Awesome service. I have owned a few houses over the past 40 years, and some were older some newer.All the older ones were regular cloggers...so I have utilized many drain cleaning services The current home we are in we had built and 15 years later (today) we needed a drain cleaning service. They came out on time, ""Alex"" was polite and hard working and fixed the problem perfectly. So many drain companies ""work you over""...not this company. They do what they need to do as quickly as possible and don't drag their feet while the clock is ticking. THE Best. You won't be disappointed.

Had a on demand hot water heater installed about a month ago. Once again, great service. They are always on time, very clean, with excellent work. They coordinated with the electrician on the placement of the power supply for the heater. We had one glitch at the beginning with water temperature and they immediately came to our house and fixed the problem.

We have used CoCo County for over 15 years, mostly to snake out our sewer lines, but also to fix the occasional plumbing problem and install a water heater. They arrive on time, are very pleasant to work with, and get the job done. Prices are fair, too. Highly recommended.

got to agree with the other reviewer(Indeo L). these guys are the pits. called them out , three weeks later its blocked again, they charge to fix their previous screw up, not sure how long before I need to get another company to do the job properly!!. So ignore the insider postings, use them at your own risk

these guys are great. i, too, have been using them for several years for general maintenance, clean out, small repairs. in the fall of 2009, i had a major problem with my house lines. after several unsuccessful tries at trying to pull their snake back out of my lines, CoCoCo Sewer called in another company who had a more powerful drive for the snake line. they discovered a major break in my old clay sewer line and gave me a price to repair. we decided to do some of the work ourselves, and they were willing to work with us to get the work done. they are professional, friendly, cooperative, not pushy at all. i highly recommend them, with no caveats, qualifiers, or hesitation.

SO GLAD I IGNORED THE PERSON THAT GAVE A BAD REVIEW--IT SEEMS SHE GIVES MOST EVERYONE A BAD REVIEW.
This company is excellent. I am very happy with the service and price was very fair. Cory came out a fixed our problem--very professional.
Another company told us that we had off-set lines and that they needed to send a camera down (big bucks). They'd been telling us this for several years and I thought b4 I paid I would get a second opinion.
Well, I'm so glad I did we don't have off set lines just normal root issues like most folks--very common problem.
The other company lost our business--we will call CoCo for all our drain problems and tell our friends and neighbors who to call.
Don't hesitate to try CoCo for all your plumbing problems. You'll be happy you did.

This company always comes through! We had 5 other plumbers come out to try to fix the same problem through our home warranty, then decided to call this company that we had used before we got our warranty. We had a backup in our bathroom and laundry room and no other company could fix it. Co Co Plumbing assessed the problem and fixed it quickly and with care. Their prices are excellent and their service goes above and beyond. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I skipped over this company because of the previous bad review and called another company. The owner explained that he couldn't make it out today (Mother's Day/ Sunday) and he recommended this company. Because of that, I called Mike of Contra Costa County Sewer and he came out quickly and did an excellent job of quickly clearing out the roots in my sewer line. I've dealt with dozens of sewer issues after 25 years in The City, and I know when its done right or not.He priced it fairly, no B.S., and bottom line I liked the guy, so I felt I owed it to write him a good review.
