We began assisting my husband, and soon we found ourselves dedicated to ensuring our clients felt understood. Thus, we enrolled in classes, took online courses, and even earned certifications in tankless and tank water heaters. As we gained more knowledge, we enhanced our capacity to help you, the homeowner, over the phone before our technician stepped into your home. We wanted to guarantee that you received accurate information, no matter how unpleasant it might be; we don’t soften the truth, and we always adhere to the codes. Ensuring your family feels safe and secure in your home is our highest priority. Having experienced being customers, we recognize the irritation of being misinformed or overlooked simply for being “homeowners.” Together, with your trust and our knowledge, we can show you the right way to plumb—the Code Right Plumbing way. We are grateful you found us; we are eager to demonstrate that honest contractors are still out there. I never expected to work in plumbing, but here I am, and I truly enjoy it. I love being able to support homeowners. My degrees in psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis allow me to better relate to our clients. I have also completed training in Rinnai tankless, Rheem, AO Smith water heaters, and other plumbing-related courses. At present, I am pursuing my journeyman license. While my husband holds the Master Plumbing license in GA and AL and manages our commercial division, I acquired this knowledge to help homeowners find reassurance over the phone in already stressful circumstances. I chose to lead the residential side because I wanted homeowners to know someone is advocating for them and their plumbing needs. I have a strong sense of empathy because I am a homeowner as well, and I wish the contractors I met previously had cared as much.
