I can't explain why someone would lie like this man did, other than he is racist. Order of events, My husband was twisting off the hose bib and as he did water came out from the wall. We turned off the water to the house and called for help, our FAHW made an appointment with this company for the next morning. We explained that when we moved in we were told that the kitchen sink had a leak and that it had been fixed. So there has always been this wet smell coming from that area, strongest smell comes from cabinet, directly behind spigot. Man shows up at my front door on, we greeted each other and i ask him to meet me at the side of the house. I let him into the back yard and show him where the leak is coming from. He says he cant see a leek and that he needs to turn on the water. He turns on the water then goes goes to his truck. Ten minutes pass

Submitted a home warranty claim that was assigned to CM Plumbing Services. It was a great experience. I was contacted promptly by Taylor for scheduling. Miguel came out at the agreed upon time and addressed the issues promptly. They were both knowledgeable with home warranties. Thank you both for your support with this matter.

Great service. Prompt. Professional. Wore masks. Personable. Hard to find service like that sometimes.

Very pleased! It's hard to find anyone honest nowadays another company told me I had to replace my faucets I was going to cost me $900... CM came and replaced the cartridges in a snap and told me that the faucets were perfectly fine... I saved a ton of money! They were honest... Prompt... And I would definitely use them again! On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best... I give them an 11!!!

I had a tech respond to my home today. I had 4 issues covered under my Home Warranty plan.
1. Leaking Main water line shut off valve.
2. No hot water in one of the showers.
3 Running toilet in the downstairs bathroom.
4. Water level in one of the toilets was very low.
Solutions
1. Tech said the shut off valve was difficult to access. He said these valves leak and I need to ""exercise then for a minute"" No repair offered. He suggested that I wait until it leaks again. Sorry. Not going to wait for a leak AND a flood in my garage
.
2. He replaced the valve in the shower. Now the hot water flows in the cold position and the cold water flows in the hot position. He says my plumbing is backwards. I suggested that he rotate the valve 180 degrees. Problem solved but he insists I still have a plumbing problem.
3. Never addressed this issue because I asked him to leave.
4. He said the low water level was due to a bad flapper valve. He replaced the flapper. He was ready to leave but I asked him to test it. No change. Still low water level in the bowl. He now feels that in his opinion, this is normal. I told him that the other two toilets are different so either this one is broken or the other two are broken.
He did put on shoe covers to protect the carpet. I would trade those shoe covers for a face mask. What company would allow their employees to enter a home without a mask? wiped down and sprayed the areas he touched an I have contacted my home warranty company and asked them to send a different company. I also asked them to do some homework on the company they are contracting with. As basic as a YELP search. I see that others have had the same disappointing results with this company. I did not use the Tech's name as I do understand people have bad days. Hopefully his next customer received better service....with a mask.

I called for review of a leak due to my washing machine line(s) at my property. After arriving to my property and chatting with his coworker downstairs in my parking lot for 30-40 minutes while I waited, the technician finally came upstairs to review the washer area. I explained some water was leaking to the neighbors garage below. I called the neighbor and knocked to have them open the garage not even for 5 minutes before the technician rudely expressed ""I need to leave I have other appointments. Next time have everything ready"". He wouldn't even look at the wall behind the washer, unhook it or remove the drywall. Needless to say right after he left the neighbors kindly had the garage ready-not taking more than 5-8 minutes of his time. Couldn't wait 5 minutes for me but I kindly waited 30-40 minutes for his convo in the parking lot.
Ended up being a $600 job I gladly gave to another plumbing company the next day, definitely caused by my washer drains.

We had a water heater that was leaking, and our insurance company sent Tyler out to fix it. He had to order a pressure regulator valve, and replace 5 inches of copper pipe. It ended up costing $502 even though insurance paid for the valve. They did not cover the copper pipe. It took about 20 minutes to do the work. I called two local plumbers and looked online, and the normal cost to replace a valve is about $300 to $350 for our area. So it seems like they charged both me and the insurance company and it was still more than the others even without counting the valve. And that was with a ""supposed"" discount because we are seniors. They had to come back 4 times before it was actually fixed, and replace another valve on the water heater and add a tank before it was fixed. I have to say that the charge for the second valve and tank was only $275, and I have no problem with that, but the initial charge was WAY over what should have been normal. In all it cost nearly $800 for an insurance covered valve. Christine who answers the phone was very nice, and that was helpful.

Quality work! Had a slab leak in guest bathroom . Completed the job in the timeframe quoted which allowed me to continue to work from home without missing a beat! No mess, no hidden fee and actual cost was lower than initial plumbing service sent out by insurance company. Professional, Courteous and Customer Friendly. Explained process from beginning to end. Would recommend if asked for sure.

CM Plumbing was fabulous! My sink was leaking and they were at my home within an hour! Highly recommend them!!
