Two days before Christmas, the sink in my laundry room begins to overflow when the washing machine drained during the rinse cycle. I have had this issue before so I waited to call a plumber and figured it would be fine til after Christmas if I held off on the laundry. On Christmas Eve, everything but that sink was working, but on Christmas both sinks in the kitchen began to back up into the laundry room sink causing it to overflow again.

At this point, I knew it was time to call a plumber. I called Cleveland Plumbing because not only were they highly rated and listed in Yelp's Top Picks, but most of the reviews stressed the company's quick response time when services were requested. It's Christmas break for my four kids, I was making pasta for dinner and Santa just brought us two Giant Schnauzers. Functional plumbing in the kitchen and laundry room is vital to this house!!!

I called and left a message around 7PM and received a call back about five minutes later. It was Christmas Day so I was completely agreeable to waiting till the morning, but needed it to be early. Four kids and two puppies make a LOT of messes. He said someone would be out between 8-9AM.

The next morning, I was eagerly awaiting the service professional despite the overwhelming exhaustion felt by all parents that play Santa on the day after Christmas and the intensified irritation new puppies mixed with children who don't listen create, making you wonder what Santa was thinking when he decided to go with puppies for Christmas. When no one had arrived by 9AM, I was surprised and a little nervous because I went with this company for their promptness. Around 9:30AM, I started to feel like I was forgotten and called them again. I was, but they apologized and someone arrived about 20 minutes later. And I could understand how that could happen. If I don't try to forget what happens on Christmas each year, I may not be able to look forward to another one again as long as I'm Santa.

The gentlemen who came were professional, thorough and efficient. I was pretty busy so I quickly showed them the sinks and they set to work. They didn't need much information from me because they knew what they were doing. About an hour and a half later they finished the job. Charges were surprisingly reasonable. More surprising than that was that I actually had enough cash on me to cover it (kids and Christmas usually leave Santa broke and frustrated).

All in all, I would say that my interaction with Cleveland Plumbing today was definitely within the top-five most excellent customer service experiences I have had with any business. I recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs (and apparently they do other services outside of water). Definitely use these guys cause I am positive you won't regret it.

I have always been hesitant of calling a plumber due to the horror stories you hear about regarding cost and I have done the work myself. I have been stuck in two plumbing jams where I needed professional help and I have called Cleveland Plumbing both times and the experience has been fantastic!

I called at about 9:00 this morning because my bathtub was backing up, I was pretty sure I had a main drain clog. I called and left a message and got a call back right away. They got here within minutes of the phone call and started diagnosing the problem. It started sounding like it might be a big job, but he said he'd try to fix it before he called for back up. I was worried this was going to become a huge, expensive thing, but here I am an hour and a half after I called, he fixed it all himself and the price was excellent! If you're on a budget and are worried about getting overcharged or under-serviced, please call Cleveland Plumbing!

Vance and Nick have saved me lots of agony and money. They could use some improvement in appointment scheduling but they always show up and get the work done. Cleveland prices are reasonable and the quality of work is very good. Occasionally the work area is left a little dirty but they are efficient and knowledgeable. This is the second time that I've used Cleveland Plumbing. The first time I used them, it was to replace a gas line. Today, they fixed a leak in my home. They were at my house within two hours of the initial phone call and made the repairs in about an hour. The pricing was fair. I will continue to use this company for any future plumbing issues my home may have.

Called them based on reviews on Yelp and Facebook. He was on a job and said he will call back in 20 minutes. In less than 20 minutes, I got a call and I described the problem (leaky toilet on the outside) and he was over in 5 minutes. He tightened a few things and was done. Since it was a simple fix and he was in the area, he comped the visit even though I was willing to pay him. Vance was super friendly and I like the fact that I am supporting someone in the community.
