This is a 5 PLUS STARS company!!! We had a pinhole pipe leak this morning in our ceiling. Called and spoke with Dan, he scheduled us for same day service and had a technician out within a few hours. Our technician, Andrew couldn't have been better...friendly, professional, smart and efficient. Just a great guy! He even called and gave us notice when he has on his way out. He quickly identified the problem, shared the solution with us and went to work. It required him to cut into drywall however he did so in a manner that was least invasive so that our secondary repair would be less difficult. While he was here he also snaked a problem drain and gave us a tip on overall maintenance of this line since it tends to be problematic. There is a reason these folks were referred to us by neighbors and YELP alike. Thanks Coastline Plumbing!!!!

Well, I'm back again! The way I look at it, when I sell this house in a few years the new owners will have almost all new plumbing since Coastline is taking care of me one pipe at a time as they clog and/or fail.
This time it was one of those owner's nightmares; a slab leak. Dan and Todd were right on it for me. They brought in a company they trust to run a camera down and find where the leak was and then they worked together to dig up the slab in my garage, re-sleeve the old pipe all the way out to the sewer line, install an additional clean out in the garage and then re-cement and close the whole thing up.
Have I mentioned before how great these guys are? Well, read all my previous reviews because I know I have. Whether you are in the sad situation of having aging cast iron pipes like me or need some minor (or major) plumbing work or repair do yourself a favor, stop scrolling through Yelp and call Coastline!

Coastline was able to fit me in same day which was really great. Tech was nice and did a good job. He didn't have all of the parts on his truck which was a little disappointing, but he was back in an hour and since they fit me in, I'm not complaining about it. I've used other plumbers in the area who were I felt were overpriced, but I thought Coastline was fair, quick, and efficient. I'll be calling Coastline for sure again.

In the old days, companies came to your home to do a job; Plumbing, roofing, block wall, etc. If that company treated that homeowner properly with good service, that company could expect more business from the home owners neighbors. That's why neighbors should ask each other who did their work and were they happy.

Thanks for recommending Coastline Plumbing.
Had leak inside of wall from copper tube that feeds the toilet. One side of wall is the drywall bathroom, the other side is outside stucco next to the front door (it was a pin hole leak in pipe, old copper plumbing from 1972).

I started calling for a plumber on late Friday. Saturday only one called me back (My plumbers were out of town!) No calls from the other four, ever.
Dan asked me if I needed someone to come out on Sunday, I did. His name was Dave. Showed up on time and most importantly, called before he came out.
He zeroed in on the hot spot right away. Instantly cut the drywall to the spot, replaced the section of bad copper pipe, cleaned up and was done.

Gave me a recommendation to a restoration company (have wet drywall on both sides of the wall at the bottom). Called them, they will be out tomorrow. In the mean time have the fan blowing the area dry.
Dave cleaned up the area nicely too.

I might switch to Coastline Plumbing as my 1st go to. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

We had an issue with the main on a Saturday which co plate stopped all draining of all bathrooms. Steve came out very quick and got it all taken care of quick. He also informed us that we had out dated plumbing and gave us advice about how to get the city or the sanitation district to help pay for it. The problem was being caused by a palm tree from across the street. He went further to find the root cause of the problem than the last two local plumbers we had to fix similar issues in the last. Thanks Steve!!!
