Last month I had my two A/C units serviced. The Technician checked the outside units only. He never went to the attic to check there. When I asked if the large A/C hoses in the attic needed to be cleaned and to have an estimate of the costs he told me he did that already, which is not true. He never even went near them!!!
Other companies always did service the attic units, and since I have Air-scrubbers that should be part of the maintenance service.
I was very disappointed. Very poor customer service! I will never use this company again. It's not worth the money.

Horrible horrible horrible. What a nightmare. They are not reliable. I had an appt 12:00-2:00 pm appointment on Mon 7/6/20. They called due to shortage of staff, they reschedule for following day same time. They never showed up and they said I never called back to reschedule. That's funny because they called to rescheduled. I asked to talk to the manager, he was not available or absent. I asked for a call back. I never received it.

In the meanwhile, I rescheduled to Wed 7/8/20 between 2:00-4:00 pm, no show. I even called today to confirm the appointment and I was assured I was scheduled. Finally got a call at 4:45pm and was informed, he will not arrive til after 6:00 pm.

Unbelievable, horrible service very irresponsible. Who run their business like this. I have been unconvinced for 3 whole days. I would never recommend this company. If I can, I would like to rate the -1. Please save yourself the aggravation and don't ever use them. Very disappointing.

This is a great company. They are honest and reliable. They are also very kind, each of them. Super good guys. Todd is a personal hero. I had guests in and the unit went out and he had a new one in within 24 hours, and was so helpful in communicating to the guests. Terry is also great. He's the manager. I highly recommend this company. You will not feel ripped off or oversold. They are fair and honest.

Came in to my house and A/C had stopped working. Called and Todd Stewart showed up at my door 30 minutes later (so fast). We discovered that my 39 year old unit was not serviceable. Quoted me a new air conditioning unit (great price) (roof 3.5 ton unit) and 4 hours later it was complete and i could rest comfortably!!!! Not to mention he checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well!!!!

I needed A/C Service and they were able to set an appointment for the next day. They found a venting problem in the compressor unit and were able to get a part and finish the repairs that afternoon.

My air conditioning went out and on Sunday morning I called Coachella Valley Plumbing Heating and Air. Within two hours someone came and checked it out. A part was ordered and repairs were completed by Wednesday. All of the staff were competent and friendly. Definitely would recommend them.

DO YOUR RESEARCH on these guys! I wish I would of read all the reviews before choosing them. I hired these guys to come service all three of my AC's. My units were all working fine, however, they recommended to add Freon ($440) on one which seemed fair since it was a older unit. I paid them and it never got any cooler, called them back 3 days later and they send another tech out that was VERY rude! Telling me I need to pay 3k to replace the compressor. I asked why they charged me $440 if the compressor was bad, he played the blame game said the other tech didn't know what he was doing however they work for the same company. I asked for a refund since they should of recommended the compressor be replaced when I had him service them and for not addressing it when they came back to add the Freon, they said they do not offer refunds on Freon charge. I will be calling another company for a second option as these guys obviously do not know the meaning of honest work. BE CAUTIOUS of these guys.

I had them do some repairs which went ok but then they charged my credit card twice for the work I have called at least ten times leaving messages and no response and no credit back to my credit card. Avoid this company, there are lots of other good ones.

Contacted Terry last year Nov. 2019 for service call on our old air conditioner. He came over and did the job. Such a kind, sweet and caring and nice guy. Told me we had R 22 freon and was going to be obsolete Jan. 1/2020. Filled it up for me and said contact him April 2020. Terry came back, said compressor was leaking. Have home warranty, which took so long to authorize. I liked Terry so much, thought I would get them to install their ac unit, but in meantime worked on with Todd and got financing 18 months same as cash. Todd was so nice and helpful with the financing, was easy and quick. There techs (Jorge and Efran) such great guys always kept us informed how things were going. It was a ""big job"" but they worked so hard and fast to complete everything. **Highly recommend this company.**
They are all about wonderful customer service!. Gave us a senior and veteran discount which helped alot too. Love you guys!!!!!
Will definitely use them again. Will tell my neighbors about this company too.

My less than three year old shower faucet started leaking. I tried to find parts at Lowe's but the cartridge numbers weren't clear so i opted to call a professional. Guy shows up within time range. Checks it out and replaces two washers and two springs. Time elapsed 15 minutes to maybe 20 $180. Ok. Next morning, Sunday, go to take shower, handle does not have same range and hot water never comes. Call Tuesday after using other bathroom shower and get 9 to 11 window Wednesday. after 11 I call and they said he just pulled up. Sure enough same truck same guy. He remains in truck about ten minutes then comes to door. He goes up and works a few, comes downstairs and shuts off water, works more and turns on water. Said the cartridge was upside down. During these 15 minutes I see that he has very greasy hands and with the two trips up and down has left heavy black grease on my railing. I get out degreaser and rags and spend equal time cleaning the railing. I called and asked for manager who was out for lunch. Told my tale to guy who answered. He offered an A/C check up. Yeah sure won't be taking them up on that offer, same guy might show u
