CMS was recommended by our Eichler contractor, and we are SO glad we went with them! Another company had come out several times and gave up, proposing going into the concrete floor to replace the pipe in the kitchen. Eddie was so committed to our plumbing issue. He was honest, hardworking, knowledgable, and a wonderful human. Highly recommend choosing CMS! We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

If you are looking for bad workmanship and office attitude then book an appointment with CMS Plumbing. CMS installed 4 new shower cartridges in my home, they didn't seal back up the trim nor did they install one back correctly. We immediately notified them upon finding out it was installed incorrectly. They came out and stripped the screw. Told us we needed to get the new parts for them to correct.

Fine. I purchased the new parts to have this error on their part corrected which cost us $415 plus sales taxes. I advised them that we just received the parts and to schedule. Cory called and said sorry it's your hard water that created this we are not covering this. Shower fine for 8 years, CMS replaced the cartridge no issues removing the handles. Clearly installed wrong, you can see the screw hole in the picture facing up. Of course water will sit there if you install something upside down. When it rains do buckets collect water?

Several neighbors have tried CMS and have gone elsewhere due to service and office staff. There is a reason why not to use them.

I scheduled an estimate appointment at my house a week in advance during my lunch break from 12-1pm and nobody ever came by. They didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know they were running late or had to reschedule. Very disappointed, seems no respect for customer's time; or poor time management. Declined appointment reschedule as I cannot trust a company that is not responsive with their clients.

I called CMS plumbing to investigate a possible leak under my home. When a faucet or the shower is opened dripping could be heard from pipes under the house. I also had CMS replace a dripping faucet in the kitchen.

The faucet in the kitchen was replaced with a new one so the dripping is fixed but the screws holding the knobs constantly come loose.

The leak under the house was not fixed. On the first visit the plumber suspected it was a loose pipe and tied down what he suspected was the correct pipe. The noise seemed to go away. I was charted over $500.

The noise returned the next day. I called again to have CMS try to find the issue. The plumber went into the crawlspace but did not find anything.
I was again charged for his time another $250 which I argued was not fair given the original problem had not been fixed. The manager reduced the bill to $200 which was the ""best he could do"".

I still have a leak in the house and I don't feel it is right to have someone just come and charge you for their time regardless of outcome. Will likely not use CMS again.

Shower and lavy drains were clogged in the Master Bathroom. We called CMS Plumbing on Sat. at 8AM and they called us back within 10 minutes with a window of 2-4pm. When they called us again around 12 noon, we thought they were going to cancel - but much to our surprise they requested if we were available at that time - and we said - of course! Jeremiah arrived less than 10 minutes later. He was very professional and was able to clear the to clogged drains before our scheduled appt. time of 2pm! We are very pleased with the responsiveness and customer service and will highly recommend Jeremiah and CMS Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services!
