Cleveland is awesome! They were extremely accommodating with my timing and very thorough. The plumber explained work and costs in detail prior to commencing, and reviewed work completed to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend over Roto-Rooter, as they also do exploratory leak work through dry wall at a very reasonable cost.

So happy with this company! We had just moved and I needed help hooking up the refrigerator, washer and dryer. I called them late morning and they were able to help out same day! Cody went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was doing and what needed to happen. I will be calling them again when other issues happen which in a new home in sure will come up!

The Cleveland Plumbing is quite responsible. We had a leaking on the outside wall. Mike/Billy came and gave us the different options to choose from. They were very professionally and quickly identified the problem and fixed it in the same day. My wife and I are very pleased with the solution and its costs.

We had an emergency plumbing problem, so I called Cleveland. I've never tried using YELP before, and I admit I was skeptical (online, who can you trust?). I am so glad that I tried Cleveland!! Cory was honest about letting me know I would have to wait because there were others ahead of me. I told him that was fine, I was going to be home all day. I expected him late that day when we hung up. About 5 minutes passed and Cory called me back. He said since I had no working bathrooms, he felt he should move people around so that he could come sooner. Cory and Vance came out and did a fantastic job unclogging my sewer line. They also told me that I didn't have proper access to my pipes (not up to code), so he quoted me a price on how they can fix that problem in the future. Thank you Cory and Vance--you guys are amazing!!!

Left a message on Thursday evening because my toilet would not stop running. Vance called me at 9:00 Friday morning and said they can get someone out and will call when they were on their way. They were so quick...he didn't even have a chance to call me.

I thought I just needed a new seal on the flush valve but it turned out that the valve needed to be replaced. Mike and Billy were honest in telling me that they could fix it, but the install on a new toilet would cost exactly the same. Since the toilet was 15 years old, I went with the new one so I ran down to Home Depot to purchase it while they took out the old one.

From the time they arrived until the the time they left, it was 1 hour. They were awesome, clean, honest and you can't even tell they were here.

I called on Saturday due to my main line was backed up. I was quoted a price and time and that was the price I paid and the time they showed up. That is where the two stars come in. They are prompt and do what they say. Here's the problem. Why this isn't 5 stars. 24 hours later Sunday I'm backed up again. I called twice with no response. Monday afternoon I call another company and they are out first thing today. And the rats nest of roots in the line right outside my bedroom window says the job wasn't done right. I'm ok with no warrantee however do the job. I was shown proof that the line wasn't snaked past my bedroom area. $350.00 bought me 3 showers and one load of laundry before backup. Will never recommend this company.
