I'd called Cleveland to find a water leaking noise coming out from my attic. They send one of there staff to my house to check on it I think his name is Joshua very humbling, professional and a pleasant young man. He carefully listened my water leaking issues and he immediately realised there were no such leaking as I was worrying, the noise were produced by a loosened water pipe touching on piece of wooden beams. interestingly they didn't want charge me anything for their time spent and drove up to my house although I was willing to pay. my experience with many plumbers in the past were different !

Vance Cleveland and his team are fantastic. I have been renovating my home over the last year and Cleveland Plumbing has replaced toilets, valves, drain lines, drain stoppers and a hot water heater for me. We had a leaking toilet upstairs. Joshua from Cleveland plumbing came to fix it and did a fabulous job. Our tank gasket was leaking and he had to go to get a specific part from Home Depot. Came right back, no extra stops and didn't charge anymore for the extra trip. Very friendly, found out we had mutual friends from my former work. Small world. The repairs were professional, timely and the price was fair. Great job Joshua and thank for a great experience!

Refused service because we work In the hospital. What a shame especially during this time. We all need to show kindness! Unfortunately you guys won't get it from this company! I guess they only want to fix clean and brand new plumbing.
You can get the virus anywhere. You guys can even get it from the community.
Refusing service from healthcare providers that's healing and caring for our community.
Even we are scrutinized especially with this company. We will never refused nor stop caring for people that are In need.

I highly recommend this company they went above and beyond to find out why our dryer vent was filling with gallons of water. Turned out to be a leak in our neighbors condo. Cody and crew are excellent and very polite and super helpful. If I could give more stars I would
