Cohen Plumbing is reliable, honest, hard-working and most importantly--friendly! I can't tell you how many other companies (you know the ones with the fancy trucks) have some of the worst customer service you'll ever experience. There is a huge difference from dealing with a family business like Cohen Plumbing, than a larger company with a high turn-over rate, and are only sending disgruntled employees who's only care is when they get to clock out of the job. When you have somebody in your own home, I would think you'd want somebody you can trust and can expect to do the job right the first time. We now call Cohen for any of our plumbing needs because they're prompt, considerate and very reasonable.

Cohen Plumbing is awesome! They were able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Nicky came out and was very professional. He looked at several plumbing issues we were having and was able to complete the repairs needed. Stacey in the office was also very nice and helpful and was able to be reached by text message. The service charge was also very reasonable. I will definitely call Cohen for any other plumbing issues!

Nicki did come the same day I called to replace a water heater and said he would have the office to schedule a date. Three days of following up I was never was placed on the schedule. The office said """"emergencies first"""" and a week later still no contact. I've been using Stacey & Nick since my old house which was 12 years ago. This is a family-run business with the highest level of integrity. Nicky is a master plumber, who can repair just about anything. I've had them replace the water heater, fix leaks, and just this week, I called with some other issues. Stacey is so responsive. I left a message and within a few hours, I got a call back to schedule an appointment. All work was fixed during the service call. IMO Best plumbing company in the area! Great pricing, thorough, quick work and took time to explain all the work needed. I highly recommend Cohen Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! They are honest, hardworking, and fair.

I called Cohen Plumbing randomly and I am super glad I did- they worked hard to find an old part to fix a shower handle (the on/ off/ hot/ cold handle) in my rental.
