Our main sewer line is clogged and backing up at the lowest point. On their first visit, their snake ""didn't find anything but water"" so they concluded it must be a clog elsewhere and recommended we remove the section of wall around a clean-out. A week after that wall removal, it became clear the clog was still unidentified in the main line, and somehow manifested since their first visit. Their snake still didn't find it. Their camera line did find it. Unfortunately, despite asking for a video in the scheduling request, they didn't bring a usb thumb drive to deliver a video, and suggested we take a cellphone pic/video of their video screen. In providing the variety of methods to solve the problem, they relied on us to make the decisions about how to unclog the pipe. In selecting the solution, they warned us their ""O-ring was shot"" such that the pressure generator needed to be located outside. They then located the pressure generator immediately outside the open door, with the 'busted O-ring' located in a position to spew water inside the house when he turned it on.

He was not able to solve my clog, didn't provide a video like I asked, charged $115 on top of the $175 from the original visit when he mis-diagnosed the problem, ordered wall removal that has yet to prove necessary, and left saying that he ""couldn't fix the problem and had to get to other jobs."" So, we're off to another drain company to fix the problem Clog Busters couldn't. I hope you have a better experience.

Clog Busters are outstanding, I've used them on two occasions. The first was replacing sewer lateral line that was made of 'Orangeburg' material. I had 4 proposals and theirs was the most economic and innovative. They used a creative technology that saved me thousands of dollars and was much less invasive than others. I just called them again for a simple blockage. They were very quick to respond and ensured me their previous work was warrantied. They were very thorough, clean and courteous. From Tricia in the office, Matt working on our problem, to Tom the owner their customer service was outstanding....

My whole house plugged up yesterday, I couldn't use the toilet or the shower or even the sinks. I called around to all the plumbers in my area and left messages and nobody ever called me back. This is the next day and clog busters called me back immediately after I called them today and I spoke to Trisha and she is so nice. She made everything run smoothly and got somebody out to my house today. The man that showed up was extremely nice and it didn't take him long to figure out what the problem was and fix it. He cleaned out all of my drainage from the clean up pipe outside and then he came in and looked at all the toilets and the showers, made them start running again and the amount that he charged me was very competitive. It's a family run business and they just care about people and they want to do a good job for you. So for what he did, the price he charge me, I think was a very good price. I would call these people back in a minute. Yesterday when I couldn't get a hold of anybody, this one plumber did call me back, but he didn't do the type of work I needed done, so he recommended clog busters. He said that he highly recommends these people. When you get a recommendation for another company from a plumber, now that tells you that these people have to be really good. And they were.

Tom and his guys are rockstars! They did a 200' sewer line replacement for our community and we couldn't be happier! And since, he's been back a few more times for some smaller jobs. It's taken me over a year to write this review because I secretly didn't want him getting to busy. I'm sorry, I'm selfish. My grandpa used to say to keep an eye out for a honest plumber and with clog busters, I'm happy to say i found one!

We called for over a week and could not get a single person to come look at our job. One of their employees lives only a few streets over. I was told on the phone $3800-$6800 and then received an email bid for $7800!!! Two other companies came in at $3000. They would have seen it wasn't a full line replacement if they bothered to come out. Don't waste your time with them.

Clog Busters just replaced our sewer line all the way from the street to where the drains connect to the main inside the basement. They arrived on time, gave us great advice on what to do now and what to wait work we can wait to do. They finished the majority of the work in 1 day and stayed overtime to make sure we had our connections put back together so we could use the sinks, toilet, tub again. Highly recommend them and they gave a great price.
