I definitely recommend this company.
When we moved into our house, it had a couple small and bigger plumbing issues.
They showed up at the appointed time and were very professional. They were able to resolve all the issues for a great price!

Pretty disappointed - Called to have them reconnect an outdoor, disconnected air conditioning vent. A $99 booking fee was collected. Two days later, the service guys show up and I show them the vent. "Oh, that'll be $249, for labor plus time. We're looking at an hour!" I told him he came 6.5 miles according to Google Maps, and sweating the connection wouldn't take more than five minutes. Suddenly, the price was reduced to $199.

I've never met a service guy who could change prices on the spot like that.

Five minutes later, they were back at my front door asking for the full $199. I inquired about the $99 prepayment but they had no record of it. I got everything worked out with their office, but $199 for 13 miles of travel and 5 minutes to sweat a copper pipe?

We had a toilet backup that we were unable to resolve ourselves. I called Cold is on the Right at 8:30am, and they were able to squeeze us in between appointments. Billy and Jack were here by 10am, asked all the right questions, removed the toilet, snaked the drain, reinstalled the toilet properly (it previously had not been), and were out the door by 11. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more. We also used CIOTRP previously to purchase and install a new hot water heater. Also a great experience. I would highly recommend!

I had Cold is on the Right plumbers fix a job another plumber said they couldn't finish. Cold is on the Right finished the job perfectly and reasonably priced. They were prompt and did what they said they would with respect to the billing. Five stars or more!

Our kitchen drain got clogged on a Friday afternoon. After contacting Cold is on the Right Plumbing, we got an appointment for Sunday morning.
The Technician Bren and Jake did an excellent job, explaining the problem, the course of action and some ways to avoid the problem in the future.

We recently lost both of our water heaters to old age. We reached out to Cold is On the Right Plumbing, who we have been using for our plumbing needs. They were quick to come out and quote multiple options to replace our water heaters with the traditional tank type heaters to upgrading to a tankless. We took the leap and went tankless, but were very disappointed in the 2 minutes it was taking for hot water to show up at the faucet. Cold is On the Right quickly sent out Bren and Jake to resolve the issue. I want to give a big shout out to Bren for his relentless pursuit of the issue and Jake for backing him up every step of the way. I highly recommend Cold is On the Right for their outstanding customer service.

Once again I highly recommend this company. Their work is very thorough and they stand behind any repairs. I was having an issue with my master bath taking too long to get hot water and was wasting so much water and money. They were able to fix the issue and provide wonderful service. They are the only plumbers I truly trust.

I can't say enough good thing about my experience hiring Cold Is On the Right. Ryan at the office was very polite and got right back to me to answer my questions and was able to schedule me same day service. My PRV valve had gone out and the pressure to my house was crazy high. Santiago arrived on time (actually early!) diagnosed the problem and checked for possible other issues, quoted the job and fixed it on the spot! Less than 2 hours and we were back to normal. Thank you to the entire team for being so professional, prompt and reliable. I will call on you again for my plumbing needs.

My water heater died last Sunday. On Tuesday, I was able to get the Cold is on the Right guys to come take care of the problem. Not only did they replace the water heater, but they helped with 2 other unrelated issues: replaced mixer valves in two showers and a toilet quarter turn shut off valve. Really glad they did the toilet valve, as he said it just popped off in his hand and could have shot off the wall at any time.

Brendin, Mike, and Dakota got me up and running in just a few hours and confirmed I had hot water before they left.

Good experience. I called these guys twice and they were efficient and fast. Might be able to find rates a little cheaper elsewhere but these guys are available quickly and get the job done! That's important for where I live because there's been a ton of work for plumbers since February snow storm and many don't have availability until way out.
