We have a basement floor that I have put off dealing with for far too long. When we were no longer able to ignore the issue, we called Clog Pro because they fixed a problem for a friend that no one else was able to resolve. Not only was I able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, they showed up right on time, explained the problem and how they were going to fix it, fixed the problem and were gone in less than 30 minutes. They also gave us some maintenance tips to help prevent the problem in the future. We would highly recommend them and will call them again if the need arises.

These guys are super pro and super friendly. Pricing was very straight forward. I had a slow drain in my kitchen sink and they came and cleared out some grease build up in the wall pipe. They also gave me some tips on how to avoid future issues like this. I recommend them. (They voluntarily wore masks which seems very considerate and safe for everyone).

Had a clogged kitchen sink. I called them and they were able to come out the fastest and we'll priced. Louis showed up and found that the main sewer line was clogged. Went through the main sewer line (he recommended and I opted for the camera) and we found that there was a belly in the line, cause grease/soap to stick, etc. and that caused he drain.

Got the clogged cleared and I'll be reaching out to get the belly fixed next. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained everything, completed the job, did a follow up call, we'll priced, and did great work!

*I highly recommend the camera. Without it, you may get the issue fixed, but it may not tell the whole story. The camera allows you/them to see what exactly the issue is and how to avoid future visits. In my case, there is a belly in the line, that would basically require I call them out every couple of years when the drain inevitably clogs again.

I had water backing up into my kitchen sink Friday night and then would drain. Then Saturday through out the day the water would back up and then drains numerous times, I tried using Draino and well that was a waste of 9.00 dollars! Sunday the same thing and started making calls around. I called one guy actually Saturday and he never called me back and still hasn't. Contacted a real estate friend of mine who recommended someone, called that guy and told me that he recommends Clog Pro because by the sounds of it this was a better job for them.
I called and spoke to Scott and he told me that the first open appointment was going to be Tuesday so I made the appointment but requested that if some thing opens up to call me. An hour later I got a call that Danny was available and in my area and would come by. Danny was so professional and responsive. Told me what he needed to do and the cost, I didn't want to wait until Tuesday so I asks him to do the job.
An hour later Danny had the clog gone and my water was running. Thank you Danny and I will advise the owners in my townhouse complex to call you guys!!

It was a clogged sink on a weekend. They were 6 hours late but to their credit they did communicate. It was literally a 10 min job with very little effort at my house. I appreciate that they have the ""motorized snake"" but honestly $265 was just too much. Even on a weekend it was, at most, a $150 job. I guess you take the bad with the good. Thank goodness I had a credit card.

EVERYONE form the first guy answering the phone to Konner our rain drain tech was friendly and professional. Konner was very efficient while working which is always nice when they charge by the hour. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the competitors offer.
