EVERYONE form the first guy answering the phone to Konner our rain drain tech was friendly and professional. Konner was very efficient while working which is always nice when they charge by the hour. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the competitors offer.

Clog Pro came prior to Thanksgiving to help us unclog our drain in the kitchen sink. They were responsive and did a great job getting our kitchen functioning again before the big dinner day! I'm grateful for their friendly service and dependable work! Nansea A.

They responded to my request for a quote same day. Scheduled 2 days later. Called ahead of arriving and were prompt and courteous. Konner was able to quickly find and clear the drain with no mess, then had time left in the one hour minimum and cleared another pipe for me.

I want to give a great big shout out to Robert Heyman with Clogpro! What an awesome company. The American Legion Post 14 found a leak in their outside hose bib. After calling many companies Clog Pro came through. They fit us in a lot earlier than expected. They sent out Robert and he got right to work. Found the problem and found a solution to help us out!!! They were very fast and efficient. We will use this company every time we have a need. Great company

I had a problem in my master bathroom. You know what I mean! Clog pro came out in great time and was able to unplug the demon. Connor was very efficient. He had quite the challenge unplugging that. I am happy to say he was successful and everything is flushing right now :-) I highly recommend. Clog pro for their reasonable prices and there professionalism. Thank you clog pro hopefully I will never need you again, but if I do I know where to go.

Clog Pro was pretty easy to work with. Lewis arrived early and helped me troubleshoot the issue with my clogged kitchen & laundry drain. The camera locator was really helpful in figuring out where the drain pipe went under the house and where it was clogged. Takes out the guesswork, as he said. $20 truck/trip fee + $189 for the camera/video service.

I called Clog Pro because of the positive reviews. Really wish I hadn't. They were nice on the phone and the person came on time. I called for help assessing a potential clogged basement drain. I mentioned it was intermittent and I wasn't sure what the actual problem was. I told the tech I suspected the washer was involved bc it was happening only when washer running and there was a small puddle under the washer. He said ""No that's unrelated, you need to call a washer repair person"". Even though the drain issue only happens when the washer is running. He checked where the sewer line would need to be tapped in to and I told him I would need to hang my industrial lamp because the light in that area had a broken piece of bulb I hadn't fixed yet. I said ""Actually, you probably have a better industrial lamp than I do"". He said, ""No, I don't carry lights"", which I thought was odd for a plumber with a truck? He didn't want to use my lamp for some reason wanted to replace the lightbulb (which provides less light than my commercial grade lamp). I really didn't want him messing with it, but he insisted and asked for a pair of pliers so I let him give it a try. So the guy spends about a minute working on pulling the bulb out - suddenly - sparks fly and the fuse blows. I said ""Please stop, this industrial lamp will be much better anyway, I will hang so its ready for you to work"".

Before he went to the truck to get set up, he asked if anyone went over the costs. I said yes but good idea to review. The original quote was somewhere between $220-$250, that was on his sheet, but he recommended an additional $169 sewer scope. At this point, since it hadn't been mentioned originally I was starting to not trust his judgement (washing machine advice, blown fuse), and I still wasn't 100% certain it was the outer sewer. So I said, ""At this point, since that wasn't in original quote can you please just do the work as originally discussed?"" He talked over me (I'm female btw, and my neighbor heard the whole exchange, she said wow that guy was strange and pushy), saying it was important to do the camera work as well and that he his company has great reviews. (Essentially, I shouldn't have questioned him in any way.)

I've had a sewer line inspection on another property and know what a scope is. We went back and forth and I got a lecture on sewer cameras. I also didn't understand why a scope wouldn't come FIRST, before blasting the line. I said ""I'm asking you to please just do the work as quoted, not feeling ok to add on at this point"". He ended with ""Not a good idea, and since we got off on the wrong foot I'd rather not do the work"". I said ok yes, please leave and thank you for your time.

I immediately got on the phone with a clog repair company that shockingly, promptly came by. Night and day customer service! The guy took 3x as long to assess the plumbing set up (vs the other one's 5 min spent mostly fiddling with the light bulb). We discussed how my sewer line was fairly new and figured out that the problem was likely stemming from the internal plumbing, not sewer. They did an internal scope which I agreed to after the plumber clearly explained it.

Thankfully my problem was resolved quickly, although not by this company. I'm open to paying what it takes to have quality work done and I also realize quotes are just estimates. But with this company, be careful what they quote over the phone, they may underestimate. If your issue is complicated and something doesn't feel right, don't let them rush you into work at a much higher quote. I'm guessing Clog Pro generally does great work and that most of their techs will not touch your electrical, as its not their expertise. Despite all the great reviews, it was not my experience. I almost agreed to an unnecessary sewer scope and jet and was, randomly, left with the gift of a an even further broken light bulb.

I was concerned about replacing the waste pipe in my front yard. I had just installed new concrete curbing around my flower beds. I had Just had my underground irrigation pipes replaced. After watching my neighbors get their line replaced, I thought it advisable to have mine checked, so I called Clog Pro to have mine scoped. I discover that my waste line is both broken, and restricted! As I gaze across the street to view the brown ""skunk Stripe"" and assorted rocks & debris in my neighbor's yard after completion, I think about the recent curbing and new sprinkler lines being destroyed. I requested estimates from several companies, including Clog Pro. The estimates were varied and uninspiring. After they viewed the video of the pipe they said ""we gotta tear up the street"", or ""no, we don't have to""... ""you have to personally get a permit from the city"", or ""no you don't need a permit"", ""we have to break your curbing and sprinkler lines"", or ""well, we will TRY to save them"", YIKES! Clog pro came out and explained the process in great detail, and offered options based on what they may find underground. Yes, the city DOES require a permit, and they will get it for me. They will also arrange for the required locating service for gas lines etc, and all required inspections. The process will be seamless and painless, totally turn key for me. They assured me that they would not break my curbing, and if they had to remove sprinkler lines, they would be cut, and repaired, not ripped out and left. They assured me they would restore the yard to pre-dig condition, and all for a competitive price! Sounds to good to be true! Everyone knows how salespeople lie, right? But they HAD been VERY professional, from the time of the scoping right up to the estimate, so I agreed to their proposal. How did it turn out?? Just like they said it would!!! I can barely tell they were here! They even raked the grass they had flattened in the process!
Check out the pictures during, and after, see if you agree! Clog pro people, I couldn't be happier! You guys are AWESOME!
