Really good and professional company. Have been using them for years on a couple properties and they have always come through. My latest venture in Melbourne Beach, they installed two units, reconfigured my duct work and was clean and quick. Conner whom was the lead on this last job followed up after completion of the job to make sure everything was right. Spent his own time to come back and look over the units. Run test, and made it now possible to reach and hold 65 degrees in my house during the hottest part of the day. I love the heat, but only outside. Inside has to be cold. Thank you to all they guys at Climate Experts and the lovely ladies in the office to talk to we all very nice and professional.

I signed up for their yearly plans, believing it coved the unit for a year for minor issues, but just to flush the unit which is as easy as forcing water or air in to fix clog. THEY CHARGED additional $200.

I can not say enough good things about this company! They went well above the call of duty by showing up to fix our home ac unit on the same day notice. The service man showed up at 7:30pm and didn't leave until after 9pm. He cleaned our unit and serviced it and now we have cold air again! This company is veteran owned and operated~ same day service, all brands serviced, free estimates, flat rate pricing, and they have an affordable 12 month maintenance plan for $199 which is well worth it!

i needed someone asap during a heat wave. i did some initial problem solving with my nest thermostat but to no avail. i called everyone local who stated they were 24/7 in their yelp ads. most really weren't (just having a answering service doesn't make you 24/7 for service) but these guys actually took the call and had someone there within 20 minutes. good news was my system is working fine. it was a user error by the tenants completely monkeying around with the system. still cost me $149 but he was able to tell the tenants not to touch anything in the future.

I called Climate Experts to service my Trane HVAC unit that stopped working a month after I closed on my house. My unit was installed in 2015 and was less than 5 years old. The rep did not say anything about warranty. Instead, I was provided an invoice the next day for $1,975 for parts and labor in addition to the $59 discounted fee for the service call or $2,034 total. A friend called another HVAC service guy who said my unit probably had a 5 year base warranty. The owner of Climate Experts sounds like a nice guy, yet I still struggle to understand what happened. He claimed that a Trane rep misinformed his rep that my unit was not covered because I was not the original owner. Since I was within the 90 day window of closing on my home, I paid Trane $99 to transfer the warranty to my name which extended the warranty an additional 5 years or 10 years, overall. Good news! I want to trust that that the Climate Experts owner told me the truth. Either way, when I contacted Quality Air of Brevard, the installer of my Trane unit, I was able to get the work done for a total of $760 which is less than half the cost that Climate Experts quoted me. Mistakes happen.

Having purchased our home just a year ago we decided it was time to have a standard service check on our AC unit since we weren't sure of the last time it was serviced. We contacted 2 local AC Companies, one of which never returned a call to us. Climate Experts however called us back within only a few minutes and scheduled us for the next day as that best fit OUR schedule and we were only needing a service appointment, not an emergency repair. Shortly before the technician arrived, we received notification that he was on the way which also provide a photo of who would be at our home. What a great thing that is, being able to recognize the technician when he came to the door. Upon arrival he was in a Company truck, with a very clean Company uniform. Great first impression! We showed the tech where everything was located and he took it from there. We were fortunate, the unit checked out just fine. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He did just as we asked, went thru the AC top to bottom, inside and out. To the team at Climate Experts - Your professionalism, knowledge and pride in your work is outstanding. Keep doing what you are doing, because you are doing it right. Thank you! We are customers for life and happy to send others your way.

I have never written a yelp review and hope to never write one again. But I must say I have to write one for these guys. WOW. Is. Right. Professional. Patient. And a few hundred dollars under the other guys, Wayne and his team walked me through everything and took the extra time to explain what I needed. I was a customer of Complete Air and Heat in Satellite Beach for 15 years and just thought that someone being short with me when I asked a question was what the standard was when it came to AC maintenance. Not Climate Experts. I will never use anyone else in the area again. 10 year warranty versus a 1 year warranty, and cheaper for a bigger unit. They also installed the exterior and interior system in one day so my tenant wouldn't be sweating overnight. Being up in New York City it was hard to find someone I trust by just talking to them on the phone. Very clear immediately that these are good people. This. Is. Your. AC. Company.

There's nothing as incredibly horrendous as not having a working air conditioning unit in a home in Florida in the middle of summer. There's also nothing as terrifying as the thought of paying through the nose for unnecessary repairs or equipment that's 10 times the price it should be. The best way to mitigate both of these frightening scenarios is to go to the proper company, with the proper credentials, the proper experience, integrity, and honesty. But where would one find such a company? I'm glad you asked. The answer is climate experts! Wayne and his family of experts know exactly what they're doing and are willing to go the extra mile and do the right thing for their customers. Our carrier infinity was a mere 20 days out of warranty when it decided to go belly up on us. Of course it waited until the middle of summer to do such a thing, and after scrambling to find somebody to come out on a Friday afternoon the hero of the hour was Wayne from climate experts. Not only did he come out the same day, and on Friday afternoon, but he also came out during a rainstorm. Further, he didn't even complain when a pesky autodidact like myself shadowed his every move and asked a million questions about what was going on. Although he couldn't locate all of the problems that Friday evening, he came back the next morning with his trusted associate Derek, and they were able to quickly get to the heart of the issues, and get our system back up and running as good as it's ever run. They were knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly, and efficiently, and were done and had everything working much faster than I would've expected. We couldn't be happier with the results.
