OMG! My dishwasher was filling up with water and I wasn't sure why. I called and spoke with the owner Eddie. It was a simple fix so rather than come out and charge me a fee (it was a holiday), Eddie took his time and talked me through it. He was knowledgeable and knew the workings inside out. He was so honest and patient that I was floored. If I ever have any plumbing issues, I'll be sure to use him again. By far the BEST service I've had, albeit over the phone. Thank you again Eddie!

I had been stood up by my landlord's plumber 2x so I took matters into my own hands and called up Eddie based on his great yelp reviews. He came next day and fixed both of my issues quickly! One of them was so simple, he didn't even charge. Hard to find honest people nowadays- will definitely be using Eddie again for any plumbing issues!

One of the sink faucets in our master bath broke so we decided to replace both sink faucets and their 4 shut-off valves and water supply lines. We purchased all of these from Home Depot, but our condo management requires a licensed plumber to do anything which requires them to shut off the water lines. So I called 3 plumbers to get an install quote. Hernandez Plumbing, also found on Yelp, quoted $500 for the project, & a contractor I've used before quoted $370. Coastal Plumbing was the only one to quote an hourly rate for the labor & estimated it would take 2-3 hours. At their reasonable rates, it would have been the lowest quote even at 3 hours. On the scheduled day, Eddie and his assistant in training arrived 10 mins. EARLY (a rarity in Miami), and got right to work. He realized, in short order, that the new faucet drain plugs required different sized PVC extension thingies then the ones that fit the old drain plugs. So, rather than making me pay for his time to go get the parts, he gave me a different sized version of the parts he needed so I could run to Home Depot for the parts while he continued to work on the faucets. He was very meticulous in his attention to details, like making sure the faucet handles lined up perfectly straight, and cleaning everything as he went along. Yet he worked quickly. It ended up taking him 2.75 hours because the old sink was so rusted. Still, despite the excellent and friendly service, it still cost me less than his competitors. It is obvious that Eddie is not only very good at what he does, but that he is also passionate about doing a great job and providing excellent value and customer service. He's a good guy that does people right and he deserves the success that is coming to him.

Second attempt (tried another company first) to get hot water from kitchen sink. Talked to Eddie. This guy must be a magician! By just asking a few questions over the phone he knew what was going on. User error! Yeah it takes awhile to get hot water but it helps if I have the handle flipped the right direction. A five minute phone call saved me $175!

The main water pipe broke at our house. We started searching the internet for plumbers near us and found Coastal Plumbing with rating 5 out of 5. Made the call for an appointment. Eddie asked for pictures of the damage and told us exactly what needs done and the cost estimates. Eddie and Emir showed up the next day on time. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and courtesy when they explained what needs done and how long it will take to complete the job. Emir was quick to fix the pipes. He was knowledgable, motivated and enthusiastic about doing his job right the first time. I also had a leaking faucet in the garage, Eddie sent Judson few days later after I purchased a new Faucet. Judson was also a very knowledgable and professional plumber. He changed the faucet in no time. Eddie and his crew are great people. Coastal Plumbing of Brickell will be the company I will call going forward for all our plumbing needs.
