I called Cohen Plumbing randomly and I am super glad I did- they worked hard to find an old part to fix a shower handle (the on/ off/ hot/ cold handle) in my rental. Leaky pull down faucet, quick response by Stacey on Yelp inquiry and she told me how to check what brand it is, and which brands are good about honoring warranties that you didn't think about. Nick showed up promptly, and identified my faucet brand for me (which I was not successful at myself) and said the company was good at honoring warranties for the original owners...and asked if I wanted to contact the company to save money on paying for a new faucet...but it would delay service until the replacement would get there. I truly appreciated that...but my wife was ready for it to be fixed now. You already know how this quarantine plumbing story ends...are you going to mess with a lady a couple of months into the quarantine over saving some money? Luckily, I'm still pulling a paycheck and can make the less dramatic decision. Friendly honest and quick service...

I never leave reviews but felt this one was worth my time. I'm recently moved a new tenant into my townhome, I'm a first time landlord and wanted to find a cost effective fix to a problem with the 2nd bathtub in the house. I've used other bigger name plumbers before and was blown away at how expensive they are and how they spend little to no time establishing a relationship with their customers. Cohen Plumbing goes above and beyond. Nicky was honest, communicative and let me ask a ton of questions not only to understand what he was doing but also to learn myself. Nicky was in and out and fixed the bathtub whose water would shut off when you turned the dial to hot. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our condo unit which was leaking down into the unit below ours. Nicky came to the residence and tightened the valve that he thought was causing the leak and told us this would solve the problem. He offered to remove and replace the plastic box that is behind our washing machine for an additional cost, never explaining that he would at that time replace the leaky valves. Thinking that our problems were solved I declined this additional expensive service believing it was only cosmetic. Well, guess what? The problem was not solved and the leak continued. This caused an enormous problem for me and my neighbor. I incurred and additional charge of $900 to repair the leak and my neighbor has to have his entire ceiling, walls and carpet to be ruined. The bill to my insurance company has reached thousands of dollars and of course my rates will now climb. Stay away! Don't expect this company to fix your problems.

Easiest 5 stars I'v ever handed to any service organization...They are responsive, friendly,competent and reasonsble....Nick the quickly analyzed our problem....ordered the right part and charges a fare price.....Cohen's is rare find in Palm beach county....
