A week after my husband passed away, the stool downstairs flooded. I called in the afternoon, Danny was there pronto. He got the clog out, but had to come back the next day. Long story short, I decided to replaced the aging stool. Both Danny & Todd were back the very next day. They are so friendly and expert at what they do. They left the bathroom immaculate! They were my angels in the plumbing truck. I would heartily recommend Coastline!!

I live in Capistrano Beach/ Dana Point and was worried they wouldn't be able to service me this far out. But they did! Then I was worried they don't accept credit cards, but they Do! So Last week i called to have someone at Coastline reseal my toilet and stop making it shake. They gave me a immediate appointment for Monday in the morning like I requested. Dan said someone would be here between 8am-8:30. Todd showed up on time on the dot 8:00am on my doorstep. Todd was very professional and got right to work and wasn't distracted by my barking dog. LOL Needless to say the job was done in less than 40 minutes. I am very satisfied and appreciate the service I received from Dan & Todd. Thank you

Our garbage disposal went kaput, causing a slight flood under our kitchen sink. I left it up to hubby, Tyler L, to get it taken care of. Trusty yelp led him to Coastline Plumbing.

Hubby said Danny and Todd were very professional in setting the appointment as well as doing the repair. Todd was punctual and the repair/installation was quick and easy with no hassles and most importantly NO UP-SELLING. Todd completed the installation of our new garbage disposal in less than 15 minutes.

Price for the repair was reasonable...others wanted $100 more. They accept cash, check & credit card.

We will be a repeat customer for other plumbing related work and would recommend them to others.

First of all, I sent Dan an e-mail asking him if he would be able to give the apartment complex that I manage ongoing service as needed. Dan responded promptly and told me that they do not specialize in drains, but he would help me out if I needed it. He said that they are a smaller companies and drains are a common thing for apartment complexes and I would be better off with a company that specialized in drains. I was disappointed that I could not use him regularly for the cleaning, but I did appreciate his honestly. I called him the following morning and he said he would send Todd on on Friday. Todd arrived promptly and he was careful to not make a mess and he worked very carefully. I have seen people just rip apart things just to hurry and get done. He actually snaked the drain twice. Once with the hand snake (which didn't get the clog) and one with the larger snake (which hit it). He checked both sinks afterwards to ensure that is was draining properly, which it was. There are two reasons why I didn't write this review sooner. One reason was because I wanted to see if the clog would return. It's been 4 months now and there is no problem. The other reason I'm writing it now is because I had Crandall's Plumbing do the exact same thing on an identical apartment a month ago and two weeks later it clogged up so bad that it backed up 3 drains. At that point, I felt I HAD to write this review about Coastline to commend them for not only unclogging my drain, but taking the time to do it right so that it stayed fixed! Thanks Dan & Todd!

P.S. The only thing that I can be critical of is that Dan recommended Crandall's to me, but they are NOT the same as Coastline. While they were prompt and courteous, the end result was quite different.

My husband called Coastline Plumbing to replace 2 toilets. They gave me a 2 hour window to arrive. They came on time. The price was very reasonable and they even threw in some freebies instead of nickel and diming me like my previous plumber.
They even added a double wax ring to make sure the toilets wouldn't leak on the sides. Danny and Todd were very professional and cleaned up very well. They took extra care to remove the old chaulking and clean up. They took the time to explain and make sure things were done right before moving on. I would definitely use their services again.

This company is ""Whoohoo As good as it gets"" Danny and Todd are both great. We had a slab leak and they were on it and fixed it right away.

I have them returning to install a new toilet and faucets. 5 stars, thanks guys!

Great company. Friendly and helpful. Called and left message, they called back in about an hour and gave me an estimate and scheduled a time (2 hr window, they'll call and let you know when they're coming) that worked for me.

Needed to have some pipes/valves replaced that ran on the outside of my house. Ended up needing the city to come and replace the shut-off valve at the curb so had to reschedule. Todd was super cool about it and I was able to call back and reschedule as soon as the city came out and did their part.

Todd came back and I asked some questions and he explained what he was going to do and showed me the parts he was going to use. After it was done, it showed it to me again and how it was working.

Overall excellent experience. Knowledgeable, friendly and stayed within their estimate. No complaints and would definitely use again.

The guys at Coastline were super professional and courteous. I had a major problem at my house with a slab leak which required a complete repiping of the entire house - no easy task considering the age of the house and how messed up the plumbing was due to the previous owner's ""renovation"" job.

Todd & Dan came in and gave me their best assessment and estimate. Although I ended up using a different outfit for various reasons, i was left thoroughly impressed with their high standards and customer service. I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing need.

These guys came through huge for us on 2 separate jobs shortly after moving into a new place.

We first discovered that we had a gas leak and were worried that not only would our walls, ceiling, etc. be torn apart to reroute the line but also that our home would be a filthy, dirty mess from the dust & grime being exposed. During the bid process, Todd stood out amongst the rest with his attention to detail and they came through by keeping everything extremely clean with minimal repair work.

Next we had a backed up sewer line and I was not happy after my home warranty plumber told me I would need to re-install a new cleanout and would be looking at $1,200+ job that would also tear apart my front lawn. We called Coastline and Danny came out late in the same afternoon...he got right to work on it and was able to clear the line for a small fraction of the cost! Needless to say we were thrilled.

You can tell this is a well run business with competitive prices and not only do they get the job done but they do things the right way to protect your home. I will call them first the next time I need a plumber, and I will recommend them to anyone as well.
