Terrible experience. The technician that came to us did not know what he was talking about. Not only was he inexperienced and unknowledgeable but he DID NOT make an effort or spend reasonable time to assess our issues. He was looking at our pipes and valves for like 5 mins - didn't know what's going on then called someone for an opinion.

He said it was our irrigation system problem which was totally false. He also said the irrigation pipe was leaking - No, there was no leak from there. We then explained that even when the irrigation system was shut off, we had the same issues in the house!!! Asked them to send us an experienced tech to look at our problem again. Well, they told us to request a second opinion- (thank god, AHS sent us another company who finally found a real issue!!)

During the complaint process, they did not get back to us and ignored our phone calls. (They stopped answering my calls but when I used my husband's phone, they picked up right away!)

I just wanted to say this to them.
Please listen to your customers, and you guys should hire more knowledgeable people.
It was not just about getting covered by AHS or not, we really wanted to find our problems and fix it! If you guys had looked into our problems and found our issues like you plumbers are supposed to do, we might have used your company even if it's not covered by AHS!

I understand that that was your technicians diagnosis, but your technician was wrong! I also understand that warranty does not cover irrigation, but the irrigation was not the problem! If you did not ignore our calls (and yes you ignored our calls) multiple times and made an effort to communicate with your customers, you would understand our situation to the full extent. Oh and by the way, to anyone who would still want to hire this company, we got a second opinion from another plumbing company, and the they're diagnosis was a pressure regulator issue, which proves we were right!

We had them come out from our home warranty. Our drains kept backing up and it turns out we had a broken pipe under ground. The jack hammered the floor, dug through, and found the issue. The issue was a bit bigger than we anticipated but we were guided with their expertise and they got the job done! Our drain was completely crumbled up. Corroded. Glad we got it replaced. Cement was poured over it when done.

if I could give negative stars I would. I had some guy show up and immediately without really investigating my issue says it's the wax ring, I told him it's slowly leaking, and we already had that changed. I said this needs to be fixed and he walked out gave me nothing, and did nothing. what a damn joke. wouldn't recommend to anyone! I didn't personally choose this company they were sent to me by my home warranty.

Update second opinion came out and my toilet was totally wobbly. Now the toilet has to be removed and it needs repairs. Weird how a full inspection will actually lead to proper repairs. Stay clear of CM plumbing!

I would like to give a shout out to CM Plumbing. They fixed an angle stop at my home that was part of an installation of a dishwasher by my home warranty company. They were efficient and fast in their work. Tyler was clean, neat, courteous and knowledgeable. He even pointed out a couple of other plumbing issues that I will need to take care of in the future. I am grateful to him and the company for their professionalism and I will use them again if I have any future plumbing problems.
