I will honestly never call another plumber ever again. As a DIY person, I some times screw things up and need a professional to help me sort out where I went wrong. I was able to call up late in the evening, and get the advice I needed to fix my project all over the phone. A few photos of my work space and boom- problem solved. Most people would jump at the chance to charge me hundreds of dollars to come out here and fix something that turned out to be dead simple. You don't see many people like that anymore. Massive amount of respect, and my new go to plumber.

This is my second review for them, the 1st review came from hubby and I , gave Eddie the best review (totally deserved it) unbelievably top notch work! This one's on behalf of my parents , not only were we able to reach him right away (during the worst of weather we had) he walked me through all my needs and went out of his way to help. He had Judson come out to do the work and he too was amazing!!! I can't say this enough how pleased I am with their service, honest and professional to the 100th power! We recently moved to our house and our main pipe was completely blocked. We checked on yelp and asked for several quotes on a Sunday. Eddie replied not only with the best price among the top 4 companies on yelp but he also gave us a free consultation over the phone and offered to help us mitigate the difficult situation we were going through with detailed instructions. That night we called Eddie 3 times and he was very happy to help us out. The next day Eddie and Judson unclogged our main pipeline and on top of that they fixed our kitchen's sink poor water flow. This guys explained in a very detailed way what was going on. For us this information was extremely educational and important since we knew nothing about plumbing issues. This guy's service was impressive and affordable. We totally recommend this company, and would definitely reach out again whenever we need plumbing services.

wow, i can't believe how great their customer service is! i called for a quote for a clogged garbage disposal and the guy actually guided me through the phone on how to fix it myself! it was done in less than 5 minutes and he just saved me $175! i'm still amazed at how nice of him that was!! i will only call them in the future should i ever have any plumbing problems again :D

These guys are really good. I'm a difficult, demanding, uninformed customer with constantly shifting needs in my remodel and they were patient and accommodating. I had them do a shower conversion (see before, during and after) and replace my toilet and sink. Eddie and Judson are excellent. Bernard too. They go above and beyond what everyone else does. And, their post-installation service is excellent. I felt like I could call them anytime to get help or assistance and that means a lot. I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his team. Seriously you will love them. That's a lot to say about a plumber but I mean it.

Best plumber experience ever. These guys are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Eddie is part surgeon and part artist as he crafts the perfect plumbing solution. Judson, his assistant, is the perfect complement to the team, setting things up, adding suggestions from his wealth of parts knowledge and expediting the job. Great attitude, explains things clearly, works quickly and efficiently and provides a very fair price. Just a really great all around experience with a couple of cool guys.

I called Eddie the day before. He asked me to take a photo of the situation. He immediately knew the problem and gave me an estimated cost based on that fact. His assistant Jordan was here the next day. Problem solved!
