Not sure what happened to this company. They are hiring poorly. Guy came to my house while my sons were home. He asked them if he could use the bathroom for a long visit..ugh. i had 2 toilet issues. He seemed to fix one..was confused on the other and had to figure out the part at Home Depot. Kids said he was out of it. About 2 days later the toilet starting running again. I called and they weren't available for a few days and then came out to fix it. I just got a water bill for $800 for that month. I reached out to the company to let them know. No response. I reached out again to see if they would at least refund my repair visit since it didn't work. Again, no response. This company may have gotten positive reviews a long time ago, but i wouldn't use them now. Sad to see when customer service goes down the drain.

They came to check issue and somewhat solved issue(bandaid). After they left, 5 minutes later a different issue popped up from not putting handle back on correct to make water stop fully when turned off and said tough luck. Terrible way to treat a customer!

Called Cobra on a Friday night about a toilet not flushing. The gentleman who answered was courteous. Since I had other usable restrooms it would be better for me to wait for regular work hours on Saturday than to pay the after hours charge that night. On Saturday morning the plumber came about when predicted. Very courteous as well. He discovered the problem, which a little bit more complex than I had originally thought. But the solution was simple and he went about clearing the main line.
Because we were having a party on Sunday I was a little panicked on Friday night. Worried more about a working toilet than the cost of the plumber. But I didn't want my wallet emptied either. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me the invoice. It was way below what I expected. Just the standard price for the service performed.
This company gave me great service. Honest, fair, and affordable.

Came out next day to replace a valve. Friendly! For the job I had done, quotes went anywhere from 150-800. Cobra rooter was one of the companies that have the cheaper prices... $150. Job was done quickly and im happy with the work performed. Thank you cobra rooter

Great plumbing company. Have been using them for about 3 years now and never disappointed in their service. Recently used them for unclogging a tub/toilet. Got a previous estimate from another plumbing company for $815 including removing the toilet to unclog the blockage. Work was done professionally by Cobra Rooter and Plumbing Service for $115 and did not include having to remove the toilet. Note, the other plumbing service was only called because when son called Cobra Rooter, he got the answering machine and could not leave a message since he was on his way to work, that's why he called another plumbing company. When he informed us of the cost of repair, we told him to call Cobra Rooter and Plumbing again, which he did and did have the phone answered directly by someone who then set up the time to come over to do the repair necessary. Will definitely only use them in the future.

I've used Cobra twice in the past couple months and I'm very happy. My house is older 1958 and both times were situations where I had to shut the water off until repaired. Cobra responded quickly and Mike the Tech, was professional and got the job done quickly and both times for a good price. Will definitely continue to use Cobra.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Long story long after weeks of meeting with plumbers, licensed and unlicensed I contacted Jerry.
Believe me in a few short weeks I've seen it all (job was such that it needed a quote/plumber to see the situation before taking it on). I've had people a few hours late to no shows, plumbers on crack or whatever else drugs they may do, to others saying it can't be done or they wouldn't want to do it, quotes from $400 to $1500, hours to complete from 2 to 2 days. To make things more difficult it was a condo building, so water has to be turned off to multiple units.
These guys are fantastic (Israel was the plumber assigned to my job), on time, super professional and friendly (no smelly, exposed crack plumbers here), work completed in half the time they estimated and the work area left so tidy I had nothing to clean. Did I mention that their price was on the low end?!
Great repairmen are hard to find and Cobra plumbing is it! Highly impressed! Thank you.

Great service! Arrived early and took care of all my little plumbing jobs including my big problem, my backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal , and dish washer . Everyone I had contact with was super nice and this was so reasonably priced!! I now have a plummer I can call for my jobs and refer to my friends!!!

We have an older home (1956) that uses the old, original orangeburg piping for the sewer line. Our sewer started backing up into the yard a few months ago and we had called the plumber we've been using the last 5 years of owning this home. They came out and said part of the pipe was crushed and they didn't feel comfortable doing a patch because of the orangeburg. They quoted us close to $6000 to replace it down to the street and said the price would only go up from there if they had to go into the street to continue the fix. We had them clear the line which fixed the problem temporarily until the same problem start again a little while ago. We called Cobra Rooter to come out and give us a quote and second opinion. The owner, Jerry, came out right away and looked at the pipe that had been uncovered previously. He said he would start by clearing the clog and then see if a patch was possible. The next day he was able to clear the clogged drain and did a really nice patch of the pipe for only $280. He did quality work at an extremely fair price. It's nice to find someone who is honest and hard working. We will be only using Cobra Rooter from now on and will be referring anyone who needs a plumber to check them out. Jerry and his company saved us thousand and did a stellar job on the repair.
