This do-it-yourselfer tried two different over-the-counter cleaners and two plumbing snakes without success. Clog Busters first tried their basic methods - similar to the snake I used - but then resorted to a machine that shot hot water through the system. Problem solved.

The guy was very nice, my very elderly mom felt comfortable with him inside the house. Price tag was $549 which stung a little.

Called these guys out for a clogged kitchen sink. They sent out Chase, who was mellow, professional, and completely upfront about their pricing and how much it would cost to unclog the sink. The sink was filling up with gunk every time I ran the dishwasher, and Chase found that it was the garbage disposal that was the source of the gunk, cleaned it out quickly, and got my sink back to full health. Would highly recommend these guys if you're having clog issues.

Had a clog/backup in a basement toilet. Needed them to come in, check to make sure the clogged line had cleared (from my efforts), and reset and seal the toilet. They removed the toilet, checked the line (it was clear). But, couldn't reset the toilet flange - told me I would need to call a different kind of plumbing operation to get a flange fixed. I would have done better to call a full-service plumbing operation from the outset, honestly. I ended up paying $204 to be told my line was clear, and I still don't have a working toilet. If you have more than just a clog, go with a full service operation. If these folks had charged me less, I would have been happier considering their visit ended with me still not having a functioning toilet. The technician was very nice and professional and they did come quickly.
