This company has been here for Four generations and they have to be doing something right to be around this long.
as far as Lynn B comments are totally not true or factual
when people are not happy they try to take down someone else.
the truth is the company was found not at fault of what she accused them of and now tries to tell lies about the owner and employees

Similar to other reviews I had a terrible experience with the owner. Chase is very rude and did not follow up with me. They charged me for drive time and did not tell me up front. There were supposed to come back to next morning to hydro jet and they were a no show. Spoke to chase on the phone and he told me he would talk to his tech and get back to me about the bill and he never called. He then calls me 2 months later yelling and cursing on the phone about me not paying the bill when I was waiting on him. Unbelievable! The pricing is not reasonable compared to other companies. Does not surprise they do not have good reviews. Stay away from this company. Don't just listen to me. Read the other reviews that are almost identical.

Run away! Unethical business. Bad customer service, I asked them to check gas leak, they already start working on it without giving me pricing while we were not at home. We ended up have them work on it with no choice. Make sure to ask for pricing first before they even come out to fix issues. Their pricing is not reasonable either. They never apologized without quoting us first, except yelling and screaming at us. After they left, piece of stove part came off, they never bothered to fix it or let us know after we came back.

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company. I called at 12 noon today to get help because a clean-out was backing up and making a mess outside. Spoke with Chuck - he was so very nice & helpful. He said it sounded like roots were clogging the line. Said he would send Chaz out in the afternoon. Sure enough, Chaz was here by 2:15 PM...and he too was terrific. Chaz cleared the line of roots (Chick was right) and then cleared it again to be sure. It was a pleasure watching Chaz work - so professional and kind - he certainly knows his work. Thank you guys for the fast, honest and excellent service. I will be calling again for any future plumbing problems.
