Great experience with Coastal Plumbing of Brickell. I called Eddie to set up an appointment for fixing a running toilet. I sent him a picture through text and he called me back with a quote of the job and an appointment for the next day. He showed up at the expected time and explained everything to me, so I would be able to do it myself if I had the problem again. He uses the best parts that last for years and guarantees a warranty if there is another problem that arises. He was quick and efficient. I was able to pay with a credit card and the price was very reasonable for an excellent job well done. I highly recommend Eddie and Coastal Plumbing of Brickell to all customers for their plumbing needs.

Eddie was very professional and personable. I hired him to do a plumbing inspection on a property and I couldn't be more pleased! He took the time to explain every bit of the inspection and answered all of my questions. He pointed out things that I could opt for but even went as far as to tell me I didn't really need them and to save my money. What other plumber would do that?? He is honest and, most importantly, good at his trade. I would recommend him to anyone!

I highly recommend these guys! We bought a 10 year old condo in South Beach and wanted to have some plumbing maintenance done. We left a message for Eddie and he called me back within 1 hour. We talked about my concerns and he made some great suggestions which ended up saving me money. He asked me to send him photos so he could give me an accurate price quote for the parts and get them ordered right away. I didn't have an emergency, so he was able to schedule my work within 2 days. They were on time, professional, quick and efficient. They visually inspected my hot water heater while they were here and said I didn't need any work done on it. The price was very reasonable.

I called this company because of the great Yelp reviews and because they do work on Brickell condos. I was connected to Eddie right away and I explained the issue with slow hot water pressure in the unit. After calling him back with a few more details Eddie narrowed down the issue for me and was very helpful through a series of phone calls and text messages. My hot water is now flowing better than ever before. I wish every company would treat their customers the same way. I highly recommend this company.

I had a problem with a shower that I thought might require me to break the tile to really fix things. Of course this had me scared at the expense and effort. I talked my problem over with Eddie and sent him a couple of pics. When we talked, he offered some options and gave me an up front price. Upon coming to the appointment, he took a look, reiterated the options and how we would progress through them. In a matter of minutes it was clear the """"simple"""" fix would actually work for me. I had a huge relief. Here was a situation where every other contractor would tell you sorry and go straight to the complex, expensive fix. Eddie chose not to gouge me. I already recommended him to friends.

I'll just echo what the other reviewers have written here and say that Eddie is the best. I called him to set up an appointment to fix two running toilets, and he had me text him with pictures of the toilet tanks so that he could quote me a price for the work and buy all the necessary parts in advance. Besides installing the new parts, there was a lot of little adjusting that needed to be done on the chains and other moving parts so that the toilets would flush as smoothly as possible. Eddie was very patient and you could tell that he's a professional who won't leave a job until it's done right. I was really impressed with finding this level of service (especially in Miami) and will definitely be using him again when plumbing issues come up.

Coastal Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing company in the Brickell area in all of Miami in our opinion. We have called Eddie last minute and he always makes an effort to deliver same day service in an emergency situation. Thankfully, we don't need to call often because his work is top notch! Eddie is honest, friendly, and always in a good mood. :) He also likes to explain his work and show you so you understand. He is very passionate about plumbing!!!
