For the past two weeks we've been dealing with a sewage problem at my house. By the grace of God, my brother-in-law told me to call Coastline Plumbing. I feel so very lucky that Dan took out his time and energy to address my problems and locate a specialist for them. Thanks to Dan, I have an appointment with a technician qualified for my particular plumbing issue. Thank you Dan for putting so much energy into resolving this for me.

My house suffered a water line break inside the wall behind the kitchen sink resulting in major flooding inside the wall and into the floor which resulted in major damage to the Kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Most of the restoration was covered by our insurance with the exception of the actual water line break in the wall which we paid to repair out of pocket.

We've had spotty luck with plumbers in the past so we more or less gave Coastline Plumbing the nod for the job with crossed fingers. Thankfully, they turned out to be an excellent choice. The 50+ year old bulky, crusty steel and brass pipe and ""Y"" fitting was replaced by a much more simplified and clean fitting and the line was also hydro blasted. When the insurance company plumber was complaining about how they would have to re-do the fitting in the wall to get the ""P-Trap"" sink/garbage disposal line and dishwasher hooked up, Coastline came back and did that aspect of the job for free and warrantied the complete set-up. Further, the owner, came by the following day to answer a few questions and check his plumbers' work (which was fine).

Coastline really went the extra mile for us and gets my highest recommendation.

I had a simple backed up kitchen sink. Looked at reviews and Coastline had great feedback. Found some cheaper options but you get what you pay for. That was evident with the very short replies from cheaper priced options on yelp that would only answer one of my TWO questions or just say something short and vague. The lack of effort in some basic communication on yelp with the less expensive options gave me the impression that while it's cheaper, you will get what you pay for and also Coastline's price was not way off or unreasonable. On a basic clog they give 30 days guarantee as well. Their communication was great, they got out to me next day, and their service man was polite, professional, and got it done clean and fast.

Just wanted to say thanks and great job to Danny at Coastline. Had a clogged toilet/tub and I knew it was the secondary line, rather than the main. So he was kind enough to answer my questions and discuss options. He went on roof to gain access to line and sure enough, a few minutes later all was clear. I've had dealings with a lot of plumbing companies over the years and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Dan answered the phone yesterday on the first ring and they were out first thing this morning. Their prices are in the ballpark with everyone else. Quick, efficient and courteous. 30 day guarantee.

I only write reviews for really good or really bad experiences and this qualifies. I just had my second experience with Coastline and it was just as good as the first experience. The first was to redo all drain and water lines in my home. The second was to replace a water heater. Both times, they were very reasonable on price, did great work and didn't try to bid the job up with extras. I could not have been happier with either experience and I would recommend them to my closest friends.

Had an kitchen sink clog which I was unable to clear and called Dan at Coastline to help! With a house full of people during stay-at-home I was hesitant to bring anyone in the house but Dan was awesome.

He replied immediately and was able to come in a matter of hours. We practiced ""social-distancing,"" and he used side-gate access to minimize contact.

He was friendly and worked quickly but efficiently to fix our problem. His fee was more than reasonable. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him without reservation.

I have been working with Coastline for a couple weeks as we have had a big slab leak problem.
They have all been helpful and attentive to our present needs. Both Dan the owner and his technician, Andrew have been very informative and also another technician named Daniel. We haven't yet concluded the work as we are working out a plan to repipe so I don't have to have my house torn up again from another slab leak.

I would highly recommend this company and will try and write a final review after all the work is completed.

Andrew came out to give us a bid for a whole home plumbing remodel. It took a week to get back to us only to say they ""revoked their bid""...

Who wouldn't want the business of redoing an entire house? Our contractor tried fishing a number out of them but thinks they either forgot to build an estimate or can't do the work.

Either way, I'd consider another company.
