This plumber was not selected by me. We were referred by our home warranty company. I was contacted stating a plumber would be here the next day from 8-12. I purposely stayed home . At 11:55am I called CM plumbing to check the status and I was told that the plumbers morning job has delayed him. I was never contacted informing me of this delay. She apologized and said he will be here within an hour and a half. I started calling again at 3:15. Had to leave a voicemail. Called six more times. No one answered left a second email. By 4 o'clock I called my home warranty to cancel their service. I do not recommend this company. poor , customer service and is not reliable. I will be recommending to my home warranty company. They remove this vendor as a preferred plumber.

Update: Ivan shows up at 4:40pm. When I asked him for explanation of why he was late and he had attitude and said I've been working. I explained I was told he would be here between 8-12 and then by 1:30pm. He said well so you want me to fix your leak or not. I told him well I guess since your here and I wanted a day of work. His response was ""That's not my fault"" I immediately shut the door and told him no thanks.

I had several items that needed to be fixed and my home warranty company sent CM plumbing. Tyler was nice, professional, highly skilled, and efficient. He fixed a couple items that other plumbers could NOT fix or even improve, such as the water pressure in my shower that I had not used since I moved in two years ago because hardly any water came out! A plumber last year said that the wall would have to be broken and replace pipes to fix thr water pressure, and they replaced valve but there was no imrovement. I replaced the shower head recently thinking it was clogged, but there was little pressure coming from pipe (see video) and water didnt come out of all the nozzles on my new shower head. I was disappointed and didnt expect it to be fixed, so I was SHOCKED when Tyler cleaned it out and showed me the pressure! It actually came out of all nozzles and you could even turn on the handle at the same time. I am so excited to finally be able to use my shower in the bedroom!

He also fixed my sink faucet hot water that other plumbers have said needed to be replaced and my toilet that was whistling and giving a foul smell! Within less than an hour he made such a difference. He had to come back to replace the garbage disposal, which ended up with a leak in pipe due to the attached water purifier system, but he came out the next business day to repair. I am very pleased with this comoany and would use them if I needed work outside of my warranty.

BEWARE

Put in a claim through American Home Shield. Made appointment and gave pretty specific details about what my issue was which is a leak just on my side of my water meter. Guy came out, no shovel, so I dug up my yard. Before the grass was even up, he said he needed to call his boss and then American Home Shield. AHS said it wasn't covered, I disagreed, he said they'll be giving you a call, I went inside to grab my phone and computer to look at my contract. Came back out after trying to call American Home Shield and he was gone. No knock, call, text, nothing. He had my number because he text me before he came.

Not upset at CM about the denial of claim, they don't control that. Guy coming unprepared for the job that was described and then leaving without notice, that's where I have a HUGE issue. Called immediately to find out here he went and woman said she would call him and call me back... no call back. I call 45 min later and speak to different woman, she says they're working remotely and original person would call me back... nope, nothing.

So just be aware that this is what you're dealing with.

UPDATE: Quoted $2,200 and the guy never even saw the issue.

I was sent here by my warranty company, apparently they need new customers because they DONT have returning ones and now I can start to see why...

I didn't get a chance to check Yelp reviews until now...
...they came out a week and a half ago Monday and the job is still not fixed...
A simple kitchen faucet replaced, and they said they didn't have the part.

I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good when I just looked it up on Yelp
... Been waiting a week and a half and so far not good experience and my kitchen faucet ISNT replaced after a week and a half ...still waiting

...hopefully they call back today. Will keep you posted.

Chris showed up and we were 10 minutes away. The guy was waiting at our house and couldn't wait for us to almost be home at 2 o'clock when traffic starts getting bad for them to head back to Norco...
... Also, once they know your number, they WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALL Still waiting to hear when it will be fixed.

Let me say that I normally do not write bad reviews. I always try to understand the why before I say anything. American home shield sent CM Plumbing to fix a liking faucet on the bathtub installed in 1980; I also need to mention that I bought the steam on my own after paying the insurance fir the service fee. CM plumbing called me and made the appointment, very nice lady; Tyler came over, also very polite, and tried installing the part that I bought, He mentioned that our double faucet was too old and needed to be replaced and he would order the part, A part came, and it was the wrong one, to make the story short after weeks of calling and trying to get this fix I received a call from the home shield that the plumber report stated that our water pressure was to high and that is why the part needs to be replaced and for that reason, the replacement was not cover. I have called them for over a week to find out why they said the house water pressure was high; we have never heard of this before. Every day the nice lady mentioned that Tyler will call you back, then her supervisor will call you back, and even that she will call me back; finally, today I called again, and she said they could fix it for $2000. Well, the part cost me at a specialty store $500 plus tax a plumber fixed it for the service call fee. I am not sure if you will use them, but I think they are dishonest and irresponsible, and they are only using the system to see how much they can get from you. I will never use them or recommend them. And by the way, the installed plumber said the water pressure in my house is normal. Be aware that businesses like CM are using the insurance money without providing service.

We were assigned them by our home warranty company. Tyler came out and was super nice. My kids were all over him trying to figure out what he was doing and he was so patient with them and informative. He fixed the problem super quick and was so nice!! Thanks!

Chris stops by and looks under the sink without doing anything else and immediately stated he needed a machine called the hydro jet to fix it. Didn't try to do anything else. And to top it off he said their machine was not working at the time. Lazy plumber, doesn't want his hands to get dirty. You can't bullshit a bullshitter, Chris! Just tell me that you'll lose money and don't want to do it. Had another company for a consult and we were advised that using the hydro jet would be the last resort because the kitchen is located on the second floor and the water can damage the cabinets.

Terrible, Terrible company representation for CM Plumbing services will not use or recommend anyone to this company, their plumber was desperately upselling things that are not needed.

Plumber came out and did a 10-15-minute assessment at the longest, but instead of advising how he could fix the pipe, gave a recommendation vice was what he could to fix the problem as if that was the only option ""if it was my house I would replace the whole water line. It will cost you to replace the water main, from the water meter to your home, will take me a whole day, and will cost $3,200 since I have to go under both slabs. Just so you know, American Home Shield, may or may not cover this I have to make a call to them, so we shall see. I will call you back and you guys can let me know, what you want to do?""

The pipe was repaired in 45 minutes for a fraction of the price saving us over $3,100, and the wrong diagnostic...

This company sucks!!! I had them replace my water heater tru the Home insurance company (First American home warranty) first they came and said that my water heater needed to be replaced but not just that they also said that my pipes where not UNDER CODE!! Wich is ridiculous since i purchased this home that same year and did all my inspections to make sure everything inside my home was LEGAL AND UNDER CITY CODES!!! Well they charged me over 1000 dollars to replace the old pipes just because they said they were not under city code! After the repair was done the plumber did not replace all the parts instead he used all parts from either some other home or who know. The whole story comes down to after a few months i started noticing that that piece of pipe was leaking, contacted MC plumbing just for them to tell me that I had to pay them again just to take a look at it.
I tried and tried with them and they just refused. So after all I hired a different plumbing company to do the proper repair pay them to fix what cm plumbing caused because my original pipping set up that was in my home NEVER LEAKED! But their ""REPAIR"" did LEAK HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY IS THE SAME AS THEM.

The absolute worst service. Had a claim through the home warranty and they tried to upsell me and sell me services on the side. They advised that they're coming back to fix the issue and then made up a lie to deny our claim and gave me a crazy estimate for a simple issue that wasn't the actual issue.
