I wish I could give zero stars to this farce of a company. Beware! They will try and sell you on various services which end up costing you a fortune, far more than an honest or reputable service company will.

They attempted to fix my air conditioning system, charged me $1600 and didn't even get it up and running. They then wanted to charge another $2000 for a $150 control board. At that point I knew they were just trying to rob me blind. I brought out an actual professional and he was able to get the unit running in 15 minutes.

They will tell you they're selling a ""service"" with guarantees and such, but what good is a guarantee on shoddy, criminally overpriced services? Stay away from this shady company unless you're looking to be ripped off.

I've never called a plumber before in my life because I've heard all the horror stories and I'm very handy and can usually take care of things myself. But not this time... I was defeated by the whole house's drain system being blocked and I don't have the experience or tools for this one.

These guys are great. I called them because I had a blocked main line. Water was coming up in a few of my drains and flowing out of my laundry drain for the washing machine. The guy on the phone was very courteous and attentive. I think his name was Scott? Dave? Sorry man, I don't remember. He gave me a 3 hour window when the dispatcher would call me to send a guy out. Not bad considering its Saturday night. He brought up an internet special of $79, I didn't have to ask for it even though I was going to because I read it on their website. The dispatcher actually called me about 10 minutes later and said a guy would be out in less than half an hour.

The tech who showed up, Mark, was very professional. Listened to what I had to say and didn't seem to have any issue with me asking 100 questions. Answered them all. Even BS'd with me about NASCAR while he was working (if his bosses are reading, he was working and paying attention to his work the whole time). He cleaned out my main line and got everything draining again. We turned on all the faucets and flushed the toilets and whatnot to make sure there were no more problems. He was very thorough with his work. Of course he was obligated to try and up-sell some other services but was not pushy or anything. Very professional about it and good with his explanation. Were I not moving soon I would have done it.

I have to be honest, I don't know how they make any money charging only $79 for this level of service (think wages, fuel, time, admin staff, van payment, insurance, etc). In my experience there was no bait and switch or any of that. I honestly thought it was going to cost more than $79 but it didn't.

I can't speak for any of the other experiences I read here on Yelp but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. They took care of me and charged too little to do it.

What scam artists. We made an appointment for Wed. No Show. The excuse was that the technician's wife had a baby. Rescheduled for Mon. No show again. I called to confirm and they said that there was a mix up in their appointment book...
One issue ok...shame on you...Two shame on me...

Jesus and his assistant spent a full four days installing a new furnace, air conditioning and duct work in my house. They were extremely professional and the results are great.

Andy was on time and thorough. He explained what was wrong with our units in a very clear and concise way so that we easily understood what we needed to do. He came back the next day, made the repairs and did a great job. I would use Cole Services again in the future.

Thanks to Lauren and Cole Services follow up, I am willing to give them another try. Their service manager contacted me the day following our missed appointment. They offered some services to demonstrate their ability to keep appointments and do solid work. They kept all appointments, called to confirm prior and called to solicit feedback after. If this is how they normally operate, then their business deserves an opportunity to serve you.

Very unhappy with this service. I had a main line back-up and called at 7AM. I was told they would be out from 4-6PM. After 6, I called and they had moved my appointment back and did not tell me. Long story short they kept on pushing back and pushing back and then said they could not come. Had them out the next AM to fix the problem. It is exactly 1 week later and the same exact problem occured. They said there is no warranty because the 1st call was an introductory price? Could not be more disappointed in the customer service, absolutely horrible!

These guys are polished salesman!!

On the phone I explained what had to be done!! I told them the toilet would have to be removed. Carlos explained the fees and Ithat I qualified for a $50 coupon.
$49 service fee and $75 cleanout fee.
3 phone calls and 5 hours later I'm told $400 +

To remove a toilet you cut the caulk, unbolt to 2 nuts and lift the toilet off the wax ring.

Waste of time!! .
