Very grateful. Called in a panic, on a Friday afternoon. Couldn't help until Monday, but knew a guy who could, and recommended me to him. And he was wonderful. Can't rate the service as didn't use them, but 5 stars for being so personable, helpful, answering the phone and putting us on to someone who did a fantastic job. Thank you!

What a company. Reached out on a Tuesday, came out on a Wednesday and repaired a leaky toilet in less than an hour. Professional, explained the fix and made me aware of anything else they needed to do to finish the project. Couldn't recommend higher!

Had an issue with my garbage disposal being clogged. Wanting to rectify the situation as soon as possible I went to Yelp and found Coastline Plumbing. Daniel and is assistant were very professional and timely. Much to my shame, they found a small glass that sunk down in the bottom of the drain and clogged the sink. They extracted the glass in a matter of seconds and didn't charge me for the visit! Embarrassment aside, I will not not hesitate to use Coastline in the future. Definitely recommend.

I was in a bind. Not only was my hot water Peter started leaking. So I started searching around for quotes... Then pilot light went out and I had to turn off my heater. I was taking cold showers for a week until Coastline Plumbing handed me the lowest bid. They were able to come out the next day. Daniel installed a 40-gallon hot water heater.... and... save my dog from running out into the street after me while I went back to work. Double Thanks Daniel!

Overpriced and incomplete work

Had a leaking tub fixed by them. Job took about two hours do complete and included a new plastic drain to properly seal the pipes. Andrew gave me a whole song and dance about this custom machined drain which I assumed would be metal (machined) but upon install it was just plastic connected to a rubber universal pipe. It did the job but $1200 for that? And that was at a discount. Then to make things worse they leave me high and dry on finishing the job by not patching the ceiling! He told me to use the tub and see if it's no longer leaking then call him to finish but now they say they don't do drywall and never said they would... What a lie

Had a very slow draining shower in 65 year old plumbing. Tried snaking and didn't work, even drained to a trickle. Dan came out with a special tool and not only cleared the drain, but it drains better and faster than it has in many, many years. Very prompt, professional and fair pricing.
