The young men were nice but the owner or boss was pushy and lied to me. I was using a $55 Maintenance coupon that you get in the mail. The next thing I knew was I had $215 bill. He said that my friend told him to change the fuses...that is for $160. I was struggling with that because fuses aren't that expensive and I don't have that kind of money. They were not corroded. He was very forceful on the phone trying to get me in to pay it, which I did not. All I wanted was for them to check it out. I sent the nice young men on there way with the $55 maintenance fee. After the fact I called my friend and he said he did not tell him to put those fuses in. We also had a 3 way call with another friend who is an Electrician. I was trying not to get taken advantage of and he was telling me things that should be done. He said that half of what he said was true and then there was a part that wasn't true. So all in all... I'm not trusting this guy! I felt like the female that's being abused with upgrades so the company has a good day in the till. Buyer Beware!

The tech advised me that I needed to replace the compressor on my one year and two week old air conditioner that was installed on April 10th. He noted that he had replaced the capacitor and it would cost me $1700 for labor on a new compressor. The part was under warranty. Both my husband and I attempted to talk to the manager, but our calls were not returned.
I had another vendor come out to check the unit. He states the capacitor was never replaced and quickly had the unit back in operation by replacing the capacitator for under $300. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the CLSB.

Wish I would have done some research. Do your homework before calling Coachella Valley Plumbing and Heating. Reviews don't lie. Call someone else for AC matters.... or at least get a 2nd opinion as Todd the technician is not a man of his word.

I have used them for air conditioning. They installed a new unit for me and I am happy with results. Had them out to fix/ replace my garbage disposal the end of November 2020, not so happy with results.

First, there was a huge mark up on a disposal that sells for $120 at Home Depot. Second, the air gap hose was not checked or replaced and resulted in another service call about 6 weeks later Due to water leaking all over. This should have been part of a professional installation. End result, my new garbage disposal cost me $600. I called to request that the 2nd service call be refunded and spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone, who said he would convey the message to the manager. Never heard back. Will not use them again.

Just to update you all on this company that Scammed me. Today I had a company come out and access Coachella Valley's work. $3000 to fix it and found that they put the wrong equipment in my house. because of their stupidity they never turned on the gas, if they had I would have died of carbon monoxide poisoning, because the exhaust would have gone in the house.

Hired this company to re-do an electrical box. Charged our credit card the total amount - over $5,000- and have yet to do the job. Calls to the owner, Ron, are never returned. Credit card charged on Nov. 24th. Promised to begin work on December 2nd. It is now January 8th and nothing. We want a refund and no longer want to hire them.

Contract 12/6/20 installation 9/10/20. No one in authority will respond to me and are not willing to finish the Service Contract.

No one has returned to install the bar type return grill.
When the cooling unit was brought from the golf course it was dropped on my patio and cracked the concrete and spalled the surface.
When the previous cooling unit was removed something stained the patio.
Apparently when furnace material was removed from the garage our handcart was used and inadvertently absconded with. It wasn't returned.
The cooling unit needs to be placed on a concrete pad. This unit extends over the pad and does not rest on its feet.
