Beware!!! Horrendous work. !! I called this company for plumbing work and they did horrible work and left my home damaged and do not respond to emails/calls. (See photos)

* i was quoted 1,250 for a toilet replacement/install. I didn't dispute the very high price and I pre-paid this invoice because I knew I might be out of town and didn't want any hiccups. I was NEVER informed that the replacement dimensions would not fit the same as the old toilet, leaving huge gaps everywhere. During the removal/install process the technician didn't use any kind of cautionary protection to ensure no damage was done to my flooring. Chipped and scraped tiles all around the toilet of my freshly remodeled bathroom!! I emailed this company and have called 6 times over a three day period with no response. I can not believe this is the work they consider ""acceptable""

I just got off the phone with the most rudest, disrespectful, unprofessional person who answered the phone at Cobra Rooter and Plumbing, I think his name was PAUL. I asked him if he was the owner, he said no. I called because I tried to resolve an issue with billing, as I was OVERBILLED for the actual hours the plumber was here. The guy, Paul, must have realized the mistake and instead of owning up to it he just tore into me and called me all kinds of FOUL NAMES, I assume because he got aggravated that he was called out for a billing error and me pointing out the less than stellar work done as some items were not done correctly: as shark bites are not supposed to be able to twist within the connection to the water lines and the two installed are turning and the single handle faucet was installed in the wrong direction, as the plumber never asked me which direction I wanted it installed. There was other issues as well.
I called to resolve this and I was just ripped into by this awful, foul mouth man. Is that a way to talk to/treat a Senior Citizen?????
DO NOT use Cobra Rooter and Plumbing as they will OVERBILL you for actual hours on the job. The plumber takes breaks constantly, to make calls and drink his ""water"" outside, during the time he's at your home and then you are billed for his breaks. Cobra Rooter and Plumbing can't even get it right as for the work that was actually performed.
The man that answers the phone, Paul, is very unprofessional, abhorrent individual!!!!!
Only call them if you want to be BERATED as a human being!!!!!

UPDATE: I JUST RECEIVED A THREATENING EMAIL FROM COBRA ROOTER AND PLUMBING STATING THAT IF I POST AN UNFAVORABLE REVIEW THEY CAN CHARGE ME WITH A FOURTH CLASS FELONY, as stated in their email to me that there is some kind of law in Tempe that if a individual posts an unfavorable review they can be charged with a 4th class felony by the business the negative review was posted about. Has anyone ever heard of this?
I'm not in Tempe so the law doesn't apply to me, but to be intimidated in this type of manner by a business is just totally not acceptable!!!!
Another show of reason not to do business with Cobra Rooter and Plumbing.

I had a leaking toilet which was causing issue with ceiling downstairs in Laundry room. Isreal came out and was early, and took care of the situation. I cringe when I have something go wrong , because I live on social security. As usual I was charged a very reasonable amount and got a Class A job. We've used Cobra probably 5 times for our older home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They've installed a water softener, fixed clogs, you name it. And all at extremely reasonable prices. Mike is absolutely wonderful and my dogs seem to adore him also.
