One month ago, I had an appointment with Terry. He was very friendly, socially distanced as much as possible, and very helpful. I just needed a diagnostic on my AC and this place was the cheapest. Other places wanted to charge me 3 times the amount just to have someone come to take a look at my AC unit. He came right on time, explained what the issue was, gave me some advice and told me to contact my home insurance first before having their company fix the issue. He also said he changed my air filter for me. I thought I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness, but little did I know I was totally wrong.

I just had someone else come take a look to get a quote on replacing my AC unit. The technician opened up the AC and found that THERE WAS NO FILTER. My AC was running for a whole month without an air filter. I am furious because now my coil is further backed up. I guess you get what you pay for. Just wasted my time and money.

A Costly and Near Tragic Mistake
Our A/C unit in our rental condo quit working late on a Friday night. We called around Sat. morning and felt lucky when Coachella Valley Plumbing Heating and Air told us that they could send someone out later in the day to take a look at it. As our unit was quite old, upon their recommendation, we decided to replace the entire HVAC system and ductwork. We also asked them to re-install our wireless thermostat (total cost $11,200 with work completed that week). As we were leaving the next day and was not planning on returning for six weeks, we provided both verbal/written instructions for installing the thermostat and setting the temperature at 90 F. Upon our early return 3 weeks later, the thermostat was set at 74 F and had been running constantly, our wireless thermostat had not been installed, the thermostat they installed was literally hanging by a wire, the house was so dusty/dirty we had to spend days cleaning up after their installers, a portion of the condenser pipe was not insulated causing water to drip onto the roof ; and worst of all......the exhaust flue was not connected with any fasteners and separated from the roof jack. Luckily, my husband went into the attic space to inspect their work and noticed that the exhaust flue was not connected. We called them and they did send a crew out to screw the exhaust flue sections together and tape the seams. A potential future tragedy was averted. We were not happy with the resolution of other issues/lack of communication and were told that the Owner would call us. That was over a week ago and we still have not heard from them.

Staff were personable, on time, safe but the A/C unit wouldn't turn off after they left. I had to have service again the next day and was told that those who worked the previous day ""wired it wrong"". Too bad, otherwise good service

Had a air conditioner replaced yesterday. Sergio and Chris showed up on time, got to work and 2 hours later back up and running. Very pleased and will certainly use for any future needs.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your ac repair. I called to have them check out my unit as it was running constantly and not getting cold enough inside. Three minutes into the inspection, the serviceman said we needed a whole new unit. I should have waited and gotten a second opinion but went ahead and had a new one installed. About a week later I go out to the patio where it is installed to find a huge puddle of water on the patio, and inside the closet where it is installed is soaking wet along with the wooden pedestal underneath. They had taken away the old condensate pump and neglected to tell me or install a new one. Now they are asking for $250 for a new one when the old one never gave us any problems. Several calls to the 'boss' has gotten me nowhere. I will be reporting them to BBB and CA Attorney General.

Last month I had my two A/C units serviced. The Technician checked the outside units only. He never went to the attic to check there. When I asked if the large A/C hoses in the attic needed to be cleaned and to have an estimate of the costs he told me he did that already, which is not true. He never even went near them!!!
Other companies always did service the attic units, and since I have Air-scrubbers that should be part of the maintenance service.
I was very disappointed. Very poor customer service! I will never use this company again. It's not worth the money.

Horrible horrible horrible. What a nightmare. They are not reliable. I had an appt 12:00-2:00 pm appointment on Mon 7/6/20. They called due to shortage of staff, they reschedule for following day same time. They never showed up and they said I never called back to reschedule. That's funny because they called to rescheduled. I asked to talk to the manager, he was not available or absent. I asked for a call back. I never received it.

In the meanwhile, I rescheduled to Wed 7/8/20 between 2:00-4:00 pm, no show. I even called today to confirm the appointment and I was assured I was scheduled. Finally got a call at 4:45pm and was informed, he will not arrive til after 6:00 pm.

Unbelievable, horrible service very irresponsible. Who run their business like this. I have been unconvinced for 3 whole days. I would never recommend this company. If I can, I would like to rate the -1. Please save yourself the aggravation and don't ever use them. Very disappointing.

This is a great company. They are honest and reliable. They are also very kind, each of them. Super good guys. Todd is a personal hero. I had guests in and the unit went out and he had a new one in within 24 hours, and was so helpful in communicating to the guests. Terry is also great. He's the manager. I highly recommend this company. You will not feel ripped off or oversold. They are fair and honest.

Came in to my house and A/C had stopped working. Called and Todd Stewart showed up at my door 30 minutes later (so fast). We discovered that my 39 year old unit was not serviceable. Quoted me a new air conditioning unit (great price) (roof 3.5 ton unit) and 4 hours later it was complete and i could rest comfortably!!!! Not to mention he checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well!!!!
Love them!!!
