I have a Hansgrohe Raindance Showerpanel with a body spray leak. After reading the Yelp reviews I called Coastline Plumbing. Emailed 3 photos to Dan and told him I have the installation booklet which contains the parts list/numbers. Jay Kalfas came out on time for the estimate and parts order. I found Jay to be very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, with excellent communication skills. Had a bad drain backup, it required snaking the main to get it. Coastline sent Jay Kalfas out, guy has a great beard, super nice guy. He told me there were a couple ways to do it, he was able to make it work the easier, cheaper way, saved me a ton! Any plumbing issues that come up, these are my guys.

I called Coastline Plumbing and left a message. Dan promptly called me back and set up an appointment with Jay. Jay Kalfas called half an hour before he was to arrive. He surveyed the problem and very capably fixed the problems. I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend Coastline Plumbing and Jay Kalfas if you have a plumbing problem.

I don't often write reviews but this time, it's worth broadcasting. Our experience with Jay and his company was wonderful. We had a clogged toilet and was desperately to get it fixed. I was dreading calling a plumber from the horror stories that I've heard in the past. I found them Yelp, they answered all my questions professionally. Jay arrived when he said he would and got the job done. As it turns out, the clog was 30 feet deep - I'm glad Jay was able to clear the issue and that our house is back to normal!

I highly recommend Coastline Plumbing! The owner, Dan is so nice and very prompt to respond. I needed to have a new water heater put in our home and Jay came out and did a great job installing it.. He also checked our water pressure reading and it was very high.. He recommended installing a pressure reducing valve, but at the time I decided not to do it. About a week later, our water heater started leaking.. I called Coastline and Jay came out and sure enough it was caused by the higher water pressure.
I knew that I needed to have Jay install the new valve which he did. He is so knowledgable and a very kind and personable guy! Thank you Jay Kalfas, you are the best!!

I love the quick response from these guys! We have had an issue with the water pressure in our home for the last few months and no one could seem to figure out the issue. When Jay Kalfas arrived and I explained the issue he thought it was odd as everyone else did but he was determined to figure it out! After taking the time to look at all option he thought of something that no one else had even thought of and sure enough it was the solution! After months of living with this water situation and hoping for one last attempt we were beyond excited that Jay was able to solve the problem! I will be recommending Coastline Plumbing to all my clients and definitely will be recommending Jay!
