We have used Coast Plumbing since 2004 in 2 different homes. They have always been courteous, timely and professional. Our last experience is indicative of their service. Leaky water heater, along with a load groaning noise in the evening. Emailed Coast the next morning about 6:00am. Received a call at 7:00am and Technician arrived at 9:00am. Water Heater installed and working by Noon! Pedro, the Technician, was timely and very professional. The cost was more than competitive with other companies or with even trying to purchase from a water heater from a hardware store and installing on my own. Will always call Coast first.

Had a great experience with Coast Plumbing. I initially found water damage in my hallway baseboards, and called Coast Plumbing the next morning. They sent not one but two technicians that same morning to inspect my home and source the water leak. The second technician was there to confirm that there were no slab leaks. Once they determined the source of the leak was my toilet, they quickly worked with me to clean and replace it. I noticed the technician was very detail oriented and made sure the toilet was level to the floor and was propertly secured. I was so impressed I asked him to work on additional items I have been putting off as recommended from other plumbers, which included replacing my water regulator and replacing my other toilet. I am thankful that I was referred to Coast Plumbing by our friends and will happily recommend them to my other friends and family. Will be using them again in the near future to clean my drain pipes. Again excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and awesome quality of work!

I've lived in my house for over 20 years and Coast is my number 1! Two great examples both happing during a Holiday:
1) Day after Christmas 2007- my kitchen sink was backed up and Coast arrived on time and got the job done asap.
2) On Easter Day 2022 noticed a clog in my shower and the toilet had overflowed, I cleaned up the best I could and made an appointment for the next day. Coast gave me the 8:30 am-9:30 am time slot. It was a successful call. What I truly appericate is the professionalism of the company, the price point, and the quick response.

My water heater gave out Friday night in the late evening. I was able to contact Coast Plumbing and they offered me emergency or next day service. I opted in to waiting for next day service and a plumber was at my home bright and early the next day. The plumber David was very knowledgeable and informative of what the issues were and explained them to my husband and I. After some trouble shooting and contacting my water heater manufacturer and finding out the parts needed were on backorder and could take awhile the only option left was to replace it. David replaced everything he needed too with the water heater and left everything in order and the way it should be. I was so thankful to him and coast plumbing for assisting me especially during the holiday weekend! I can honestly say I have never had such great well rounded customer service from the moment I first called to the completion of the work. Will definitely be using coast in the future.

Had a outdoor pipe burst thanks to my dog's collar which got caught in it. Called coast plumbing since they had replaced my water heater a few years ago and did a great job. Got a call back within 5 min of my call since it was in the evening - sent them pictures and ultimately decided to wait for the next morning. Dispatch called me at exactly 7am the next morning to schedule an appointment. Luis came that morning and did a great job. He was so polite, considerate and nice. Price felt very fair. Would definitely use them for my plumbing needs!!

I was cooking for a big gathering and of course the disposal clogged. Then we found that one of the toilets was also not working right. We called as soon as it happened and within 2 hours Vince was at our door. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained what was needed including the costs. We couldn't be happier with the pricing, service and overall professionalism of this company. We called Coast Plumbing out to fix a slow drain. They quoted a flat rate price over the phone per drain line and that's the price they stuck with; no high pressure upselling or any other dishonest techniques we've encountered with other companies.

We ended up replacing our 20+ year old water heater that was struggling to remain hot in the same trip. Just took the technician one phone call and the new water heater was delivered and installed in a little over an hour at an extremely reasonable price.

We're so happy to have found them and will remain customers for life.

Sink was clogged and garbage disposal stopped working at the same time just last Friday. I called them and they came out that day. Very professional and quick to resolve issue. Customer Service is great, everything is very transparent in explaining what the issue is and what it's going to cost. I heard of Coast Plumbing because I was once a tenant, they service other businesses like for property managements which I once rented from. I just became a new home owner living in a house they just serviced. I'm happy I asked and kept their business card. I'm happy to know I have Coast Plumbing as my go to guys for all my plumbing needs.
