Katie W.Actively trying to ensure that NO ONE uses this company. K came to my house for a ""tune up"" that we purchased a plan for. I was already anti- climate control after their plumber came for a complimentary plumbing inspection and basically said everything was wrong and it would be thousands of dollars to repair. He also charged me $175 to repair a toilet he did not actually do and I had to hire someone else. I was told this tune up will cost you nothing, blah blah. Within 15-20 minutes of K being in my house, we were in need of a brand new unit for various reasons while he fast talked his way through ""proof"" aka random pictures of our unit. Prior to him starting his service call, i explained my 5 year old was going through cancer treatment and because of that, we could not have done all of the ""repairs"" his plumber suggested (which turned out to not even be necessary after a second opinion) K, an apparent cancer survivor himself felt compelled to ""help us"" However, all K did was lie. He said probably 8 times he was the GM's son and he brings in 2 million a year in revenue and he cared so deeply for our situation that he wanted to help us. Our unit was deemed unsafe and that he would ""condemn the whole system"" something he said probably 5 times. It was emitting high levels of CO2, was a fire risk essentially, you name it. By the time he left, my husband and I were honestly very concerned. So much so that we listened to him and turned our unit off for SIX days at the end of February. We bundled our three small children up at bedtime, used heaters until we went to bed and woke up cold. We did not really know what to do, it was a massive expense to our family given our situation (or any for that matter) He even went so far as to tell us that their company works with a charity to help people in need and him and his ""GM"" father cared so much for us that they were going to help us get a new unit covered. I was so blown away that I cried. Turns out, all the sudden while he was still in our home, they ""don't do that anymore"" Something did not feel right when he sent us the ""quote"" and his report did not match the dire situation he described to my husband and myself. He did not mark that our unit was unsafe for use or even describe ANYTHING he said outside of our unit being old and dirty. I ended up getting a second, a third, and eventually called the fire department to ease my fear of high levels of CO2 and not one of them came up with K's report. What they all discovered is that he actually did not even ""tune up"" our system. He just tried to make a sale, I sent the picture he took on his iphone to each company that came and none of the pictures showed anything other than it being dirty and old. I called the company to mainly express my extreme disgust for the entire situation and was assured that this matter would be taken care of and I would be refunded the cost of the toilet repair and tune up plan. It has been two weeks now and nothing. I even called last week to confirm a refund was coming and was once again assured a refund was being expedited to me. Still waiting.............
They use spam text marketing tactics. I did not sign up for any lists and have never done business with this company. They will send you a text for a ""79"" tune up. Any company that does this is shady.

Our Trane furnace is about 10 years old. We are going through this also but with Climate Control. Getting the run around from Trane and complete ghosting from climate control unless we pony up the $3500 for the labor that the warranty does not cover. They have not returned our last phone call when we were pushing them to repair and then go after Trane for the bill themselves. We assumed they would not only back their work but also the products that they carry and push. Honestly , at this point, we don't know if they are pulling some kind of shady stuff. They also installed our water heater. Then a year later came back and said we should have a support strap on the overflow water tank andthey could take care of it for a mere $500. So, we need someone trustworthy to get a second opinion from.
Moira C.I was attempting to sell my house, and the inspection showed a small leak in the basement from the AC unit. After calling Climate Control- a technician came out and fixed the problem. Upon fixing this problem, he stated that I have a cracked heat exchanger and I needed a whole new system- also stating to me that there was leaking CO2 into my house. After scheduling the service and getting the service completed, I had heard from multiple people stating this was a marketing strategy for this company to get money. During install- I asked multiple times to the technician to show me the crack in the old furnace which they made excuses on why they couldn't show me and no picture was saved on file of the crack. They quoted me 9 k for this new furnace which I'm now paying for with a brand new furnace I don't truly believe I needed. I am beyond upset with this company and their morals as a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They have been out 4-5 times in a year to work on the new unit they installed for us. So far good service but for the price the product they sold has been a pile of stinky .
This used to be our ""go to"" company whenever we had hvac issues. But something changed in the last few years. Their service isn't as great, and their prices came in $1500 above everyone else's. They are very responsive and seem to know what they are doing, but I can't see justifying paying their guys over $230/hour each for labor. I doubt half that much actually goes into the labor's pockets.

While my family bundles up on Christmas Eve in the 48 degree house "" warmed"" by climate control, I wish we'd made a different decision for the comfort and well-being of our family. They came out less than a month ago, did nothing, said all was fine and charged us $90. Now, Christmas Eve morning after staying up all night burning through our firewood to keep my family warm (5 degrees outside last night), they want to charge us $200. There are good companies in this town who won't rip you off, do good work, and won't let your family spend the holidays in the cold---we're even still paying off the HVAC Climate Control installed a few years ago. Did all the troubleshooting. Called them for help. They will charge another $200. I'm calling other companies. So disappointing. Keep your family warm. Avoid this Liberty, Missouri HVAC company. Merry freezing Christmas!
Jaimi H.We were just charge $90 for Literally three minutes. We needed our shower drain moved 1 inch and were quoted $1300. After we said that was way too much money for what would only take less than an hour to move. We were still asked to pay $90 just for him to show up for the three minutes that he was in our home. Never again!
maurice m.As a customer do not call or have this company come and work on anything. I'm a business owner and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the techs are young kids who are half retarded. I have literally been waiting all day for a tech to come to my home to fix the Air dryer that was caused by improper installation from their company That caused a hole to be punctured in the coils of my unit. A year prior to this we had one of those young men come out and look at the unit he upped sold us on Freon which was not the problem $900 plus an extra maintenance agreement package, the results a year later they're telling us that we needed coils and there was a leek that should have been found a year ago when we paid for extra Freon that we did not even need if the Instalation was done properly. This unit is ten10 years old unit I understand that things happen overtime but after two inspections from two different companies letting us know the same conclusion that the unit was installed Improperly and it was the Cause of the leaking coils. I feel that the young man who came out which was late by the way by four hours Just didn't wanna do the job and simply just put a Band-Aid on it by adding extra Freon and selling us a bunch of false hopes that our unit was fixed, this young man up sold us and left with a bunch of money knowing he did wrong. As a business owner I would never do anyone the way this company did me, they simply have no honor in the way they do business. It is now 6:14 PM they were supposed to be here early this morning I've been waiting all day long. I normally don't call Karen moves but this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I guess they believe their customers don't have a life and they're supposed to just wait there for 12 hours for them to show up. At this point I'm just going to go buy a new unit but I will for ever burn this company anytime somebody mentions their name to me cause you don't do hard working people like that. My business motto is if you can't do the job right don't sign your name to it..
Very expense, changed a motor starter board on my Air Conditioner and cleaned it. They were here about 2 1/2 hours and charged us $1500.
