I was referred by a neighbor when I had a growing leak on my side of the water meter. Carlos came out quick and gave me an estimate and possible options. Later, his team came out, on time, located the issue and made the repair with quality copper fittings for the agreed price of the estimate. Overall a professional and positive experience. I would use them again, when the need arrives.

Like most plumbing matters, each occassion was urgent often needing same day attention. Carlos is responsive, reliable and always gets the problem fixed the same day. If im completely honest i was a bit skeptical while getting this company because im very picky when choosing plumbing companies especially because i didn't know too much about them. But man was i wrong they are a super friendly family owned business, that are just really hardworking people, they consider you as a client, and they have such good customer service. I think the guy that came out to do my water heater was Franklin and his brother Samuel and man did they do the job fast and efficient, while at the same time leaving their work like professionals. Super grateful to this company and honestly i wouldn't recommend another company other than them. For sure calling them next time.

Full disclosure: I did not hire this company, my landlord did. The workers were doing a repair upstairs and I caught one of them peeping into my bedroom window. Fully pushed up against the glass, with his hands cupped so he could see in. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and predators like this need to be stopped. Do not use this company and be vigilant when you hire. Being licensed doesn't equal decent or moral behavior.

Called this plumbing company on Memorial Day with some unforeseen plumbing issues that came up during a backyard project and the guy was out within an hour to eliminate a copper line that was in the way of my project, the gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. He had great customer service and the price was very reasonable!! If I have anymore plumbing issues in the future I will be calling CM Plumbing for sure! Very satisfied!! I definitely recommend CM Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

First American, where do I even start..... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE WORST CONTRACTORS! My house flooded back in DECEMBER cause by the shower drain disconnecting from the drain, they told us to remove the tub so they can access it because that's the only thing they will cover. So we did. We demoed the whole fiber glass tub/ shower so they could access the drain LIKE THEY ASKED to repair it. Well the first plumber they sent out from C& M plumbing who told us it was the drain and reported it back to first am who then told us to remove the tub went back in his word and said we caused the problem because we were ""remodeling"" HA! So I call them up (because every call is recorded you know) and tell them they need to go back into their notes and read what the previous customer service agent told us and that was to remove the tub/shower. Anyway because if the lying POS Chris at C&M plumbing is I told them to send me a new contractor because I obviously did not want that man back in my home repairing my drain. So they sent me A&C plumbing nice people I feel bad they're involved in this mess but the technician they sent didn't speak much English, he's going about his work replacing the drain and as he's working he punctures the shower pipes and floods my house AGAIN. I'm on the phone with first am while this was happening while I was running around like a mad woman trying to find the water main shut off (this all should've been being recorded right ). He but a coupling over the area he broke and left, so I obviously need the pipes replaced for the shower and they should pay to replace it right? NOPE. WRONG. at this point everytime I'd call I would get hung up on etc. so I had to do what any normal hi man being would do and hired a new plumber out of my own pocket to fix the damages from first am. After a couple weeks and I get emails from them asking if my job is completed I of course put no repeatedly because they left the job in worse condition then what we started with. What do you know someone reaches out to me and to make this very long part of the story short they ask me for an invoice so they can REIMBURSE ME I send them the $5,000 invoice I paid and what do you know? It's not good enough. It didn't say exactly what they wanted it to say in their words (this is them trying to get around paying for their mistakes this is how they operate) so they tell me my claim is closed! Don't waste your time or money I've been dealing with this issue with them since December it's March 5th now, you tell me if that's worth it cause it sure ain't to me anymore. I don't know how they can run their business that way and quite frankly they should be put out of business.
