Our property management company uses CMS whenever we need plumbing services. We've had them out several times to clear the main line. They always get the job done. Today, they sent Rommel out to clear a bathroom sink. He also got the job done but, his cleanliness, professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. Like I said, we've had CMS out plenty of times but this Rommel is by far the most exceptional technician we have met. Great representative of the company.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with! Jeremy is the most honest man I've ever met. Does clean, professional and timely work. Showed up when he said he would and finished the job to our satisfaction! Did not try to push work that did not need to be done. Will use them again in the future when services are needed. Have rentals in San Jose and have no problem giving them a key to get in and work!!

We had a clog that was causing our washing machine drain to overflow. I called CMS on the recommendation of a friend who has used them many times at many of the properties he oversees. They were cordial and helpful over the phone and set up an appointment that was good for us for the next day. They called in the middle of the next morning and asked if they could come earlier. Well, twist my arm! Sure!
Jeremiah came, we talked about the charges. He was engaging, informative and knowledgeable. He took excellent care of our problem and charged us exactly what he said he would. No hidden fees or costs. A good job, for a good price, by good people. Can't ask for much more than that.

Rommel from CMS comes over and immediatly knows what todo. He was fast, friendly, and price was reasonable.

Also, appreciated them calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival so i didnt have to wait for them.

I would use CMS plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Had some plumbing problems at my place, so called CMS to set up an appointment. Spoke to the receptionist, told her the problem, and she said she would call me back shortly with available time windows. Sure enough, she called me back within 10 minutes with a morning 10am-12pm window or a later afternoon window. I chose the morning window.

Now we all know when plumbers, cable repairmen, or any kind of service gives you a window; there's a good chance it'll be at the end or late, so I was very surprised when I heard a knock on the door at 10:03.

Gentleman came in, I showed him the problem areas, and he was able to get to work right away. Took him no time at all to finish the job and wrote me out the invoice that was very reasonable.

Will definitely use CMS again for future plumbing needs and will recommend to friends.

I used the online, ""contact us"" feature found on the CMS Plumbing website. I provided them a description of my plumbing problem, my email address and my phone number. I was happy to receive an email within minutes that stated that they had received my information and would be contacting me as soon as possible. It's been four days and I've heard nothing. I'm glad my problem isn't an emergency. I guess it's time to move on to another plumber.

We had a kitchen sink drain issue. It was clogged. Ug. Tried liquid plumber, and a short snake no luck......

Called CMS they arrived ""early"" with a complete professional named Rommel which had the right tools and knew how to clear the drain.

45 minutes later all is cleared. I greatly appreciate the service and response time. No bs got the job done. I will use them for any plumbing needs with confidence.
