Recently my bath room sink was clogged. We had some guy came in the day before telling us we had to open up the wall and cut open the water pipe and that the whole thing would cost about $700....Good thing we didn't listen. I went back to my business cards holder and found Cleveland Plumbing card. If I kept a business card of a service, it usually means I received good service from them. I called them again. Art and Jake came in and took care of it in less than an hour. Art also explained in detail what the cause of problem was and how to prevent it from happening. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The whole thing cost $125, a lot less than what the other guy quoted us.

This review is based on a phone conversation I had with Vance. I few months ago, my front yard flooded and I had to replace my mainline. I panicked and used the first referral I received (my colleague's husband-a different plumbing company). A week after the job was completed I received a call from my gardener stating that my irrigation system is not working because the plumber I used didn't leave a tee-off. I called Vance for a quote to tee-off. He was very helpful and advised me to contact the plumber I originally used because that should have been apart of the job. Vance said he didn't want to charge me to start a new job but he would be happy to help if my original plumber didn't come out to correct the problem. Thanks for your honesty, Vance! I highly recommend Vance and his team. An honest plumber is definitely one we must keep on record.

They came to fix some valves before a new washer dryer install. I called and they were unsure if they could come out same day. I texted a photo of the problem and then whoever I talked to on the phone dispatched a plumber who was there in about 15 min. Cody fixed everything for us and was super nice and helpful throughout the process. This couldn't have been a more pleasant interaction. Thank you!!

We woke up to no hot water two days before Christmas. I called in the morning, got a quick reply and had a crew at our house within an hour. They replaced our old water heater with a new one. Professional, quick, top-quality work. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Cleveland plumbing. We called over the weekend and spoke with the emergency dispatch team, and because our issue wasn't an emergency we left a message. I was happy to get a call first thing Monday morning from the office and got them scheduled to come out Wednesday of the same week. Art and Jake arrived early, and had our garbage disposal fixed (replaced actually!) Within 30 minutes. They were friendly and neat, and I was very happy with our service. Thanks guys!

I had a plumbing issue when I got a new washer and needed a place to drain it, so I took out the old drain piping from the utility sink and realized that I needed a different part to hook up the drain properly.

Art and Jake came out and reassured me that it would be an easy fix, and he started working right away and fixed the issue completely! He even gave me pointers on how to finish up the job.

Great service, great person. I would recommend Cleveland Plumbing to anyone who needed plumbers!

My main water pipe broke due to a huge tree root that was blown over due to the Santa Ana Winds. They were able to come out within the hour and fix. Art was the person who came out and was very professional and did very high quality work. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the fantastic work Art!

I came home at 1 pm to find our 13+ years old hot water heater leaking all over the garage. Checked Yelp and called Cleveland Plumbing. WOW!! I spoke to Nick and he said that they could come out to our home in about 1/2 hour to drain the unit and replace it. He arrived promptly, polite and professional. I found out that Nick is the Field Supervisor but he stayed and got the unit draining and disconnected. He called Art and Jake and told them what size of water heater we needed so they could pick it up and then come over. It wasn't long and they arrived....and they got to work installing the new water heater.At 4 pm the men were leaving, state of the art water heater installed, drip tray, all new plumbing and shut off valve...AMAZING. I will call them again for all my plumbing needs, THanks to Nick and the team for a wonderful, reasonable timely job.

I needed a simple job and looked on Yelp to find the best. The number one rated plumber on Yelp was Cleveland Plumbing. I called left a message. No call back so I called and left another message (should have been my first clue). Dave finally called back apologized for his slow response and we scheduled an appointment. The appointment time approached and Dave called and said that his guy was running late so we rescheduled for between 8am-9am the next day. Appointment time came and went, no call so I called left a message. At about 10am Dave called and used the classic excuse ""I thought our appointment was for between 1pm and 3pm?"" I quickly informed him that was not what we scheduled and that I had already called someone else. Dave I know what we agreed to and I also know its common practice for service businesses to push lower priced jobs to the bottom in favor of higher priced ones and then when your lower price job calls when you don't show is to use the old "" I thought we"" excuse. Dave, that did not sit well with me thus this review.

Nick and Billy came to the rescue! This was our first experience with Cleveland Plumbers and we are completely satisfied with all of the work they did around our house. We had a bunch of projects around the house that we kept putting off cause we thought it was going to cost a fortune. We had other plumbers quote us and they were way more expensive. These guys are awesome, they really know what they're doing, and are much more reasonable in cost compared to the other guys. I highly recommend Cleveland Plumbers and I will make sure to refer them to all of my friends and family.
