This plumbing company had to come out 3 times and then broke my sewer line and tech told home warranty house is old. And said it will only put a bandage on the sewer line repair and I have to pay a fee.

Chris was kind & professional when he came initially to replace the garbage disposal. Miguel came today to attach the the air gap/dishwasher/garbage disposal. He came with an attitude that he wanted everything lined up & ready or he was leaving. I had the air gap out of the hole to make it easier for him to attach the hoses. I told him that I could attach it in 2 seconds if he wanted it attached. He snickered that it would take him longer. I literally attached it in 30 seconds. He said the dishwasher was not draining due to being too low. He opened the top drawer of the dishwasher and saw the standing water & said that the top drawer was too high to drain. Which is it Miguel, too high or too low? Which ever excuse will pass for the lack of knowledge. I then said gosh darn & Miguel started for the door saying ""I'm not going to take cursing"". I replied, really gosh darn is putting you over the edge? I told him, ""fine just leave since you really didn't want to do the work"".
People if you are forced to use this company due to home warranty issues, take the time to have Chris do the work, don't waste your valuable time with Miguel, his sorry excuses, or lazy attitude!

I just purchased a home and my master bedroom toilet was not flushing. I went thru the warranty company which is First American Home Warranty. They sent out this company to give me diagnosis. The gentleman said there were roots coming out of the toilet and it wasn't covered thru the warranty and the toilet would have to be pulled out and roots cut and cleaned. It was going to cost $325.00 on top of the $75.00 I already spent on service fee. There are no trees on my property and the main line that goes out to the street was clear. I am so glad I waited, I had plumber come out today (honest gentleman) and he pulled toilet out and there were NO ROOTS in sight. He found a soap pump in the neck of the toilet. Someone must have tried to flush that and that was the cause of my toilet not flushing. If this company did their job right, he would have seen this and not give a flat out lie about what the issue was. I have already contacted the warranty company to get a reimbursement on the service fee and contacted this company to let them know but all they said was 'Oh I'm so sorry'. Plumbing can be so expensive and people are hurting during these times so for this company to give a false diagnosis and an amount to fix it is really sad. You have been warned do not use this company for your plumbing issues.

Had a vent pipe going up to roof replaced due to leak that caused damage to bathroom ceiling. Chris arrived on time and with a face mask. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked with my schedule to work with roof company to replace vent pipe and avoid having roof warranty void. Work is guaranteed.

Chris was great! We called the night before for a leak spraying from the wall in our bathroom - which resulted in us having to shut off our water. Chris was here at 7am to look at the problem. In under an hour, the leak was fixed! He was courteous and quick - super important as kids all had zoom classes this morning.

Christopher from CM plumbing is absolutely amazing. We have used him many times and the entire staff is quick and efficient. Today was no different we had a leak and he was out here in no time. Had the leak fixed, cleaned up and water back on before the kids even noticed. Water damage can be a scary thing, especially during COVID with strangers coming in your home .I am lucky we found CM plumbing to take that worry off of our shoulders.

This company was recommended by my warranty and have been out twice for various issues. Owner put in a new toilet and prices were very affordable fast to get an appointment and very responsive. Highly recommend them.

Honestly, first time came fix a pretty minor leakage they are fast and show up right after the home warranty request.
But the second one is total crap. they asked us to install an unnecessary outside wall clear out for 850$.
Snake did not stop the main sewer line stoppage and won't come back to fix it by hydro-jetting.

Our water heater unfortunately went out on us this Wednesday from normal wear and tear and age. We had a puddle forming in our garage from it and had no hot water! Chris was very helpful and kind. Chris came out the very same day we contacted CM Plumbing and quoted us a very affordable reasonable price. By Thursday morning the very following day he showed up with our new water heater and installed it. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris! Will definitely be using CM Plumbing in the future.
