That being said they both did a fantastic job changing out my shower valve as well as representing your company in the most positive way. Cleveland Plumbing .....If I could give 10 stars I would. Cody & Dylan were so friendly & did an awesome job. My line from the street to my house was broken and they replaced it without having to dig up my yard. Amazing to watch. I even videod it on my phone. Thanks guys!!!!

Must give a shout out to Vance Cleveland at Cleveland Plumbing. Last night I was in a panic because my sink backed up and there was water leaking outside on the stucco above my garage. I called Vance and he came right out. Now I have to say, I was crying because I have a baking business out of my house and I had to finish a job, plus I was just overall exhausted, so I lost it. Vance told me I would have to pay the after hours fee and I said it didn't matter because I needed help. When he got to my condo, he checked everything and realized there was probably a broken pipe in the wall and that it should be covered by my HOA so he didn't want to touch anything and charge me for more. The most important thing though he did was calm me down, told me everything was going to be ok, and he even talked to the HOA's plumber for me because I had no idea what to tell him. Then.... he didn't even charge me for coming out. Literally made me cry even more, but this time, good tears. From now on, Cleveland Plumbing will be getting my business and if this wasn't covered by HOA, I would def have had him fix the problem. Just goes to show there are still solid, kind, helpful people in this world.

Great service. Great team. Quiet, clean, respectful of our property. The gentleman came in took care of the problem and charged what I thought was an appropriate amount of money to correct the problem that a previous plumber caused. Will def use in the future!

Had a sudden water leak in the garage early on a Monday morning and Vance sent someone out to fix right away. They even worked around our timing issues to get someone out as soon as possible at a time where sormene would be home. This was not our first time working with Cleveland plumbing but they have consistently been there when we have needed them. No need to look elsewhere. Thanks Vance.

The 5* reviews are for real and Vance and his team wholly deserve it. Danny and Jimmy arrived and presented professionally and courteously. In 85 mins, they efficiently removed the old 65 gallon water heater and installed a new 50 gallon replacement and upgraded the gas and water flexes. Stellar job! And the price is very reasonable!
