February 19, 2023 CM PLUMBING INC performed an amazing installation of my new water heater at a reasonable cost! The install technician David was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! I personally recommend this company for all plumbing repairs. Great service!!!

Most horrible company. The order was put through AHS. The technician came out looked at for few minutes and said it needs approval from AHS and he will let us know. After a week I followed up with them and they still needed to contact AHS for an approval. Didn't get done so I called AHS and AHS called CM. The technician told AHS that the part that is needed will cost me $600 and it's not covered by AHS. So CM technician wanted to charge me $600 to fix it. I called out another plumbing company on my own and the diagnosis was completely wrong by CM. My plumber fixed it for $275 labor and parts. So CM Plumbing technician was completely wrong and wanted to charge me $600 on top of what I paid the AHS for call fee.

Ivan came to my house to repair/replace garbage disposal and put a new cold water valve in kitchen sink, he did both, was quick , neat and was very knowledgeable and patient.

Horrible and dishonest. IF your home warranty company assigns you this company, I'd recommend asking to be reassigned. If you've already been taken advantage of by them, then file a complaint with the home warranty company. Don't let them take advantage of you. In my experience, they had Ivan come out. He then tried to ""upsell"" the issue and said yes the warranty will cover the part/job but that he must ""bring things up to code"" and charge 2.5k outside of what the home warranty would cover. IF something similar happens to you, don't like this company/Ivan shake you down for more money. Cash out with the home warranty, report them, and hire an honest company instead.

Terrible experience. The technician that came to us did not know what he was talking about. Not only was he inexperienced and unknowledgeable but he DID NOT make an effort or spend reasonable time to assess our issues. He was looking at our pipes and valves for like 5 mins - didn't know what's going on then called someone for an opinion.

He said it was our irrigation system problem which was totally false. He also said the irrigation pipe was leaking - No, there was no leak from there. We then explained that even when the irrigation system was shut off, we had the same issues in the house!!! Asked them to send us an experienced tech to look at our problem again. Well, they told us to request a second opinion- (thank god, AHS sent us another company who finally found a real issue!!)

During the complaint process, they did not get back to us and ignored our phone calls. (They stopped answering my calls but when I used my husband's phone, they picked up right away!)

I just wanted to say this to them.
Please listen to your customers, and you guys should hire more knowledgeable people.
It was not just about getting covered by AHS or not, we really wanted to find our problems and fix it! If you guys had looked into our problems and found our issues like you plumbers are supposed to do, we might have used your company even if it's not covered by AHS!

I understand that that was your technicians diagnosis, but your technician was wrong! I also understand that warranty does not cover irrigation, but the irrigation was not the problem! If you did not ignore our calls (and yes you ignored our calls) multiple times and made an effort to communicate with your customers, you would understand our situation to the full extent. Oh and by the way, to anyone who would still want to hire this company, we got a second opinion from another plumbing company, and the they're diagnosis was a pressure regulator issue, which proves we were right!

We had them come out from our home warranty. Our drains kept backing up and it turns out we had a broken pipe under ground. The jack hammered the floor, dug through, and found the issue. The issue was a bit bigger than we anticipated but we were guided with their expertise and they got the job done! Our drain was completely crumbled up. Corroded. Glad we got it replaced. Cement was poured over it when done.
