynamic Air Services, a licensed Lennox dealer, and the repair tech came out next day and told me that refrigerant was extremely low and that I possibly had a pinhole leak OR it could be a much bigger problem with the unit. After hearing the costs, I opted to go with his suggestion of adding refrigerant. Had cool air within an hour.
Skip ahead to last Sunday and the same issue reared it's ugly head, only the unit wouldn't turn on at all. Called Cole Services yesterday and a technician came out early evening. Took his time to inspect the unit and consulted with his supervisor, Roscoe. I spoke with Roscoe and he put my mind at ease - Cole will take care of the issue one way or another but to be on the safe side, he scheduled his Lennox expert, James, out today to truly take a look at the system. After about 10 minutes, he diagnosed the problem (fan wasn't turning the correct way so heat wasn't escaping the unit). James did a full inspection to ensure that the problem was fixed. He stayed to evaluate that all was working in proper order.
I can't thank the Cole Services team enough for their time, diligence, and work ethic.
I highly recommend this service!

This company TALKS a good game but cannot be trusted in your home. I ordered a $12 K high-efficiency AC unit & Cole bungled the installation. Their technicians did a sloppy job, took shortcuts, didn't follow manufacturer specs and ignored building codes. We had to bring in a home inspector to figure it out what was wrong with the unit. He drew up a long list of fixes.
Trying to get warranty work done was the second part of the nightmare. I was on the phone 20 times with them, explaining problems and making appointments which they routinely broke (3 times I took the day off, and they were no call/no show!). They finally halfway fixed their own shoddy work and I am done with them.
The building inspector we hired said that Cole enjoys a low reputation in the business and hires bottom-of-the-barrel techs who are here today and gone tomorrow. They don't stand by their work. Don't let them anywhere near your home.

I purchased an HVAC installation with Cole through Lowe's when my AC broke this summer. As a first time homeowner, I was very careful to do my homework before picking someone, since this would be a big (and expensive) project. Looked into mom and pop shops, mid range companies and big retailers. Ended up going with Cole as they are contracted by Lowe's. They offered to price match my lowest estimate and then some, added some great perks like additional years of warranty and service, and was backed by a big name like Lowe's. Sounds great right? Little did I know what corner of hell I just walked into.
I had taken a Friday off from work to be home for the project, as I was told technicians would arrive around 11am and be finished around 6pm. I was also told I would get a phone call early in the morning confirming their exact arrival time.
None of that happened.
I received no early morning call, no one showed up at 11am, and it wasn't until I called Cole around noon wondering what the heck was going on, that I was told there was a ""mix up"" and that techs wouldn't be at my house until 2pm. Well, 2pm rolled around, and I was told 3:30pm. Eventually, people showed up at 5:15pm. THAT'S OVER 6 HOURS LATE. I basically wasted an entire day sitting around waiting.
I had been updating this review everyday but eventually stopped as I approached day 11. What started as a 1 day job TURNED INTO 46 DAYS (and counting...). To make a long story short, my AC job was a rather difficult one as I was switching from a R-22 unit to a 410A unit and physical space was a challenge as I live in a condo unit and not a single family residence. Cole eventually (after MANY, MANY angry phone calls) sent out a technician who was able to customize a unit for me. While he got me a working AC, the entire process was extremely stressful and taxing. I had to take multiple days off from work, each time with the promise that the job would be finished, and each time with Cole not delivering. I also understand that any company who had taken on this job would have encountered this roadblock, but Cole handled it terribly. They were uncommunicative, flat-out rude and unprofessional at times, and filled with empty promises.
When I was told my AC was finished, I used it for approximately 3 hours before it started leaking and flooded my place. And by leaking I don't mean drips of water. It was like someone turned the shower on.
My AC is now FINALLY, FINALLY working properly, but my home was also damaged a good amount in the process. My walls were cut into, dented, and my hardwood floors were not just scratched, but gouged with holes as people were constantly dropping heavy tools. While my walls have been fixed and repainted, my floors are still unacceptable. The holes have been filled with some kind of silly putty looking material, and then colored brown in a sad attempt to ""fix"" them. It looks like someone flattened brown gum on my floors.
I have called Cole repeatedly about this flooring issue and have been told they are ""working on it."" Well, I finally decided to post this review because it's been a week of ""working on it"" and I haven't heard a peep from them.
If you decide to go with Cole for your HVAC job, I hope you're ready to give up the next month and a half of your life. I'm pretty sure a few years have been shaved off my life because of this experience.

Kassidy from Cole services was sent out to my home to do a yearly inspection on my unit great service polite and professional. I am very happy with Cole services highly recommend.

This is the COMPANY FROM HELL! Everyone answers the phone with ""How can I make you smile today."" Well, you won't be smiling after you have them install a central air conditioning system. This company is managed by a bunch of knuckle heads who don't have a clue what they are doing. There is no communication between departments and as a result service is deplorable. I had a very expensive AC unit installed over a year ago and it cost me a fortune. As of today, it is still not blowing out cold air. My average indoor temperature is 78 degrees and it never comes down. Numerous, so called, technicians have come out to try and fix the problem but no one can figure out what they have done wrong. One time their top technician came out and suggested a few ideas but the next week he quit the company. Another technician came out but he was fired because he was stealing equipment from the company. There have been at least 10 times that I have waited for a technician, all day, and no one ever showed up and there was no follow up phone call to apologize. If you want to keep smiling never, ever use this company! They should be closed down by the Better Business Bureau!

Call Coles last Friday ,scheduled and appointment for the following Monday between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. I called approximity around 3:55 pm now one showed or called . I called the company and was told the sevice employee declined to service my appointment. The lady was rude and inconsiderate she hung up on me. There customer service is awful, not to mention there choice of employment. Save yourself the frustration. STAY AWAY.

Do not give them your money
They never came on time, or at all, they keep promising, unit didn't work, needed help so I called the store who sold me unit, they called Cole and told them they would call me, they never called me, store called them again and again. Store gave me a new company and dropping cole, there must be alot of complaints. Stay away

First off, I have never seen three plumbers show up to cable 3 drains. Then after answering an add for a promotion featuring 60 dollars a drain, well I ended up paying almost 200 dollars a drain. Simply put these guys are something else! After telling us about the aged cast iron pipe story they proceed to raise the price. In the master bath they wanted to cut out a section of iron pipe to add a clean out using no hub clamps, only 1100 dollars. Maybe one hours work if he works very slow. Never use Cole again! I don't believe any of the good reviews are real.

I hired Lowes to install an AC unit and Richard from Lowes and Aaron and Kassidy from Coles came out to sell me the job. After 4 weeks and numerous complaints to Lowes about the techs installing the unit and the disorganization of Cole's, Lowes removed them from the project and Lowes no longer uses them. Upon further investigation, Lowes discovered the condensation line was never completely installed and it had been leaking under my house for numerous days, the unit (which sits on my flat roof) is not bolted down, and the holes cut into my roof were incorrectly patched which would have leaked in the next rainstorm.
The response time with Coles is pathetic and though they said they would call me back regarding my concerns, never did. Even Lowes had issues getting Coles to call them back. Though Lowes has promised me to resolve my serious roofing issues, I doubt they will follow through 100% and I will be left in the lurch with incorrectly patched holes in my roof.
Do not use Coles and give some hard thought as to whether Lowes should be used to assist you with home projects.
