Great customer service all around from scheduling to completing the tub unclogging, even during Covid-19!!!

I had difficulty getting a return call with my usual plumber, trying over 2 days with 3 follow-up calls. As this was for my tenant, I couldn't wait any longer and decided to reach out to Co Co County Drain Cleaning & Plumbing. They put me on the calendar ASAP!

And Andrew knew exactly how to fix the difficult clog! He even helped me trace the line under the building and offered his suggestions for changing to a bigger diameter pipe if needed later on. Thank you for your wonderful help!

We had a main sewer blockage and needed a plumber to clear our line. I called Co Co County Plumbing on a Friday and they offered to come the same afternoon! We were only available Saturday so they gave me a morning time slot. Mike arrived within 15 minutes of the 2 hour time slot and cheerfully cleared our lines. He was very friendly and professional - explaining what caused the blockage and answering my questions. He even asked me to check all of our toilets and drains afterwards to make sure all was well. While he waited patiently, he went ahead and checked our other clearout to see if that was ok. Kudos to Mike!

Pricing was very reasonable and we intend to call on Co Co County plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

I made an appointment based on recommendation in Yelp because I thought I had an issue with my plumbing. Andrew came, listened carefully to my concerns and after a very thorough evaluation, including a visit under my house, stated the plumbing was intact and the issue I was concerned about was transitory. He was patient and answered a lot of my questions, including an education on clean outs with a recommendation for a specialist in that area. I appreciated the visit and, would recommend this company to others and would use them again myself if the need arose.

Just had Mike over to install a new kitchen faucet. While working on it, he answered lots of questions that my husband and I had about all sorts of plumbing issues. He worked really efficiently and did a great job for us at a good price. We liked that he charges by time and material ""by the Job"". We are going to use him for other plumbing jobs. Also, have used Dave from this company and he also was very good. I do not write many reviews but Co Co County deserves to be praised for their honest work!

We had a sewer back-up into the laundry room. The technician accomplished nothing and told me to call someone else. He said he wouldn't remove the toilet and, even if he did, he didn't have the right tool. He did manage to get more effluent into the laundry room, which he didn't clean up. He charged for the visit and for parts to repair the P-trap he broke.
