Nanette W.Clog pro is the best. We have used them twice and both times they were quick, efficient and reasonably priced! Thanks guys!
Really excellent customer service. The phone was answered by a real person (a huge deal for me), and when they couldn't fit me in until a few days later she gave me a referral to a company that was able to fit me in within a few hours. I didn't use Clog Pro this time to do the work, but I will in the future as I have in the past. Thanks for the immediate assistance, Clog Pro!
They do more than just clogs.
Like other Yelpers, I had called a couple of other plumbers, and was getting schedule estimates that were weeks out. Not acceptable when I've got a leak wrecking my house.
I called Clog Pro and asked the nice lady who answered the phone if they did the types of repairs that I needed. She told me they did, and could schedule it for the next day.
They even were able to move up my appointment when the plumber got finished another job early, which was an added bonus. He showed up on-time, was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted me the price it would take to fix it, and had it repaired in less than an hour. I am very happy with the quality of his work.
It may be true that Clog Pro's prices are higher than others, but for fast, quality service, it may be worth it. I certainly feel like it was money well-spent.
R C.5 stars for the customer service and workmanship
2 stars for the price
I was charged a $22 truck charge and $210 for replacing a flush valve and a ""tank to bowl"" kit. The plumber quoted me $175/hr for the labor to dismantle the tank and said it would take an hour. He was done in 1/2 hr but didn't adjust the labor charge. Perhaps they have a one hour minimum charge but he should have told me. I really appreciate he was done so quickly and the job was done well. Would I pay a little more for good service and reliability? Yes, I would but I can't help but feel they overcharged for the time spent on the job.
Jimmy F.These guys are the best! I called to get a quote to get a new sewer line installed. Jesse came straight out. I had scheduled an estimate from another contractor from Portland and they told me to run a camera through the line would be $120 plus.
When Jesse arrived first thing he did was pull out his camera and started snaking it through and marking where everything was. Within 15 minutes he was done and started formulating a plan that was completely different than what the city engineer had assumed would be necessary. I told Jesse that the Portland contractor was going to charge me $120 for what he'd just done. Jesse said, ""oh we're just the local boys and we're just trying to help out."" Ummmm... ok. Well you just earned my business. I cancelled the other contractor's appointment. Within a week Jesse contacted the city engineer and got the ok to proceed with his revised plan. The following week the crew showed up. Fransisco, Gaspar, and Phil, all lead by Evan the foreman arrived in force and began work. They are a top notch team and work well together. They hand dug a lot of the trench near the house and discovered a better way to access the outlet so I didn't have to tear out my deck. They back filled with 3/4"" minus gravel and ran the compactor every few feet to make sure it wasn't going to keep settling in the coming years. They kept the job site neat and tidy and always left the site so it was safe.
I highly recommend these guys for your project!
Carrie R.I used ClogPro recently for a problem toilet that was ghost flushing and a dripping washer line. A date was set then it had to be rescheduled due to the plumber getting hung up at another project. I appreciated the good communication however it just lengthened the project timeline. Then when the plumber finally came out he didn't have all the parts and had schedule yet another time to come back out. Which ended up being a good thing because he didn't fix the ghost flushing on the first visit.
I was encouraged to replace all of my toilet flapper components (again a good thing) but it made the cost a lot more than anticipated. The cost for the plumber to just show up was pretty pricey ($175).
In the end everything got fixed, the plumber was great however I might shop around to find a more affordable company with a quicker turnaround.
Beerboy M.Great service, nice office staff. Fast response and repair of our problem
Big shout out to Louis, who is really on top of things, easy to deal with, and steers you the right way.
Clog Pro is worth using for any plumbing problem.
Kari C.I called Clog Pro today after we discovered water coming up our basement drain yesterday. I appreciated that someone answered and I didn't have to leave a message. They were able to send someone out in about 3 hours! Chris arrived, and had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and cleaned up in less than an hour. This was a huge relief as it was starting to get horribly stinky. I felt the pricing was fair for the prompt service we received. Highly recommend Clog Pro!
Lisa V.Amazing customer service, everyone that I've talked with or has assisted me, has been really wonderful. When you are at wits end these are the people you want to call. Obviously I cannot refer or recommend the Vancouver office enough. Thank you for everything and continue to be awesome!
Jeff C.I came back from vacation to find what appeared to be water in my foyer from the outside faucet, possibly from a leak inside the wall. I contacted 7 different plumbers and the soonest I could get someone to even come look at it was 1-2 weeks out. Clog Pro actually answered the phone, and scheduled someone between 2-4 p.m. the same day I called. I got a courtesy call at 3 p.m. indicating that the plumber had a delay at the last site and would be coming closer to 4 p.m. I even received a call letting me know that they were about 15 minutes out. The office staff were very helpful and courteous.
Robert and Chris took care of things in short order. The faucet wasn't leaking into the wall (probably external water leaking under the door from the bad valve that sprayed everywhere) and he replaced it in about 30 minutes and gave a lot of ""insider"" tips on how to maintain the valve so it won't wear out, to look at my meter to verify if there's ever a leak, and put a superior faucet on my house versus the builder-grade one.
Their hourly rate was about $50 more than the competitors, and I'll gladly spend the extra money on respectful, competent, and efficient contractors! I don't write many reviews, and I do for exceptional service. I will use them again for future plumbing needs, guaranteed! Thank you, Clog Pro!
