Excellent customer service! Jenny, in the office was very sweet and patient as I explained my plumbing issues. Ryan, did a great job fixing my plumbing. He was very nice explaining everything to me and made sure he didn't leave a mess behind. I will definitely call them for any future issues and request Ryan to come out again.

Called to have a kitchen drain clog addressed that typically requires a 50+ foot snake. Received a call with 30 min. of leaving my online request and a technician scheduled the next afternoon. The technician, Ryan, was friendly, answered all my questions, and took care of the issue very quickly.

Straight Con Artists. Don't trust these fools. They pressure by saying "" We have an opening tomorrow due to cancellation or were in the area"". They tried to charge my mother 12,500 to tear apart her yard, bust up the garage and tear up her stucco for a partial blocked pipe. Had another plumber come out to clear it out in two hours and said the pipe is completely fine. Stay away. My mother is on a fixed income, and as I can see they prey on the elder.

We had the best experience with Cole plumbing. Mike is the technician that took our call (contract #154133). It was for a toilet removal and install. Mike was very kind and professional, plus he cleaned up after himself when finished with the job, gotta love that! We have used Cole Services for quite a few years and have had nothing but excellent service, from a very courteous staff, thank you!

Called Cole to fix a clogged sewer line. Tech snaked the pipe and left before I could check to see if it was clear. It started to backup again. Called several times and left a message. I finally reached someone and same tech came out and snaked the line. Didn't use a root cutter attachment. Will not call them again or recommend them to anyone.

Where to start should I start with the poor insulation and the fact that I had a kick one of their Cruise off my property because they didn't know what they were doing or should I start with the full service your equipment for 10 years and then never ever show up to service it or should I start with the word 24 hours 7 days a week business and then when they change it they don't even have the courtesy to leave a voicemail saying we no longer work 24 hours or 7 days a week and then when you call them to set an appointment up because your equipment no longer works the lady on the other end of the phone is completely rude and disrespectful and won't let you get a word in edgewise and then she says the best we can do is maybe tomorrow but they had no problem taking my money when I installed their system no problem putting a lien on my house to make sure I made my payment to them. but the only problem they have is coming out and servicing their crappy equipment. and then if they do come out, they are not equipped to do the job. I actually called out another company to fix the machine that they installed over the weekend since they are no longer open and they said they couldn't service it because it has a lock on it that they only have the key to so not only do they make it difficult for them to come out and service machine they make it completely impossible for anybody else to service their crappy equipment. if they had a no-star on Yelp I would make sure they had that no but unfortunately must give them one star so you guys can read it. my suggestion is I have them leave call the cops on do whatever you can to get him out of your driveway not only will they ruin their equipment that they put in but they'll probably destroy most your house trying to put it in and turn out your other one and I'll do it all with a smile on her face they're inadequate unskilled and unequip to do anything in your house. It's been three years since they've been in my house and installed their crappy equipment and they still haven't had an inspector from the City come out and approved there work ???? and they'll probably have Summit smart but rebottle say we did the best we could under the circumstances I got to ask what are the circumstances hiring inadequate people not showing up when you're supposed to or just not giving a damn about your customers after you install your crappy equipment once again don't call him don't have service your equipment run as fast as possible report them to the BBB record me anybody don't let him in your house I made that mistake.
