Good experience. I called these guys twice and they were efficient and fast. Might be able to find rates a little cheaper elsewhere but these guys are available quickly and get the job done! That's important for where I live because there's been a ton of work for plumbers since February snow storm and many don't have availability until way out.

I contacted CIOTRP to have a shut off valve replaced that fed the water heater in my mother's house. I said I didn't want any unexpected charges so I wanted a quote for the work. The plumbers go to my moms house and my mom calls me to say that they see the valve and wanted to check that there wasn't a cross over causing water to fill the heater when the valve was closed. A couple hours go by and I call my mom and it turns out she's paid them and they've already gone. My mom said that they crew checked for crossovers in the house 3 times. How much to replace a single cold water line ball valve? $329. I never got the quote I asked for and I do feel overcharged for a simple job where I asked for a quote up front and gave explicit instructions as to what I wanted done. I spoke with my mother (the homeowner) and she also felt the charge was excessive for the work completed.

I contacted them to fix a botched wax ring installed by Radiant that left my house periodically smelling of sewer. I lived with this for nearly a year assuming the problem was with my ancient sewer line that would be costly inconvenient to replace. They discovered that the problem was an incorrectly and sloppily installed wax ring that wasn't even making contact with the toilet and fixed the problem the same day. They were very courteous with their efforts to leave everything better than they found it and went out of their way not to unnecessarily drive up the cost of the repair. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Easy 5 stars from me. Thomas and Andrew were a pleasure to work with on our latest project. We had identified a potential shower leak and these guys came out to take a look and give their professional opinion and diagnosis. They were on time to all appointment windows, worked quickly and efficiently, and went out of their way to make sure I understood what the deal was at each step of the process. They're also very fairly priced and do an excellent job of cleaning up after the job is done. I would hire them again without a doubt!

Had a water leak on Friday at 5 and they returned my call on Saturday morning, said they had two crews working that day, and arrived at midday. Reasonable flat fee pricing, more so considering it was the weekend. Jeff answered my many questions and did a great job.

Cold is on the Right was recommended to us by our outstanding electrician, Van Bruno. Since we trust him so much we called. We moved into an older home several months ago and they have really been fantastic. Customer service is great!! They were able to squeeze us in when fully booked last Friday when our kitchen sink broke and was leaking. They are a super fast, efficient and knowledgeable team. We highly recommend Cold is on the Right!
P.S. While they were here last week they said they'd bring us some yeti colsters. We just assumed they'd wait til we called them out again, but just now they stopped by JUST to drop off them off!!

needed to pause and review these guys (which i really never take the time to do) because they were so wonderful.

with family in town for thanksgiving our hot water heater decided to completely shit the bed and die on us. we were about two weeks away from moving out and renovating (which would have included a new tankless hot water heater, of course), so this was really poor timing on multiple levels.

after calling around and finding everyone booked or closed for the holiday, we lucked into finding these guys and they came over within a couple hours. they checked it out, quoted us (a very fair price) and -- voila! -- we had a brand new hot water heater. i have never been so happy to run the dishwasher, do laundry, and shower.

in summary, these guys were heroic, fast, nice, and cool. not for nothin' but the two we had were pretty hot actually. my sister kept clogging the toilet trying to get them to come back.

This company has high book charges for every little thing. It's a $175 charge to visit and when he was here to fix kitchen faucet he told me I needed to buy a new one it so he did no work. I asked him to lift up the drain cover on my shower cuz it was stuck so he took a tool and did that ...it took 2 seconds. When they came back to install the faucet they wanted another $199 dollars and I agreed to that. I changed out to turn off valves myself and I put the cold and hot on the wrong sides. They wanted another $155 for that 5 minute job. I refused to let them do it for that amount. I called to discuss this with them and the service rep was very nice but said he didn't know anything about plumbing so didn't know what I was talking about but that they never change book prices. I advise to stay away from this comosny.
