For the past three years whenever we have had a plumbing issue large or small we've called Cleveland Plumbing. They have always called us back promptly and show up on time. Nick has been to our house several times - he's experienced, efficient, and fair. He explains the situation clearly, lays out options if there are any, and the pricing is always very fair.

We developed a slab leak a few days ago and have spoken with 3 different plumbing companies. Cleveland Plumbing was referred to us by a friend and we were thrilled with their service. They responded the fastest, gave us more options and the best price of the 3. We will most definitely use these guys for all future plumbing issues. The technicians/installers, Mike & Billy, showed up early and were excellent at explaining what the situation was and gave us 4 different options to repair it with the costs for each. Both were very professional, friendly and did a great job. Completed the job same day as the estimates were done. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them highly.

Needed a plumber who could do leak detections. I had water coming out from underneath the house. My husband and I were afraid it was a slab leak. Thankfully, Cody and Art came out and gave me all the different scenarios...from the best to the worst. At the end, they figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed it. The pricing was reasonable and it was about how much we expected to pay. I knew they weren't going to nickel and dime us. I'm definitely going to put their number in my phone.

I've called Cleveland Plumbing twice. Actually, I've called them six times and had two calls returned. They do not have a receptionist - his 24 hour service is his cell phone. Unfortunately, when he is busy he just doesn't call back. The one job he did do, Mike came out and did a good job at a reasonable price. But I expect more responsiveness when I call a business. I read about others here who did not have this problem, but I had it on two different jobs. I won't have the problem a third time.

I haven't had much luck with plumbers in the past. Cleveland was a pleasant surprise. Played phone tag for a day but Vance was excellent on the phone. Cory arrived within an hour after I got off the phone. Cory fixed our backed up bath drain, then proceeded to help answering questions with other projects. He was great. He communicated exactly what he was doing and fixed it in a jiffy. Will defiintely use this company again.

A tree removal project got out of hand and we accidentally cut into some pipes adjacent to our home. After turning off the main, it was still leaking. At this point, it was dark and we weren't certain what to do; it just didn't seem like a good idea to wait till morning to figure it out.

We found Cleveland Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call. The owner called me back within minutes. I was grateful that they were so responsive and could have someone out within the hour. Art actually arrived in less than 30 minutes... He quickly diagnosed that it was our pool drain line. (thankfully!) and would be a fairly easy fix.

In the end, the repair was done and we were charged a very fair price. Honest, quality service providers can be hard to find, so we are thrilled to have found a great service we can rely upon for any of our plumbing needs.
