Needed replacement water heater for rental unit. Chuck handled bid simply and efficiently. My request for a specific unit of water heater was met with complete flexibility. Chase was at location exactly on time and had water heater installed inside an hour. The new water heater had a broken spring in the faceplate of the controller. Chase quickly swapped out the old faceplate to the new heater and fired it up. Chase was polite, fast, and fair. Family business and one I will be using in the future. Thanks guys, this is how business is done right.

After experiencing a last-minute cancellation to have my drains serviced, I called Clifton's Plumbing and they were able to send a service tech to my residence in a timely fashion. The office staff were professional and informative. The service tech arrived and got straight to work, who also happen to be a veteran like myself. The service tech completed the job quickly and tidied up after himself. The price was fair and from what I gathered, was pretty much the standard rate for the service performed. I will definitely call them again should I need any plumbing work.

Terrible customer service. Plumber came out to fix a simple clogged kitchen sink and whatever he did messed up the washer from properly draining. It had been working just fine before. The sink itself is now fixed but the same pipe that drains kitchen runs to washer. The person who answered the phone when I called them to come take a look at it got completely irrational asking me questions I wouldn't know anything about and then said I tried to blame their plumbers for everything. Instead of saying sorry about that! ""Let's take a look and we'll see if we can help"" he got defensive and sarcastic with me. Easily could've avoided the issue had he acknowledged it and not try to be rude and say I was blaming their plumber. I was simply stating facts.

We had an incredibly bad experience with these folks.
1. The water line they installed for our bath remodel failed and water rained down on the room below. They were called out on a Friday, looked at it, stopped the major flow and said they'd be back on Monday, leaving water dripping through the sheetrock. They didn't even put a bucket under it.
2. Installed a bathtub that clearly didn't fit the space (the order was not their responsibility) without comment or suggestion. You would think the plumber would say to the homeowner ""there's something wrong here."" Not.
3. Billed me for labor that was the general contractor's responsibility (Clifton was a subcontractor), then called me a ""liar"" and threatened to sue when I questioned the billing. Rude and immature behavior at best.
Conclusion: never again!

We are in a rental property that had ancient awful heating. The landlord had Clifton come in and redo all of the ducting and install a new heating unit. Guys were hard working, knew what they were doing and were on time, clean and courteous. It was a nasty mess and now a tidy and efficient system.

If you want licensed and responsible guys that know their trade very well for good prices, then call Clifton Plumbing and Heating. They are very fast to call back and respond, they're very polite and they fixed a problem I had been having with my water heater and bathroom pipes. Two guys named Robert and Chase came right out and they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I could understand what the problem was. Not to mention they also both had a great sense of humor. It's nice to finally have a family owned business that I can depend on for all of my plumbing or heating problems. I will be calling them in the future for sure!

A few weeks ago my shower head was leaking. I called Clifton Plumbing. They came out. The guy was here 10 minutes and said he tightened the knobs. I was charged $95 for this. After a week the shower was still leaking. I was about ready to call another plumber when the shower knobs were getting more and more difficult to shut off. Now we cannot turn the shower off. I had to turn the water off for the entire house and wait for another plumber. It is obvious that Clifton did not take the time and care to fix this problem properly. It has cost me extra time and money. Clifton does shoddy work and would not recommend them.

My new plumber (who was great) said that Clifton's plumber put in too small a washer. He fixed the knobs just enough so that they worked for a couple of weeks. He then expected me to call them and say I was still having problems with my shower leaking. However, after being charged $95 for nothing, I was too smart to call him again. Clifton Plumbing is crooked. Don't ever use them.

I called Clifton Plumbing in the morning, described the problem of the toilet and clogged sink..within the hour, a professionally trained plumber came out, knew exactly what the problem was. Went back to his truck to obtain the correct tools, and immediately got to work fixing it. Everything works perfectly. I needed a plumber and asked for a bid to complete the work. When the bid came it had no details of work. I needed to make sure that this company would meet code and city requirements so i asked if a couple of items would be done. I was told they were not included and would have to be added to the cost. After I stated that I expected codes to be met with all work I was told that ""we could not work together"" and I ""would need to find someone else"". It was a total waste of my time to try and work with this company.
