I called CM Plumbing and was able to get a same day appointment when other companies could not accommodate me for a same day appointment. Carlos showed-up within an hour and was able to unclogged the sewer line. Prices are reasonable and fair. Very reliable. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Carlos has been my hero this past week! Called him again since my first contact with him (according to yelp, 3 years ago! Yes, he left a huge impression that I remembered him and called him again) first our water heater was out, he came by same day and unfortunately it was broke. That following week all of our plumbing was backed up and going into both tubs! Couldn't use the water at all! My FIL just bought the house for us and didn't know about the water heater, or the plumbing. We didn't use the water bc we had no hot water anyway, once we got that fixed THATS when we noticed the plumbing. Carlos and his crew came in the rain had to climb onto the roof and snaked it out. I felt so bad he was helping me in the rain. He was super thorough and get us some great advice. We have to install an upper lateral line eventually otherwise we'll be backed up again. After I go after the realtor who didn't do her job and get inspections done, I will be hiring Carlos and his team to install.

I called CM Plumbing one day before Thanksgiving with a backed up main sewer line. He was out to my house and completed the job in less than one hour. I'll definitely use this plumbing service again. Oh, and he's very friendly too!

I called on a Sunday and got a return call within 45 minutes. By then another company at said they would be at our home (major plugged line since Saturday night) so I thanked him for the return call. The first company failed to show so on Monday I called and he said he would be here at 1 pm. At 1:15pm he called and said he would be here between 4:30 and 5pm. At 5:10 I tried calling the number he called from and was told the plumber was not there. I tried the cell phone number in the phone book and he answered and said he was on his way. He arrived about 5:20 pm and rodded out the line and at 6:15 presented us a bill for $250.00. That makes his labor charge about $300.00 an hour. Outrageous. On the way out he dropped some equipment on the hardwood floors. I would not use him again not will I recommend him to my friends.

Carlos saved our lives! We had a stoppage - which to those who have never been through that horror, means raw sewage was coming up through a toilet and bathtub. Called CM Plumbing and Carlos was there within the hour at 7pm. We needed a hard copy invoice for the insurance and he went back to his office to get one and returned with it later that evening! He's friendly, fast, and fixed everything quickly and with a smile!! Will be our ""go to"" plumber from now on.

I'm not sure how this company got 5 stars. Employee's relatives? We scheduled an appointment for December 20th for 0700 and nobody showed. Nor did they call. I called 707 557 4723 and got a ""voicemail is full"" message...that should tell you that the company can't be bothered to listenswer/delete the most basic business of phone management. Maybe Carlos is nice but he is unreliable. I went with ABC Sewer and Drain (707 400 0907). They showed up BEFORE scheduled appt and were professional, cheerful and fair($).

He was quick clean polite knowledgeable honest and very reasonably priced. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. This is as good as it gets. I'm in real estate and my clients ask for referrals on tradesmen. I'm glad I finally have a plumber I can recommend to them.

I am so sorry that I am just now getting around to doing this review! I called this company on 9/28/15, because I had a leaky gate valve that controlled the main water supply to my house. I called an within 45 mins or less the company van was at my house. The two gentlemen that came were very friendly and very professional! The job was complete in less than an hour with a warranty! I was so pleased and the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any plumbing services! Thanks so much!

Just got some plumbing service done with Carlos of CM Plumbing. He replaced and installed new garbage disposal. Very Friendly and Professional. Came few minutes early as well than stated appointment which is good. Highly recommended. Call Carlos for any of your plumbing needs.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from CM Plumbing. I learned of this company through Yelp.com. I called this company at 7:00 tonight due to a plumbing emergency. The owner, Carlos was here by 7:45 and gone by 8:15! The prompt and efficient service was so unbelievable that I rushed to create a Yelp account just so I could leave a review. CM Plumbing also offered the service at the most reasonable price, compared to the 5 companies I received a quote from. Thank you, CM company. I would highly recommend your service to anyone!
