Tasha F.It's the first week of hot weather this year so I understand that all these places are busy. But I have health issues and pets so there is urgency. I was so relieved that after days without air they would be at my place this afternoon. But then they weren't. So I called back and they said I'd receive a call from the tech. But I didn't. So we headed to my Aunts house for dinner. On they way there we get a call that the tech is 20 min from our house. We turn around to go home. An hour later he still isn't there so I call him back 3 times with no answer. My husband calls and is told that someone was supposed to call and cancel as they didn't realize what neighborhood I live in (Lykins). They don't come here after dark. So I call back the main number because this is not acceptable customer service. I again wait for a call back which they leave a voicemail saying the tech is stuck at the previous home that they thought was fixed but he had to go back. Someone isn't telling the truth, and now it's almost 9:30 and no one is answering.
Deb B.My HVAC system is less than three years old. Tomorrow i'm calling for the second time to report my air conditioner isn't working. Again system is less than 3 years old. Poor installation was cause for first issue. Installers also put a gash in a door when bringing in furnace.
Steve C.5 star service rating in consideration of today's servicer positive and friendly demeanor, knowledge of my heating and cooling systems, and efficiency. All of that in spite of the nearly consistent barking of my dog - who thankfully is all bark and no bite. I rate the service as an A+, and highly recommend this company and it's professional servicers.
They are the best. I also purchased a three year servicing contract - a lesson that I learned from not doing so with my previous ""short-life"" system that cost $15k to replace!

What I am about to add is not his responsibility but that of the company!
We purchased the furnace system from Climate Control and have had the twice a year preventative maintenance service done for 13 years. The service was required to comply with the warranty. The last two times service has been scheduled they have called the day of and said ""sorry we have to reschedule because we have had techs call in sick"". This time they called at the scheduled time and said the tech was going to be late because someone else had called in and needed service first. Then they called about an hour later and said they had several techs call in sick and would have to schedule for another day.
The other thing we do not like is that the techs are responsible to get you to sign up for more scheduled maintenance to be paid ahead of time ""to save money"" and so you will get a discount on any possible future work needed. We don't like the HIGH PRESSURE to purchase a preventative maintenance contract. Their prices seem to be higher than others especially if you don't buy a contract. We plan to check out other companies going forward.

Deserves a negative rating. Office staff from CSR to Manager are very unprofessional. I asked for a 30 minute lead time call to meet them. I received the call and left work early only to wait at least 3 hours for a tech to magically appear. High pressure sales, lots of fast talking. Didn't have tools with him - asked to use mine AND didn't return them to the garage - left them in backyard. I guess I should be grateful he didn't steal them. Overpriced. Poor quality. Uncaring staff. Many thumbs down!!

Aaron S.If it was possible to give a zero rating I would. This company installed a new a/ c unit 3 years ago. This summer it stopped cooling I called and a tech came out put new freon in but didn't check for leaks. Two weeks later it is no longer cooling called back and they sent out the same tech lance. This time he determined a rodent had chewed through my compressor but did not specify if it chewed through the steel compressor or copper line connections? It's the most rediculous lie anybody could come up with and they expect people would belive this. The leak is from there shoddy instalation and they won't own up to it! Do not let these fools do any work they will lie to you to get you to buy parts and service you don't need.
