After calling many AC company's and being told they couldn't come to our rescue. Climate Experts saved the day and came within a hour. So many places claim they are 24/7 but they really aren't. Blake was dispatched to our house and he did a diagnostic right away. After discovering the problem he offered us a solution and gave us a temporary fix. Once the work was approved we agreed to have them do the job the following day. Blake was very professional and even patient with our son running around like crazy. He explained things very well to us. The next day they offered to come out Monday and finish the work but when we pleaded for a early fix they made it work and had an associate named Chris C. come out and do the job. He was also very kind, professional and informative. He really explained the problem with us and walked us through the solution and valued our opinion. He even took extra time to discuss our air vents with us. We are so fortunate to have found such a honest company that takes pride in their work and doesn't over charge their customers. I would also like to say their texting system that provides a photo of the tech arriving is really cool and made us feel very safe. I will be referring them to anyone in need of AC concerns in the future. Thank you for excellent service!!!

Tech came out within 2 hours or less, the air would have been fixed if it wasn't so late He came back in the morning and had it fixed within a hour or 2, I was not there a friend was. But I met the technician the night before and he seemed very honest and fair. I would definitely recommend this company

There's nothing as incredibly horrendous as not having a working air conditioning unit in a home in Florida in the middle of summer. There's also nothing as terrifying as the thought of paying through the nose for unnecessary repairs or equipment that's 10 times the price it should be. The best way to mitigate both of these frightening scenarios is to go to the proper company, with the proper credentials, the proper experience, integrity, and honesty. But where would one find such a company? I'm glad you asked. The answer is climate experts! Wayne and his family of experts know exactly what they're doing and are willing to go the extra mile and do the right thing for their customers. Our carrier infinity was a mere 20 days out of warranty when it decided to go belly up on us. Of course it waited until the middle of summer to do such a thing, and after scrambling to find somebody to come out on a Friday afternoon the hero of the hour was Wayne from climate experts. Not only did he come out the same day, and on Friday afternoon, but he also came out during a rainstorm. Further, he didn't even complain when a pesky autodidact like myself shadowed his every move and asked a million questions about what was going on. Although he couldn't locate all of the problems that Friday evening, he came back the next morning with his trusted associate Derek, and they were able to quickly get to the heart of the issues, and get our system back up and running as good as it's ever run. They were knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly, and efficiently, and were done and had everything working much faster than I would've expected. We couldn't be happier with the results. I want to start this review with saying: I would give them 4 to 5 stars for the work done, they showed up as scheduled and the guys doing the work were very nice and professional. If only they had followed through repairing the damage in a timely manner, didn't engage in unethical business practices, and their finance person had some experience with customer service. Beware doing business with this Climate Experts, they have VERY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS practices. I contracted with them for replacement of the duct work and insulation in the attic. During the install one of the workers fell through the ceiling. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRYING TO GET THE DAMAGE FIXED AND YET THEY CLAIMED THE WORK IS COMPLETE. The REAL twist is I decided to finance through them for the work. When they left my home after the install, they considered the work complete, the damage was not repaired, but they FILED WITH FINANCE SERVICING COMPANY and GOT PAID CLAIMING THE WORK WAS DONE. I didn't sign the work order saying the work was complete, so who signed it, nor was provided a copy of the work order stating the work was complete? According to Climate Experts finance person, Krystal, the work is done, and she had the right to file for payment with the finance company, if she or someone else signed the work order it is fraud. She also told me that they normally require a 60% down payment before starting work, however because I decided to finance, through them, they didn't collect a down payment. So, what she really said, is it doesn't matter if they did the work or fix the damage they will get paid by the finance company. Contracts can be either in writing or verbal, they made the verbal change but apparently, their word means nothing. Thank heaven I choose not to finance the entire project otherwise I would have no leverage to get the damage fixed. My conversations with this finance person, Krystal, has never gone well, she has a terrible attitude toward customers. She didn't and doesn't care they caused damage to my home or fixing it. Horrible as a representative of the company, she has only cared about getting the money with no regard for the fact that we have a contract for home improvement NOT home DAMAGE. She has kept telling me the work is complete, therefore the contract is complete, how can that be if they damage my home. Very infuriating! The contract is not for damage, it is for improvement therefore the work is not complete. I realize finance/payment collection is her job, but if this happened to her home would she pay the company before they fixed the damage? How would she feel about having to deal with someone with her attitude? The only time she has shown any empathy about the situation, she said they would make the 1st payment on the loan and have a supervisor come out to make sure everything was right in the attic after the ceiling repair. To date, NEITHER OF THOSE HAVE HAPPENED. I'm very disappointed that she has no follow through, it feels like she said these things in hope of coercing me into paying the balance. Looking back it should not have surprised me that she wouldn't honor her promises. Again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, this person should never be permitted to speak with a customer!!!!!!! On top of dealing with their finance person, even though I was told their drywall repair person would do the repair, the week following them leaving my home, I intimately ha to find someone myself to do the work. The problems started when Scar called a week after they left my home, to request the balance due for the work done. He stated that their finance person told him of the balance due since I had not financed the entire project. I reminded him of the damage done so I had NOT signed-off on the work order as being complete. He was very apologetic and told me their drywall person would be in touch. A week goes by, I hear nothing from them, so I called to find out the status of getting the damage repaired. Again, I was told their drywall person would be in touch. The following day I get a phone call from someone claiming to be the drywall person doing work for Climate Experts. Apparently, they had prompted him to call me about doing the repair. The person I spoke to sounded intoxicated and slurring his words. He did go on to tell me that he had been so stressed that he needed to take some time off, so he was on vacation in a canoe on the Suwanee River but that I was the highest priority on his list, and I would hear from him as soon as he returned. I never heard from him, another week goes by, so I called again. A few days later I hear from Scar again, telling me they are having difficulties finding someone to do the repair and mentioned they have another similar repair for another customer. Another excuse for the repair not being done and at this point it had been 4+ weeks and their finance person is demanding payment! After the conversation with Scar, I put him in touch with my handyman to get the work done.

Top of the line company...Front to back...The way they handle my phone calls, the follow up. Devin and Tanner and their helper were very professional and respectful and the job they did was very good and my wife and I are quite happy with the complete new duct work. In fact we will be hiring them to insulate our attic very soon and look forward to more excellent work. Call them you will not regret it.

I called Climate Experts to service my Trane HVAC unit that stopped working a month after I closed on my house. My unit was installed in 2015 and was less than 5 years old. The rep did not say anything about warranty. Instead, I was provided an invoice the next day for $1,975 for parts and labor in addition to the $59 discounted fee for the service call or $2,034 total. A friend called another HVAC service guy who said my unit probably had a 5 year base warranty. The owner of Climate Experts sounds like a nice guy, yet I still struggle to understand what happened. He claimed that a Trane rep misinformed his rep that my unit was not covered because I was not the original owner. Since I was within the 90 day window of closing on my home, I paid Trane $99 to transfer the warranty to my name which extended the warranty an additional 5 years or 10 years, overall. Good news! I want to trust that that the Climate Experts owner told me the truth. Either way, when I contacted Quality Air of Brevard, the installer of my Trane unit, I was able to get the work done for a total of $760 which is less than half the cost that Climate Experts quoted me. Mistakes happen.

Seth Washington was great. Ac wasn't blowing cold air. Called Climate Experts gotten appointment same day, Seth was out here less then an hour and got it up and running again. Definitely my A/c go to guys. Highly recommended.

On Friday, 6-7-24, Vincent arrived promptly in the morning for a prearranged appointment. I had to get an estimate for a new HVAC system installed in my home. We agreed to install a Diakin FIT system and some air duct replacement work for approximately $18,000.00. The technicians arrived around noon and had a new HVAC system installed by 9:00 PM. It was amazing I got an estimate and a new system installed all in one day. However, three hours later, at midnight, the entire system shut down, and we were without any air conditioning. I contacted Vincent on Saturday, and he had someone come to the house to determine the issue. Over the weekend, there were a few more technicians, as well as a supervisor, Shawn, who showed up to assess the problem. It was determined that an old wire from the thermostat to the air handler and compressor unit was incompatible and not communicating with the Daikin FIT system. Once the wire was replaced on Monday, I haven't had any issues with the system. While the HVAC system was down, we were accommodated with a portable air conditioner by Climate Experts. Going forward, when a Daikin FIT system is installed, I believe they will always replace the wires from the thermostat to the other equipment. All the employees did their best to remedy the issue ASAP, and we applaud them for their efforts. We are looking forward to many years of cool air in our home.

I have never written a yelp review and hope to never write one again. But I must say I have to write one for these guys. WOW. Is. Right. Professional. Patient. And a few hundred dollars under the other guys, Wayne and his team walked me through everything and took the extra time to explain what I needed. I was a customer of Complete Air and Heat in Satellite Beach for 15 years and just thought that someone being short with me when I asked a question was what the standard was when it came to AC maintenance. Not Climate Experts. I will never use anyone else in the area again. 10 year warranty versus a 1 year warranty, and cheaper for a bigger unit. They also installed the exterior and interior system in one day so my tenant wouldn't be sweating overnight. Being up in New York City it was hard to find someone I trust by just talking to them on the phone. Very clear immediately that these are good people. This. Is. Your. AC. Company.

Can't say enough about this company. Tommy Head (technician) and rest of the staff were professional and very knowledgeable. I've dealt with four other companies that turned out to be questionable and unreliable. Climate Experts is the way to go. Call them now for air, plumbing or electrical needs!
