Holy Crap! An honest plumber!

Another plumber came out and said $1500+ for a "patch" and these guys came out and said, "Going to make your day, but your neighbor has an issue". Traced the leak up to the neighbors house and checked both meters to confirm the neighbors meter was spinning and mine wasn't. Was happy that someone else didn't destroy my yard without even verifying which meter was spinning.

Definitely would call them again if needed. Number 1 on my list.

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.

Great group. Very professional, took good care of our kitchen faucet install and also repaired a tricky outdoor faucet requiring breaking out of brick.

I totally agree with all of the other 5 star ratings for Cold is on the Right Plumbing. Wow. Thomas and Tyler were fantastic. They listened to the history of my problem and had open minds to explore how to solve my shower drainage problem on 2/20/19 in South Austin. The previous contractor told me I would need to have my house dug up AGAIN to repair plumbing that he insisted had failed. I felt I had a clog and not a break in the lines. Thomas and Tyler worked with me and started with my theory of the clog. At first it didn't seem to be going well with pushing the snake down the drain, but with Thomas's persistence and Tyler's support, the water level subsided and the clog was gone! What could have cost me thousands of dollars cost me $224! And Thomas gave me a 10% discount since I subscribe to Angie's List (my next review coming for this outstanding company). Thank you so much to Cold is on the Right Plumbing for your integrity, honesty, great service, and hiring top notch professionals. I will recommend your company to everyone who asks me if I know a good plumber. :-)

Happy with the installation of 2 Rheem waters heaters.
Kari made it easy to schedule and follow up was great.
Joey provided the estimate and all options for what we were looking for.
Day of installation was great and the work area was all cleaned up when completed. Joey made sure we knew what to expect first week with the new water heaters. Would use this company again!

Excellent service! Got me help on a kitchen sink faucet. They didn't over charge either. $125 for the call. Friendly, helpful and taught me about mineral deposits that slow water pressure.

Very happy with the service provided. Had a faucet and toilet replaced in my guest bathroom. Was originally going to have just repairs to the toilet, but there was an accident during the repair. Joey very quickly advised the toilet would be replaced. These things happen and I was very pleased there was no question on getting a replacement at their cost. Great company and will have them out to do the same replacement and repairs in the the master bath in a month or so, and anything else I decide to update over the next few months.
