I usually cringe at the thought of having to make an appt for any type of maintenance for my home. I have used Cohen plumbing a number of times and the experience could not have been better. They were on time and Stacy even gave me the courtesy of calling before Nick came. They were extremely professional and didn't give me the run around, that's something any customer can appreciate. I would highly recommend using them and am happy to say I found a plumber I can trust. Makes me want to clog my toilet again.

Leaky pull down faucet, quick response by Stacey on Yelp inquiry and she told me how to check what brand it is, and which brands are good about honoring warranties that you didn't think about. Nick showed up promptly, and identified my faucet brand for me (which I was not successful at myself) and said the company was good at honoring warranties for the original owners...and asked if I wanted to contact the company to save money on paying for a new faucet...but it would delay service until the replacement would get there. I truly appreciated that...but my wife was ready for it to be fixed now. You already know how this quarantine plumbing story ends...are you going to mess with a lady a couple of months into the quarantine over saving some money? Luckily, I'm still pulling a paycheck and can make the less dramatic decision. Friendly honest and quick service...

Nicki did come the same day I called to replace a water heater and said he would have the office to schedule a date. Three days of following up I was never was placed on the schedule. Cohen Plumbing is the best. It's always hard to find service professionals that you can trust and give you a fair price. While their prices are great I find trust is the most important. The people at Cohen have always been honest and upfront with me. They won't rip you off and will tell you exactly what you need so the job is done right the first time. I've used them for a totally clogged drain after a party to installing a tankless hot water heater. They not only charged me a great price, but the work was done quickly. In Florida, you need a good mechanic, AC guy, and plumber you can trust. Thankfully, with Cohen I can check that off of my list.
