Having your newly installed washing machine overflow is never fun. Carlos came out within an hour of me calling him. I explained that we recently had plumbing work done, new clean outs installed, sewer line replaced. He took the time to listen to us and explain what needed to be done. Carlos meticulously cleared the sludge from the lines and even stayed with us while we ran a test wash cycle to ensure the lines were clear. Carlos took pictures of the problem areas for our contractor as well. I highly recommend Carlos! He got the job done and fixed the sloppy work of another company. Great work and super nice guy who cares about his customer service.

Great experience. My wife and I are trying to buy a house, but it is 60 years old and has cast iron pipes. We wanted to make sure that there were no hidden surprises as we move forward. Carlos and his son were set up for the inspection before I even got there. They were quick, thorough, and very professional. Carlos brought me around back to where he had run his camera through the lines, and I got to see the whole inspection. It is kind of like a colonoscopy for a house, so it was interesting to see. He called out some issues, and even a spot that had been well repaired during a previous break. I spent a good deal of time talking with him after the job was done, and when he found out I was a veteran (20 years Navy), he was very grateful. I was impressed with his work ethic, and willingness to hang around and answer some of my questions after the job was done. I saved his card in case we need work in the future, or if I can recommend his business to anyone else. In fact, our church has been having some ""backing up"" issues, so Carlos might be getting another call from us soon. I know we can count on him for a fair price, excellent work, and honest conversation. Thanks, Carlos!

I find it rare these days when we find a service professional who meets, much less exceeds expectations. Carlos was very knowledgeable when I inquired about a clogged outdoor corrugated pipe that was running from our backyard to the street. He gave tons of helpful information and a very reasonable quote. When he came to address the issue he was courteous, informative and transparent every step of the way. He identified the clog, flushed it out and identified where the line ran underground to save us a lot of money and hassle moving forward if we wanted to make future adjustments. We appreciated the quality, the price point and the flexibility to do what was needed. Definitely recommend.

Finally someone honest and willing to give advice without trying to sell or up-sell you. I am a Real Estate Broker and have had to deal with lots of different camera inspection companies in my 17 years of working as an agent. I am glad to see that there is still honest businesses out there. He reviewed a previous sewer line inspection we had done and gave me some advice for now and in the future. Carlos quoted a good price, lower than big name plumber I called first, and was able to get to my house the next day, a Saturday. He has some impressive equipment and clearly knows what he is doing. Best of all he's a stand up, honest guy. I was in the middle of a remodel and some of our drain lines were exposed. Carlos advised that if it were his house, he would replace/reroute our sewer lines...they were too old and we shouldn't have the lines jetted after all. So he made the trip to our house on a Saturday and then advised us that jetting would be wasted money. We checked with our contractor, who agreed it would be much better to redo the sewer lines. Will definitely use Carlos for all future drain clearing needs.

Carlos did a great job in cleaning out an outdoor drainpipe that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. He showed me a place where the pipe had become slightly separated and explained the best way to fix it. I'd recommend Carlos to anyone.

Carlos was awesome from the beginning to the end! He showed up when he was supposed to and he originally was going to scope out the sewer under our older home not knowing what he would find. He was able to find the lost clean outs and remove sludge and buildup in the sewer by in clean..
He took his time to find the hidden bends and clogs and was very thorough. I appreciate all of his hard work and plan to call him again in the future for other projects.
