Thus, we enrolled in classes, took online courses, and even earned certifications in tankless and tank water heaters. The more expertise we acquired, the better we could assist you, the homeowner, over the phone before our technician arrived at your residence. Our goal was to provide you with truthful information, no matter how challenging it may be; we avoid sugarcoating and never overlook the codes. Your family’s safety and comfort in your home is our utmost priority. Having been customers ourselves, we understand the frustration of being misled or ignored simply because we are “homeowners.” Together, with your trust and our knowledge, we can show you the right way to plumb—the Code Right Plumbing way. I love being able to support homeowners. My degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis allow me to better relate to our clients. Additionally, I have undergone training in Rinnai tankless systems, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and various plumbing courses. At present, I am pursuing my journeyman license. While my husband holds the Master Plumbing license in GA and AL and manages our commercial division, I acquired this knowledge to help homeowners find reassurance over the phone in already stressful circumstances. I decided to manage the residential side to ensure homeowners felt supported and that someone was fighting for their plumbing needs. I genuinely care because I am a homeowner too, and I wish the contractors I dealt with in the past had demonstrated similar care.
