We started by supporting my husband, and it quickly turned into a commitment to ensure our clients felt valued. As a result, we attended classes, pursued online training, and achieved certifications in both tankless and traditional water heaters. The more expertise we acquired, the better we could assist you, the homeowner, over the phone before our technician arrived at your residence. Our goal was to provide you with truthful information, no matter how challenging it may be; we avoid sugarcoating and never overlook the codes. Your family’s safety and comfort in your home is our utmost priority. Having experienced being customers, we recognize the irritation of being misinformed or overlooked simply for being “homeowners.” With your collaboration and our skills, allow us to illustrate the correct plumbing methods—the Code Right Plumbing way. We are grateful you found us; we are eager to demonstrate that honest contractors are still out there. I never expected to work in plumbing, but here I am, and I truly enjoy it. I love being able to support homeowners. I possess degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis, which helps me connect better with our homeowners. I have also finished courses on Rinnai tankless systems, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and other plumbing topics. At present, I am pursuing my journeyman license. My husband, who holds the Master Plumbing license in GA and AL, oversees our commercial division, I acquired this knowledge to help homeowners find reassurance over the phone in already stressful circumstances. I chose to lead the residential side because I wanted homeowners to know someone is advocating for them and their plumbing needs. I have a strong sense of empathy because I am a homeowner as well, and I wish the contractors I met previously had cared as much.
