Plumbing issues. We all have had them. It does not matter the age of your home.

We had a plumbing issue over a year ago and it was fixed. We recently discovered a new issue. Due to problems with the plumbing company that did the original repair, we decided to contact Coast Plumbing, Heating & Air.

Called Coast Plumbing and they came out at the last minute, put a camera in the line to see what was going on with our issue. Coast went home that evening and called us the next day, early at that!, said they may have another option. They came back out, took another look at the pipes and explained how they can fix. Went over the game plan with Coast Plumbing.

Wow...they completed the repairs on time, within the quote we were given. And talk about clean, they were very clean.

We had a great experience with Coast and would definitely use them again, hopefully we don't need to, lol, things happen.

I can't say enough good things about Coast Plumbing. I have been using them forever. They have installed an air conditioner for me, as well as a thermostat. I can't even remember how many plumbing issues. One was on New Year's Eve and when I walked out into the garage I saw water running into the street. I was completely freaked out. They got someone there asap. It was pouring down rain that night, and they also contacted a restoration company (not sure that's what it's called) and they came out and put in a dehumidifier. All in all they were great. Then just recently I noticed water under the kitchen sink, so called right away and they were here within a 1/2 hr. Ken was great, and got it fixed pretty quickly and installed a new faucet as well. I have never used anyone else in the 30 plus years I lived here, because they are always reliable, clean, honest, willing to help me save money where they can, and these days that seems pretty hard to find.

Finally, I am happy to find reliable plumbing service with Coast Plumbing, Heating and Air. Before them I was about deal another plumber he gave me very costly repair in order to fix my clogged sink. I spent my 3 days and the plumber tried to charge me for unnecessary works and replacement. I got skeptical my previous plummer and decided to get another opinion and called coast plumbing service. They came and fix it professionally and very honest and also very good price. I know plumbing issue is very painful and scary for people and I got very bad experience with another plumber but you can trust this company with no doubt.

Coast Plumbing was wonderful, highly recommend. They responded quickly and had a technician come out very quickly, I think he arrived in less than 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone. Which I was pleasantly surprised considering it's two days before Christmas. Their rates were very reasonable and they took all forms of payment.

First time using coast plumbing and the experience was smooth and easy.
Had a in ceiling copper pipe begin leaking the the early morning. Coast was able to get a technician out in a timely fashion and repair the copper pipe quickly and left the work area clean. The technician was knowledge and friendly

First time using Coast Plumbing. They offered to come out to my house same day, but I wasn't available. Nate the plumber showed up ontime the next day, gave me options and estimated cost, and was thorough in finding out where the leak was coming from in the backyard. He knew his stuff, was honest and upfront and made the repair. He was there for probably four hours and Coast charged me a reasonable amount. They will be on my speed dial. James the general manager actually answers the phone, works to find a good time to send someone out and actually followed up the service to see if everything was satisfactory!

Have used this company exclusively for over 20 years.
They historically have been both responsive & reliable.
My interaction today with James, the general manager, was both disconcerting & downright rude!
I paid almost a $1000 to have my main line jetted 6 months ago. The drain has been slowing down & not draining well...though luckily no backup into the toilet of showers...I reached out to have them come and service the drain as I was instructed to by the plumbers who serviced us & today I was accused of being dishonest!
Until today I would have recommended Coast to anyone for anything. Not any more. They're untrustworthy & as far as I'm concerned and a company that should be avoided.

I have used Coast for several problems. This time I had a clogged bathroom sink. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and always polite. They respond quickly to calls and clean up after the job. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
