I had low hot water pressure in my kitchen faucet. Angel came out on time, introduced himself at the door and why he was there. I really appreciated that since I was letting someone in my home.
Angel listened when I showed him my problem and got right on it. He was neat, efficient and had the problem fixed and provided details on what had happened. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to all of you!

Yesterday afternoon, I discovered that my garage sink was backing up whenever I used the disposal in the kitchen. I called CMS this morning at 9:30 and Angel was at my door at 3:30, as promised.

He found the cleanout for the sink (unlike a previous plumber I'd used when the same sink backed up a couple of months ago and just went through the P-trap under the sink), snaked out the clog, tested everything, and cleaned up and re-doped the P-trap that the previous plumber had used (it was leaking and I hadn't known!). He also showed me how to flush my water heater when I mentioned I hadn't done it since it was installed last year! And he did it all in one hour, explaining what he was doing along the way. And it was about one-third of the cost of that other plumber...the one who did a half-assed job.

I'll be calling CMS for future plumbing needs - and asking for Angel. Thanks!

Noticed a water leak at 7pm on a Sunday night, and it was bad enough I needed to shut off the water to the house. I called CMS, and the offered to send someone out that night. Since I had the water off already, I was ok with the next day. They sent someone first thing on Monday morning, and had it all fixed by noon. They also identified pieces that were adjacent and about to fail, and fixed those while they were at it. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the work done, and the professional approach. The cost ended up being half of what I had expected, making me very happy. Next time I need plumbing service, I'll be calling CMS.

I ran into somewhat of an urgent sink clog, urgent because Im on the first floor. Angel from CMS was quick to respond to my call and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the clog that I had. Also double checked to make sure, after clearing the clog, that the hardware was working properly. No more floods. I would highly encourage requesting for someone as courteous as Angel. We had a laundry list of things that needed attention, which we kept putting off. When our toilet started to leak, it was time to address everything. New sinks, toilet handles not working, toilet leak, clogged drain, etc. We rec'd a large quote from one company. Friends told us to call CMS. We did and we got a much better, reasonable quote. Friendly staff. They did a wonderful job. We're very happy with their service.

CMS was recommended by a friend for my rattling pipes. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. Walle came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it that day. Had CMS come by to fix a leaking toilet. Walter was very helpful and explained everything on what the issue was and what needed to be done. Also asked last minute for another repair that he was able to accommodate. CMS is my go to and happily recommend to anyone who needs repairs!

We has CMS Plumbing to our ADU to fix an issue with a toilet as well as descale our tankless water heater . Mark who came out to discuss what ended to be done and Steve, who actually did the work..were very professional, easy to communicate with and on time, as well as informative as to what needed to be done to accomplish the tasks.

I discovered a large fracture in the 4"" main drain line. I called CMS and requested that they repair / replace this section of the line AND asked that they snake the line, because of constant backups in the sinks and tubs. CMS made the repair, and left w/o clearing the drain line. They told my wife it was clear. When I returned, I decided to test the drains. The kitchen sink and bathroom tub backed up almost immediately. Obviously, CMS had not bother to test their work. Now, we had to coordinate a 2nd visit - you know, waiting thru a 3 hour arrival window. CMS came out and snaked the drain. They found leaks in a couple of places in our 2"" drain lines. I asked them to make the repair. They said that would require another visit. On the 3rd visit they made the repair using 2 lengths of 10' 2"" ABS pipe. They presented me with a bill that included $160 for the ABS pipe. Home Depot sells ABS pipe for $15 each. Now I really regretted not taking a hard look at the billing for parts from their first visit. That bill was over $1,300, and I should have asked for an itemized parts list. I told CMS that I was not going to pay the bill for their 3rd visit. I'd had it with their wasting MY time, their wildly excessive billing for parts, and their casual attitude about their work - not even testing it. I ended up sitting in the office of CMS's head guy. He was not happy with his employee's actions, and we settled this matter in my favor.
