As we gained more knowledge, we enhanced our capacity to help you, the homeowner, over the phone before our technician stepped into your home. I take great pleasure in assisting homeowners. My degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis allow me to better relate to our clients. I have also finished courses on Rinnai tankless systems, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and other plumbing topics. At present, I am pursuing my journeyman license. My husband manages our commercial division and holds the Master Plumbing license in both GA and AL, I sought this knowledge to provide homeowners with comfort over the phone in challenging situations. I took charge of the residential side because I wanted homeowners to feel that someone was on their side, advocating for their plumbing requirements. I have a strong sense of empathy because I am a homeowner as well, and I wish the contractors I met previously had cared as much.
