Called asking for a quote for hydrojetting (for kitchen sink/sewer line) and the technician who picked up my call was very knowledgeable!
They asked me some questions regarding the issues I've been having and after telling them all I know they were able to diagnose the issue.

Because I'm on a second level unit (condo) the technique to avoid flooding will be more troublesome and cost more. If i cannot find a better quote elsewhere I'll definitely contact CM Jetting!

What a find!!!!
I found Carlos from CM Jetting Services on Yelp on Friday 12/2. I needed my main house drain and my main landscape drain's cleaned out. Carlos who is the owner and his son Jason came today Saturday 12/3. He was on time. He then outlined his procedures for both projects and completed them both within two hours. He is very professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I would definitely use his company again! My wife who is a Realtor plans on using him for his knowledge on her future transactions.

I've had a problem with my storm drains in my backyard. Major root problems. I've had at least 6 different companies check my problem and all wanted to cut the concrete to expose the roots and charge me 1000's of dollars. I got a hold of Carlos at CM Jetting, he came to the house today, and in 3 hrs, cleared all drains. Not for 1000's. $750.00... What's more, this contact with Carlos (owner of CM Jetting Services) was all thanks to a referral from a previous mentee of Carlos (CM Jetting Services) - he was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with; additionally, his pricing structure was fair (even for an emergency request).

In addition to being extremely responsive, professional, and of good value, CM Jetting Services (Carlos) was also transparent about the equipment he had available to achieve the efficacy the SOW (scope of work) required; however, the original contract holder finally showed up for their part during our initial call.

I thanked Carlos for his time and understanding - we had a lovely chat about good business. I mentioned I would be in touch in the future if/when we need these types of services again; however, he then went on to insist that in the future to be sure to reach out to Juan first since he was our first point of contact - talk about a rare breed of ethical business!

Carlos came out with little notice on a Saturday afternoon to jet a clogged main line. The price was SUPER fair and now I'm getting a quote from CM on additional work. This is a solid, family-owned business and all of San Diego should show them some love!

The hardest thing to find in a plumber or a specialist is trustworthiness. Carlos and his company are trustworthy. They did a camera inspection, jetting, and descaling of the pipe from my laundry. They scoped 50 ft of old cast iron plumbing and cleaned everything up. The old cast iron pipes are now opened up and all clear! He only charged us for descaling 20 ft instead of 50 ft of the plumbing. Solid pricing for all of his services!

We also enjoyed talking to Carlos about his work and life philosophies and can sense that he is here to do a good job, even if he has to leave some money on the table because he won't rush through a job to get to the next one.
