Determined water line from the meter to house had a leak Friday afternoon. Called Clog Pro first thing Monday morning and spoke w/ Terese. She was beyond helpful (!!!) and was able to schedule Christopher to come out that afternoon. After talking w/ Christopher about the problem ... made the decision to schedule the work. (Bid seemed very reasonable after talking w/ peers about similar repair.) Christopher called day before work to be performed to confirm time to start, etc. Because I was unable to be there, had to confirm - via phone - that leaky line was fixed. Spoke w/ Terese and she was, again, great! Work was completed on time for the bid amount and I could not be happier. Without hesitation I highly recommend Clog Pro should a plumbing service be needed!

Had a branch sewer line clogged, no joy from one of our bathrooms for toilet, shower or sink. Did some online research and settled on Clog Pro.

First thing I want to point out, though, is that Yelp reviews are split into ""recommended"" and ""not recommended"". I don't know what magic they use to split them out, but the ""nots"" are not visible at all using the mobile app, and you have to scroll to the bottom on the full site to click a link to them. Clog Pro's ""nots"" have a single 4-star review, and then a pile of 5-star reviews.

Jesse made it out here, where we live on the far edge of civilization (less than a mile before the state forest), less than 3 hours after we called. I had made a small mess of my feeble clog removal efforts, and he was kind to me about it, lol.

About an hour later all was resolved. It was not cheap, but the reviews that complain about cost are in my opinion somewhat ridiculous. He showed up in a huge truck with all kinds of equipment ready to tackle anything, and towing an expensive jetting trailer for removing clogs. That stuff isn't free, and if you want someone to come out and help you with this kind of problem, you want it done right, done promptly, and done the first time without return trips.

Paying someone for their time, their fuel, use of their equipment, and expertise/experience, you get what you pay for. Our problem was completely resolved less than 4 hours after I called in, and that's more than worth what we paid.

Without personally knowing a plumber, It's hard to know who to call when you have plumbing needs. Yelp helps to narrow down the options. I heavily rely on reading reviews from other consumers out there. I have to say, I am very pleased with the service I received from Clog Pro today. Chris showed up within the scheduled time frame. He installed a new kitchen faucet and took his time to show me how to go about maintaining it and how to properly refill the soap dispenser. Chris also showed me how to shut off the water to my house from the water meter main. This was all very helpful because I don't have a clue about these things, yet I know my house and property could get really messed up if I don't maintain or shut down the system properly. I will definitely call Clog Pro when I am in need of plumbing service in the future.

Tech came out and without looking at the clogged drain, quoted me $165.00 plus tax and a $20 truck fee???? After an hour of snaking and plunging the tub drain, he said that he couldn't do anything else unless he charged overtime. I said no, and unfortunately threw away exactly $200.84 for nothing. The drain is still clogged and I am very disappointed with the waste of time and money this involved to get absolutely nowhere. I will be calling Rescue Rooter next time. They did an awesome job before and am sure they will do an awesome job again.
DO NOT USE CLOG PRO!!!!!

I woke up on a Saturday morning at 4am to the sound of running water, which is not a good way to start the day. Turns out that I had forgotten to unhook the hose attached to the outside faucet at the front of the house, and the sudden freeze had blown the compression fitting off the silcock in the crawlspace under the house.

Based on their Yelp rating, I called Clog Pro at 8am and their dispatcher called back within 10 minutes to confirm an appointment for the end of the day. The company owner turned up within the appointment window and capped off the burst pipe so that we could at least turn the water back on to the rest of the house.

As it wasn't an emergency, we agreed that one of his plumbers would come around a few days later to replace the blown silcock, and today Chris showed up at the scheduled time. He was very professional, completing the work very quickly at the agreed price, and even going so far as to wipe down the floorboards between the crawlspace hatch and the front door to remove some wet footprints.

Overall, I was highly impressed with the speed, efficiency and level of service that I received from Clog Pro, and they are now at the top of my call list for any future plumbing work.

I am a real estate agent and I recommend this company for all kinds of plumbing and drainage problems. They work on interior and exterior drainage, sewer scopes and sewer line repairs. They're responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

I had a clogged toilet, actually two toilets, from some paper towels that were accidentally flushed down the toilet. I called Clog Pro at 7 am Monday and a lady answered. I was told that someone could be there by 8:30 am. Wow! and I got an estimate on the phone. Chris arrived, tried to use the auger but the clog was too far down into the main drain, so then Jesse had to come with the big guns. Jesse arrived about 10 am. Jesse worked for awhile outside but finally got it cleared. He explained everything and was very thorough making sure that the bathroom shower was ok too. I was very pleased with this company's efficiency , professionalism, price, and workmanship.. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Now, everything is working great. Thanks Clog Pro!

Customer service was great. Even called to let me know they were on their way so I didn't have to leave work to sit and wait during my ""2 hour window"". Showed up right at the beginning of my service window and were in and out in an hour. Took time to answer questions and give suggestions. Price was alright. Seemed like a flat rate that could have been adjusted down considering they weren't there very long.. But as with any service based business .. They're never as cheap as you want them to be! Overall a happy customer and I would call them again.

I just wanted to give an update on Clog-Pro because I've used them twice since April 2011, and have been thoroughly impressed both times.

Jesse helped me out both times, and not only fixed the problem quickly, but showed me what I need to do to not let it happen again. I feel bad for Doug Y. and his wife because I had the exact opposite experience with dealing with Clog-Pro.

I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing issue, as they've helped me with three different things, and every time I've been blown away by the customer service and the expertise with fixing the problem.
