We began assisting my husband, and soon we found ourselves dedicated to ensuring our clients felt understood. Consequently, we participated in training sessions, completed online courses, and became certified in tankless and tank water heaters. With each new piece of knowledge, we improved our ability to support you, the homeowner, over the phone prior to our technician's arrival. We aimed to ensure you received honest information, regardless of how difficult it might be; we don’t sugarcoat issues, and we certainly don’t ignore the codes. Your family’s safety and comfort in your home is our utmost priority. Having been customers ourselves, we understand the frustration of being misled or ignored simply because we are “homeowners.” With your collaboration and our skills, allow us to illustrate the correct plumbing methods—the Code Right Plumbing way. I take great pleasure in assisting homeowners. My degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis allow me to better relate to our clients. I have also completed training in Rinnai tankless, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and other plumbing-related courses. I am in the process of acquiring my journeyman license. My husband, who holds the Master Plumbing license in GA and AL, oversees our commercial division, I gained this knowledge to ensure I could assist homeowners over the phone during stressful situations. I decided to manage the residential side to ensure homeowners felt supported and that someone was fighting for their plumbing needs. I care deeply because I am also a homeowner and wish the contractors I encountered in the past had shown the same concern.
